There was a ginger dressing just on the grains and then a tangy creamy sauce for the avocados. It was presented in a very lovely and organized way. Next, I had the sashimi appetizer, a selection of four different kinds of fish, very fresh end of good quality, generously, sliced, and again the presentation was beautiful.
