Food is good .. especially their mofongo and tostones.. just not too crazy about their meat, a little on the chewy side

I've lived in the area all my life and we have our fair share of Dominican/ Puerto Rican restaurants and quick stops here that are great, once a family friend opened up China P.R I cant stop going! It's not everyday you can have mofongo made for you especially paired with comforting Chinese cuisine. It's everything you can think of, super affordable, great taste, everything has definitely been made with a lot of effort. Super fresh nothing can beat it because it's made as soon as you place the order, compared to other Spanish spots in the city where food is just sitting in boilers all day and night. In addition to the great food there's a variety of fresh juices like passionfruit, mango, sometimes guava and sometimes lemonade fused with something else, it's not always the same thing and it's great. Definitely worth the visit because there's NOTHING like this anywhere!

Chicharrón de pollo, tostones con ajo, y arroz chino estilo puertorriqueño. This food was amazing definitely worth going back again.

A random Facebook post brought me here, and I'm glad I made the trip. All they have is fried rice,…read morechicken, steak or veggie. The restaurant opened this week inside the Kingston Collection. I ordered a regular size beef fried rice and it was plenty of food. I don't think I could ever eat the large. The chef cooked the meal right in front of me. Rice was cooked well, not burnt, not too sticky, and topped with a fried egg. The pieces of steak were not too big, not too small: just right. The veggies include water chestnut, zucchini, green beans, carrots, peppers, onions, and broccoli. The flavor is just right, not overpowering. I was happy to see I could season the fried rice my way, hot sauce, yum-yum sauce, soy sauce, duck sauce. Anything I needed to enjoy this simple delight. And of course a fortune cookie. While the mall has been in decline, this place is great and has staying power. Grab a quick bite to eat before you enjoy a movie at Regal or get some take out. Oh and the price... only $13. Money well spent. If they Add shrimp to the menu and I'll give this Eli's Grill House 5 stars.

At first smell I was hopeful but after the first bite I couldn't get the sour taste out of my mouth. The four small pieces of "beef" were mostly fat and gristle. The broccoli pieces were just the stump bits and the mushrooms helped add a musk to the sour that had created a glaze over my tongue. It was disgusting and the dude running the counter was high as shit. . No thanks
