The fried rice came out sloppily cooked -- it honestly still tasted like plain white rice, with none of the wok flavor that used to make it worth ordering. And the General Tso's didn't taste fresh the way it always had; it came across as sitting rather than made to order. I'm writing this as a longtime customer, not a one-off complaint. We've spent a lot of money here over the better part of a decade because the food earned it. Highlights included: (1) the egg roll with a peek crispy exterior and a flavorful filling; (2) the flavor of the mildly spicy and rich brown Hunan sauce and the texture, color and variety of the vegetables (peppers, carrots, chopped baby corn, broccoli, onion, mushrooms, etc.) in the Hunan Beef; (3) the substantial wontons and tasty meat filling of the wontons in the soup; and (4) the chopped boneless spareribs type pork in the pork fried rice.
