Me and my family have been coming here since my early childhood, unfortunately since they switched managements this place has gone TERRIBLY in costumer service. I understand not being able to understand another language, but they don't even understand what you're trying to say when you give them a complaint. I asked her multiple why the total was so high, which she just kept pointing to the sign, communication is key to a good business and since switching managements this place has gone down bc of their employees. The first warning you should consider before ordering is the "No Refund" sign. This is because most likely people are not satisfied with the food, just like I was. They think by serving extra food, will compensate the tasteless food they serve. There is absolutely no flavor in this food on any of the items they serve, how can you mess up rice and noodles? Whatever oil they're cooking the food in, also has an after taste. I called them to let them know I left my plate on the table and to politely let them know my opinion of their food as I did not want to make a scene in front of the customers. I am really glad China Express is so close to my new home! It was my first time here last night, and my partner and I ordered the combo B with boba teas. I loved the jalapeño chicken, and I think this place is great for comfort food and takeout. It's also super affordable! The combo B was large enough to share with another person and still be full. Boba tea was good. All of that plus a generous tip was still under $20! Service was quick and friendly, the place was clean, and they even have $5 cloth masks available. I was a little worried by some of the negative reviews I read on here (I saw more positive ones on Google), but I'm glad we stopped in anyway.
