My wife ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and shrimp--loaded with peppers and onions, super flavorful, and cooked just right. She paired it with a Thai iced tea, which was also on point. Food came out quickly, served hot, and the presentation was clean. Nice little touch with the cucumbers served alongside the fried rice. We also had a Thai iced tea, which was perfect because it was balanced rather than sickeningly sweet. Service was friendly and quick. We ate in the store, which has a few tables. A few months ago I visited a place in Princeton that specialized in these Japanese-style pancakes and Tasty Junction's version was so much more enjoyable. But the rice was so good that I could have eaten it by itself. It was a thicker long-grain rice, not sticky at all, and it paired perfectly with the pernil. The empanadas were amazing too. Next time I'll have to get there earlier because they sell out pretty fast. I even made sure to save some leftovers for the next day because I was already craving it.
