Customer service is on point!!!! Food is great!! Not sure why this Mr, You's has lower reviews than the other one in Montclair. A gentleman at the other location told us about this one since we had a very bad experience. We came here to the one on Auto Center and the employees are so sweet, caring and friendly!!! We were going to the Montclair location for about a year and Do Not go!!! Employees at this location have smiles, want to service you and give you attention and listen to what you want when ordering your food. They have fresh bbq chicken, fresh orange chicken, serving size is a lot!!! I recommend this place!!! I brought my dog and it was very clean outside!! Wouldn't give an extra fork for my plate and didn't give me siracha packets cause she wanted me to use the bottled outside in the tables. I had no other choice but to pour the sauce inside my plate forcing me to buy my kids something else. This place has some very consistent food. Its a very trendy place to eat. They have events and contest sometimes. It has a good following and the line is sometimes out the door. The food is really and I recommend this place for a good lunch date. Especially on work lunch but be careful because you might want to go to sleep after. My son was craving Chinese food and asked for Panda Express. I'm not a panda lover, so I looked up this spot instead. After looking at the menu, we ordered Combo B, I think, with the two sides. I ordered the beef and broccoli with orange chicken, while my son ordered the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Both of us got half fried rice and half noodles. My son loved his food, but shared he felt the orange chicken was a little too sweet for his liking. I wasn't the biggest fan of the noodles because fried rice is my favorite, but I enjoyed the rest of my meal. I really loved that they PACK on the food. We ended up having leftovers..which makes me a happy camper because that means I don't have to cook at home. The service was good while we were there. There was a lunch rush right after we ordered, but the workers seemed to get everyone settled quickly. They have a few tables to eat there, which my son and I did. They have a television for the area. Despite the temperatures outside, it wasn't too hot inside to relax and enjoy lunch for a bit. Terrible experience today at 4:35 PM. I came to pick up my order, but one of the ladies working there had a very rude and impolite attitude. The biggest issue was that she was completely ignoring ready pickup orders. Instead of preparing the food for customers who were already waiting (like me), she was solely focused on taking new orders from customers who had just walked in. This is incredibly inefficient and poor management. I had to wait much longer than necessary because the staff doesn't understand priorities. There is no excuse for making a paying customer wait while you ignore their completed order to take new ones. I went here ever since they went viral and unfortunately it was mostly hype. Don't get me wrong. The food was OK. The orange chicken had a great flavor. But it was mostly Bread. And no chicken. Fortunately enough. There was a nice crisp to it . I also had the black pepper chicken, which was definitely old and sitting out because you could taste it. The chow mein was thick. The way I like it, but didn't have much flavor. The restaurant was clean, and despite having such a long line all of the tables were empty. The food is good, the only issue is that, after 2.5 entire years of being able to make a substitution, they will snap at you rudely when you ask about making a substitution instead of politely saying "sorry, you can't do that," then they proceed to mess your order up on purpose and argue with you when you ask them to fix your order. The few people behind the counter was annoyed because I wasn't ready to order. I decided to get a two item combo, and being that I had never been here before I asked the lady if I could get half rice/ half Chow Mein; her look after asking that made it seem I asked the dumbest question ever. I decided to go with the mushroom chicken and the spare ribs. When I was moved down to the assembly line the lady at the register wasn't any friendlier, and kept reminding me they charged to use for a credit card which I agreed to several times. Taste- The spare ribs, I can't lie were actually amazing and had such great flavor for a fast food establishment. The mushroom chicken had great spice and big pieces of chicken.
