After a 6 year hiatus, we stopped for dinner. Started out poorly, and having to track down a server. We then decided since our past experience proves they bring all your food at once, we would order each thing when we wanted it. We started with pan fried dumplings which were very good and the sauce was great. After finishing, I ordered wonton soup. Definitely different than prior visits as it was spicy and had a lot of spinach. Not as good as it used to be. When we finished our soup we ordered teriyaki chicken and fried rice. Food was hot and the chicken dish was delicious. Our server definitely should find a new career. He was not pleasant and seemed put out he had to wait on us. I think this is a true 3.5 star review. I had not been to PF Chang's in a very long time but had a family dinner here on a Friday night. I feel the night started off a little wrong because our waitress was off. She seemed very confused and forgetful. She was incredibly apologetic and nice but we were at dinner for over an hour and a half. The food all tasted good but not as good as I remember. Server did not seem to care one bit about us and did not seem to want to be there. We went at off hours mid afternoon for late lunch. Not busy at all, just a few tables. The food was not good. Terrible flavor, all I could taste was salt. My friend ordered a special drink from the cocktail menu and couldn't even drink half of it. The shrimp appetizer was the only thing that was decent. Server barely checked on us, did not keep drinks filled. Never even asked how we liked our food or how things were. I don't live in this area so won't have to eat here again. It wasn't too busy and there were plenty of seating options. It is very dimly lit. we were one out of two tables that were sat in the restaurant and did not get drinks ordered until 10 minutes. we ordered two appetizers, one came out with our entree and the other was the last to touch the table. I wanted to order the beef Mongolian and they were out. the chicken and broccoli meal was devastating and broccoli that was on both meals were like trees. overall was not satisfied whatsoever will definitely not be returning. When I got home and opened the big two compartment plastic container there was a really small portion of Mongolian Beef in the large side, a decent amount of fried rice on the small side. Picked up take out from Settler's Ridge today. Was VERY disappointed. Have been there to eat in and ordered out several times. Fried rice (one veggie and one shrimp) was really dry and flavorless. Tasted as though everything had been cooked separately and then stirred together. Shrimp were very small and boiled with zero taste (and not many in the order). My family and I went for a nice dinner this evening and we had a great time. We shared their new orange chicken with fried rice which was SO good and it was the perfect portion for 2 people! My son thoroughly enjoyed the citrus slices! The services was really good and attentive. She was there right when we needed her. We ordered the kids veggie stir fry and even that was so good with a lot of flavor. Our total bill for the three of us plus a soft drink and a martini was $50. Which is very reasonable for nowadays! On website appetizers were listed as half price from 3-6 pm M-F. There was no indication you had to sit at the bar. My friend, who is disabled, is unable to sit (or even get on) a barstool. The $13.99 lunch special was "ok." I found the sweet and sour soup to be neither. The brown rice was brown rice and the spicy chicken portion was big for lunch. The chicken was ok. Over $4 for a glass of lemonade? C'mon. I used to go to PF Chang's at the Waterfront all the time twenty years ago. Sloooooooooooow service at the bar! Way understaffed. Sat at the bar on a Saturday evening at 7pm. 2 other couples at the bar and plenty of seats at and around the bar. The restaurant was busy as expected. The bar top was filthy from previous guests. The bartended showed up after about in 3-4 minutes and placed menus right on the uncleaned bar. He said "I'll give you some time and be right back." There were at least 7 receipts on the bar for restaurant drinks and waiters and waitresses lined up to receive them. The manager was next to us compensating the couple for something and I heard the man say "this is unacceptable, the bartender is working his butt off but can't keep up, you guys need someone else back there on a Saturday night." When it hit the 12 minute mark and we didn't have the bar cleaned or an offer of a drink we got up and left. read more

I've been here several times over the past couple of years... Last two times have been the best! The food and service were so much better the past two times, so I'll be back! Most recently I went and Tiffany was my server... she was incredible, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They have half order of chicken lettuce wraps now, which is great for when you're dining solo! They tasted great! The lo mien side dish was excellent too; tasted great with the ginger chicken. This place has definitely gone down hill since we last ate here a few years ago. The location is understaffed and the food quality is not what it used to be. Our server was by himself so the wait time for our meals was longer than normal. He did a good job given the situation he was in. The manger was very caught off guard why we were not happy with the sesame chicken . We advised it was overcooked and not edible. Overall this location is one we will probably not be back to visit in the future. Hopefully they can improve as the location at the Mall of Melina in Orlando Florida is great. read more

Our food was excellent. We ordered the honey shrimp, crab ragoon, steamed pork dumplings, and the Mongolian beef trio. Nate was our server, and he gave us excellent recommendations. Whenever he learned that my dining companion critiqued the food in an unsatisfactory way, he went out of his way to make sure that they left the restaurant completely happy. I haven't ate at a P.f. chang's in years, the last two times I had gone were in Denver, and I have not been at this location in probably 5-6 years. First, I had great service, that was the best part of the meal by far. My friend and I each got an app to share- tempura calamari and shrimp dumplings. Neither of which were very good. The shrimp dumplings had a funny taste and the tempura breading on the calamari was not my favorite, it was suuuuper greasy and just not at all appetizing. We shared the honey chicken entree with fried rice. It's a $4.25 upgrade to fried rice, making the entree about $22 or $23 for LUNCH. The chicken was alright, food wise it was my favorite thing, but I wouldn't seek it out; it was mainly breading. Our bill for the two apps and one lunch entree and waters was $53 before tip. Skip this place and go to an authentic asian restaurant nearby- you'll find better food for a much cheaper price. After all, this is just a chain. read more

The server via the cook said it was part of the broth from the chicken but we didn't have chicken? I Terrible service. The server whizzed by but never really stopped. Last night my family met our cousin at P.F. Chang's to celebrate her birthday as we have done for the past 6 years. She enjoys the restaurant and it's one of her favorites. We placed our orders and we all had questions about the new menu which our server took time to answer. Three of us didn't get what we ordered for appetizers because the kitchen ran out. They had to order something else. My soup was flavorful (hot n sour) but cold. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed their meals but some of us had to eat our entrees without the fried rice that they ordered that did not come to our table until 30 minutes later. My cousin was very patient waiting for her order and request for a drink refill, she had to ask our server twice for each forgotten thing. It was just sad how our table seemed forgotten or ignored. There were only 3 other tables in her section. Smh. When the table ordered our desserts, they were delivered without and dessert forks or spoons for the ice cream! We sung happy birthday to the birthday lady and the server said HBD and the she could have her dessert on the house. Overall, we made the best out of a bad situation. I know many people in our shoes that would not have been so forgiving or nice, as well as leaving a tip of at least 15%. We believe the wait staff needs better training.
