Reminds me of the ones I used to eat at Char Hung Sut. They use a white wrap (as opposed to the yellow shu mai ones that I've seen on "pork hash" lately). The pork is juicy and plentiful. Tables had boxes stacked on them, little in the trays. It felt pretty uninviting to be honest. But the man behind the counter was kind and welcomed us in. While not much was in the trays, they did have what we were looking for, so we decided to order. The man behind the counter offered us pieces of the meats hanging in the window and we knew we made the right choice. The crispy pork in the window was amazing!
