Disappointed in my order, the food was soggy and not flavorful. Save your money and go somewhere else. Will not be back. My coworkers and I were excited for delicious Chinese takeout and were sorry that we ordered from here.

The best tasting Chinese carryout in the area. They give you a bunch of food, it's cheap, and it's quick.

It had the vibe of a garden party. There was a covered area, but seemed to have an event in it. I think it would be a perfect place for a baby/ bridal shower. Service here is STELLAR! There is a main server, an "assistant" to the server for each table, plus other staff members were very quick to step in and help at any moment. Our table was cleared immediately and wiped clean between courses. We were checked on multiple times throughout- not an annoying amount but perfect. The staff we spoke with were also very personable. We did start with one of every oyster but forgot a picture. They went through each so we would remember which was which from the menu, which was appreciated. They do have a special on oysters - $2 each Tues-thurs during happy hour (I think it is 4-6pm) The smoked sturgeon was phenomenal. I have never eaten sturgeon before and it had so much flavor. Not dry at all and the pickled veggies were a good touch for this. This also included the cornbread which I wanted to try but didn't want a whole side of, so this is a good 2 for 1! The monkey bread is a must order. We saw so many people with it at their table and had FOMO. Worth it. Just order it. My husband ordered one of the steaks on special. It was described as a salsa verde, but realistically it was more of a chimichurri on top. Cooked perfectly. I ordered the fish and chips which came crispy on the outside but the fish was still flaky and soft on the inside. It comes with coleslaw, which was just ok. It also had some crispy potatoes- I do wish this came with a different potato version. The potatoes were cooked really well, but just felt very dense next to a fried fish.

It's always a busy time for establishments, especially when it comes to holidays, but we repeatedly kept getting seated and "unseated" (the hostess would seat us, but then take us back to common area as the tables were either dirty or not ready). I didn't personally care about this, but I definitely noticed my party getting a bit frustrated by the experience as it happened about 4 times before we officially got seated, which also exceeded our initial reservation time. The service itself was okay. I wish they would've come around a bit more as we were out of water while eating our meal, but I know it was super busy that day!! I ended up getting the soft shell crab sandwich and it was pretty good! I think it would be even tastier with more sauce on the bun, but overall a nice pick. I also tried the lobster bisque; it had a nice texture with the little lobster bits, but found it overly salty. Hush puppies were a nice, crispy texture and I loved the sweet butter with it! One thing I absolutely loved about this experience was the mother's day flower pop-up stand! The cutest way to walk in and support another local business.

It was definitely a busy day for the restaurant, but it was expected since it was father's day. Before sitting at the table I did notice many crumbs in the seats and had to ask an employee for a wet towel. They did assist on fixing the problem, it just would've been better if they noticed before bringing us to our table. Once seated we started looking over the menu. Bread and butter was brought to the table. The butter that came with the bread was very tasty. I really enjoyed the flavor. Naturally it did take a while for our entree orders to come out, but everybody's drink orders and food orders came out perfect temp and correctly. Our waiter was very down to earth and paid attention to the details of everybody's order. I ordered the Catfish Atchafalaya and that entire plate was scrumptious! The fresh string beans were cooked exactly how I prefer along with the buttery mashed potatoes. The grilled catfish and atchafalaya was so flavorful! It was truly the perfect meal for me. Sad to say we were truly disappointed. When we walked in there were plenty of open tables (about 7-10), yet we were stuck waiting for 30 minutes in the hallway of a strip mall. Finally once seated, it took the server another 30 minutes to greet us and come take our order. The plus was that there were already menus on the table. Once we placed our order, the wait was extremely long for some boiled shrimp in a bag. Tables who later came after us were already receiving food and fast service. The anticipation grew, as after so long we were presented with bibs, time passed, then presented with paper for the table, time passed, then finally our food arrived (another hour of waiting for boiled shrimp) I had the shrimp po boy and French fries, both which were pretty good. As we were ordering we tried to place a carry out order. In which, we were instructed to wait as it would be "best" to order closer to the time we leave. The waitress was rude and very soft spoken. Her demeanor was nonchalant and non welcoming. She disappeared and then returned once a hour to accommodate us but failed to check in on our experience. Overall, the food was okay. My friends didn't really enjoy the crab legs and shrimp. They stated it lacked flavor and tasted like straight butter. With our experience with seafood places, i agree with their concern. If you're looking for a great place to talk and catch up, this is definitely the spot for you. They will take forever in the day, even at 1 in the afternoon.
