    Chow mein and fried rice
    Alma A.

I have tried many Chinese fast food places near me--Ontario, Chino, and Montclair. LA Express is my favorite! Their chow mein and fried rice are delicious! They have a huge selection of entrees to choose from too. They also have deals for families, a bowl combo and a lunch combo that you can get on any day from 10a--3p. The customer service here is fantastic. I always see a young Asian woman or an older one and they're both talkative and friendly. The place is always super clean, too. There is plenty of seating to choose from, as well. I love this spot and would highly recommend it if you are nearby!

Super sweet, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth! The food was just as impressive. The noodles were incredibly soft and chewy, cooked to perfection. Service was quick and the staff were kind and welcoming. A great all-around experience!

Highly recommend if you're in the area, conveniently located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Very clean establishment and variety of food selection! Previously I was going to a different Chinese restaurant for to go but wanted to try something new. This place was great, friendly staff and amazing customer service! Very clean and the old tastes fresh. There was a promotion that if you spend more than $25 I think that comes with free Thai tea / or milk tea with boba! My drink was huge and the boba was very soft. I definitely will be returning. Noodles didn't taste too salty and I think this will be regular spot now. They also had a stamp card and if you go more than a few times, there's something free. The portions are huge and the food was very tasty. I look forward to coming back and trying other items. I also want to emphasize that the place was so clean and spacious! Very efficient service and helpful friendly staff. I get decision paralysis when there is a large menu but they were very helpful in navigating it. They take card / cash but if you use card , there is a 0.50 cents charge! I appreciate they told me that early on as other restaurants tell me last minute or do not tell me at all. The Thai tea and boba was pretty good l too. I like to add ice to mine to dilute it a bit then I can drink more throughout the day. Definitely will be back! Thank you Linda, Roxanne and the chef I forgot the name!! 10/10 highly recommend!

3 stars. Quick and inexpensive chinese takeout food. The value here is pretty good considering how much food they give you. But I thought all the dishes were too salty and oily. It is chinese takeout so it's expected to be extra oily and salty, but it was still to heavy for my liking. Their chao mian was a also a bit too mushy and the orange chicken had way too much breading. If you're really hungry and want an abundance of food, this place is worth checking out. They fill up the containers pretty full and it is more than enough food for a meal.

All I have to say is that I will not be standing in another line ever again. (If you know, you know.) Do you know how difficult it is to find delicious Chinese food? Extremely difficult if you are a picky eater. I enjoyed my meal from beginning to end. Nothing was overly flavored or greasy. I thought their mixed vegetables were delicious along with the noodles and friend rice. I also had the vegetable egg rolls. Perfection!

My husband and I came here after we received some coupons in the mail for their grand opening. Upon arrival, we were very warmly greeted. I got the 2 entrée plate, which came with your choice of fried rice/chow mein or half and half. I ended up getting the BBQ Pork and Orange chicken along with half chow mein and half fried rice. In my opinion, the BBQ Pork was the best tasting dish. The orange chicken was okay - a little bit soggy, but the flavor was good. My husband got the 1 entrée plate with orange chicken and had the same opinion. They really packed the container with food so we definitely got our money's worth. The employees were also very friendly. All in all, I would probably only come back for their BBQ Pork and maybe try something else.

The portions are great. Friendly staff. And the food is delicious. My new favorite Chinese food spot.

The dining room is beautifully laid out, making it a great spot whether you're grabbing dinner with family or meeting up with friends. Our waiter was one of the highlights of the experience--friendly, hilarious, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Great service can make or break a meal, and he made us feel welcome from start to finish. Now for the food... absolutely delicious. The Orange Chicken had the perfect balance of crispy texture, sweet citrus flavor, and just the right amount of tang. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was cooked perfectly--crispy, tender, coated in a creamy sauce that wasn't overly sweet, with fresh candied walnuts that added the perfect crunch. Both dishes came out hot and fresh. Everything about this meal--from the service to the food to the ambiance--made for a fantastic dining experience. If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant in the Pomona area with generous portions, flavorful dishes, and outstanding hospitality, this is definitely worth a visit. I'll absolutely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Here's a thought, instead of weighing the amount of greens you place in a bowl at the start of the salad build, how about weighing what the customer purchases at the end? The lunch menu is honestly hard to beat-lots of options, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and prices that make you do a double take in the best way. Every plate comes out hot, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in the food, not just rushing things out. I tried the lunch special combo and was seriously impressed. The orange chicken entrée was perfectly cooked--rich, savory, and well-seasoned without being overly fried or greasy. The white rice was fluffy and fresh, and the egg roll made the meal feel complete rather than an afterthought. The iced tea was cold, sweet, and tasty as well. You also get a good variety to choose from, so it's easy to find something you'll love whether you're into classic favorites or more traditional dishes. Service is quick and efficient, which makes it perfect for a lunch break. The staff stays friendly and keeps things moving without making you feel rushed. Inside this location, filled with handwritten signs, taped up posters of food, and visibly edited prices, you get the true sense of a local Chinese takeout place. For about $10 after tax, you can get a classic takeout styro filled to the brim (not past the point where the box is breaking, but still rather full) with chow mein, fried rice, and two entrees. And they'll do it for you fast and happily. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. If you don't know your American Chinese cuisine, there's not many labels so you can just point at what looks decent, which was a good amount of the warming tray selections. Egg rolls are also at a good price point--start off with 2 for $1 and some change or get 5 or 8 for not much more. It's a bargain to say the least and it's right next to a laundromat, so you can cleanse yourself two ways when you visit this spot. Places like this are a gem. A refuge. A chasm of memories. A place where you know you're not getting #1 Chef's Table Healthy Eating Magazine Top Quality, but that doesn't matter because an exchange of dopamine still happens when you bite down into your somewhat a bit too orange plate of good stuff. And the best part is there's enough every time crammed into that styrofoam container to relive it at least twice and maybe thrice if you stretch it.
