Super bad service. I went in at night to order some food to go. While I was waiting to pay everyone was just standing talking even the cashier. I waited a good five minutes. He didn't even tell me to hold on he just completely ignored me when I was passing him my debit card. I walked out and he didn't even notice that either. Never coming here again. Food is delicious! Love Chinese food that doesn't leave you bloated. BUT their customer service is horrible!! For delivery, one of their drivers reeks of cigarettes and can't follow instructions (do NOT ring doorbell! Babies are sleeping, call the number provided). I've had horrible experience with food delivery from this place, they always miss an item I ordered also the wait time is at least an hour. And service for eating in is horrible as well. Wife of the owner is very rude. But the owner himself tries very hard for customer satisfaction. My husband and I always come here and order the chow-main (probably spelled that so wrong) with sesame chicken and it's always amazing! Comes out hot and fresh and the minced garlic added to the noddles is what brings it all together. We've never been disappointed and always look forward to the days we decide to drive out here for a quick lunch. read more

I cant even base my review on how the food taste. My hubby and I walk in. And immediately we be greeted and sat at a table. They attempt to take our order as though they are a sit down restaurant. We ordered drinks an appetizer and out entrees which comes with soup... which out "waiter" jots everything down on a post it not. And not the name of the food item but the number its coded for. We wait... we are served an entree that we didnt order first.... than he questioned that I gave him the wrong number. But I didnt give him a number I gave him the name of the food item.... okay. Than they bring our second order which was right.... then asked if we wanted soup, which is suppose to come with our meal.. After a while our "waiter" updates us that my meal is almost done... still haven't received our appetizer, than we get our soups. The soup was hotter than shit! And inedible.... after some more time went by... with no appetizer or entree we decide to leave. I went to the counter to pay which the cashier didnt understand a word I was saying. With help from another person he rings me up and tried to charge me for my entire order... which I didnt get. After going back and forth for a bit I paid what we received and left. Ordering from here is the biggest pain in the A**. I tried to explain my order THREE times but the woman couldn't understand English. Then even after explaining when I got there I had to just say "forget it" because No-One understood me! I had to altered it when I got home. Also; make sure you ask "what's in it?" before ordering something you haven't had. They expected me to know the Hot & sour soup had seafood in and insulted me bc I didn't! The man actually Scolded me when I called back. Seriously?? I just spent over $40 for 3 people. Never again!! Too many Chinese places around to deal with horrible customer service! I tried ordering China one for delivery service and they said the order would be delivered in 45 minutes after twenty minutes I was contacted again saying that the computer did not receive my order right away even though it was charged within five minutes. To add insult they said it was too late to full fill the order and so it was cancelled despite their restaurant being open for thirty more minutes. Very disappointed seems as if restaurant was trying to skip out at end of shift ignoring orders in their computer. The only good thing was that the refund processed immmediately. read more

Ordered for delivery at 9:00 PM they said it would be about 40 minutes. I said ok no problem. 9:45 still no food. I live literally 1 block away from them. I called them at 9:50 just to check on status of my order. They said driver left at 9:20 he should of been here already. Driver arrived at 10:15 with some either cold Chinese or extremely fresh because they forgot to make our order. Either way I declined it because I had pizza in the oven by this time. I only order from here when I'm drinking and always forget they are bad and give me BG's! Digiornos Pizza came thru in the clutch! Customer service was very bad no one asked how was the food. They made a mistake for us to dine in then the wanted to argue about it then gave us some plates with our food still in a to go bag. My first time here and I had an amazing experience! The Staff is shockingly friendly, and the food is amazingly fresh! I went with my siblings, they ordered the general chicken, delicious; the tofu w/veggies, pretty good; and I got the Garlic Pork lunch special and it was fantastic, we also ordered a side of spicy hot wings...crunchy, garlicky, and fresh. They even give you a small cup of soup while you wait for your food, and these crunchy wonton chips, which are Amazing! Decent food, not great but tasty. Some inconsistency in quality of meats used, sometimes nice and tender, other times has cartilage or grizzle. Haven't had any issues with shrimp or other seafood. I agree with other customers that their delivery time needs to be improved. Their flavors are very good though and they give you plenty of food for the money.
