Sesame Chicken Lunch All Day Special $8.95
Kem O.

This spot is THE SOOO GOOD! Best Chinese seafood fast food by far! Extra friendly owner good customer service! Love the love menu! I ordered the sesame chicken and it is THE BOMB! I love it! Flavor is very good and rich! Nice & hot although I ordered for pick up! The cheese puffs are THE BEST! So delicious like butter! Chicken perfectly cooked and tender! Unexpected but glad I came to try out the food! Definitely a winner!! If your looking for a good Chinese food look no further ! This is your best bet! Try it yourself!! 10 stars from me! Absolutely delicious!

The lady that took our order was really sweet and friendly. Not sure if she's the owner, but it seemed like she was. A+ customer service. Prices are very affordable! We got two meals that came with soup and egg rolls for only $18. Food was ready fast and it tasted like it was fresh of the wok rather than reheated in the microwave. The menu has a good variety of different dishes. Will definitely be back soon!

Totally not into Chinese food all that much, but so glad Yelp suggested this place. I placed a lunch order today: free delivery (orders over $20), received it correctly and EARLY. Everything was fresh, well presented and not overly saturated with grease like majority of the Chinese plates I've had at other places. Not to mention their prices are really great. I will be ordering again. 5 stars!

I've been coming here for more than 2 years now and I'm still am still a sucker for their food as much as I was, if not more, than in the beginning!!!! Customer service has always been exceptional and the food is always cooked to order! I bring in my out of town visitors when I have a taste for Chinese food and I'm never let down! I reviewed Chinese Seafood Plus about a year ago but I wanted to review just to confirm again, THAT IT'S STILL ALL GOOD YA'LL !!!!!

Shrimp with Garlic Sauce

This place is bomb! I was so surprised with how fresh the food was! We got the pepper steak, orange chicken, and shrimp with garlic sauce. The shrimp came with tons of perfectly cooked broccoli. I will say the rice needs a little work, but the entrees were so good, it wasn't a big deal. Also, the service was wonderful. We came in late, and Cynthia took care or us right away. Will be back!

I found that Chinese food in Houston hasn't been as good as in my home town of New York City until I came here to Chinese Seafood Plus. The food was surprisingly better than what I expected; very good in fact. The food was served quickly (no waiting around for it to be served). The service was great from the girls there and they were genuinely friendly and helpful. The great thing about this place is that it's only a few minutes away from my home. I'll definitely be coming back. If you're looking for a spot to satisfy your cravings for Chinese food for a low price, then this the place for you. I recommend the General Tso Chicken

Was told that they recently remodeled so the restaurant looks clean and fresh. Great prices, especially less than $10 a dish for dinner. Dishes could probably be shared between two people because the proportions were huge! If you're not sharing, then there would be plenty of leftovers to take home! Kung Pao Beef was great and was not as spicy as expected, Salt and Pepper Fish had a great taste with a kick to it and could have been a little crunchier, Cashew Chicken was delicious and had great flavor, Sweet and Sour Chicken was fried very nicely (be sure to pour the sauce given if you want more of the sweet and sour taste, but it was fine dipped too), and the rice did not stick together and was cooked a little more to the dry side (which is personally my favorite so I loved it)

5 Stars - Authentic Szechuan that absolutely nails the classics…read more During our short trip to Houston, as a custom, we were determined to find real Szechuan food, and luckily we found Hu's Kitchen. The location is a bit unassuming, and parking is definitely tough (the spaces are very shallow), but the second we walked through the doors and smelled the Szechuan peppercorns, I knew we were in exactly the right place. I generally judge a Szechuan restaurant by their 夫妻肺片 (Fuqi Feipian)--which they cleverly name "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" on the menu. They completely nailed it. The beef, tripe, and tendon were incredibly cohesive together, yet you could tell each component was prepared and marinated in a slightly different way to perfectly highlight its specific texture. The chili oil was right on the spot. We went through a massive bowl of rice just eating this dish alone. Honestly, if I weren't feeding a family of four, I could have just ordered that and been perfectly happy. While the Fuqi Feipian proves their skill with dry dishes, the 水煮魚片 (Fish in Szechuan Hot Chili Oil) proves their skill with wet ones. It's another must-order. The execution was flawless--we didn't just finish the tender fish chunks, we ate every last piece of cabbage soaked in that incredible chili broth. For my two daughters who can't handle the heat, we ordered the fried rice, garlic pork ribs with onion, and the 紅燒獅子頭 (Giant Meatball with Cabbage). The giant meatball was spectacular. The kids completely devoured it on their own, but I managed to steal a bite, and it instantly brought back childhood memories of exactly how this dish is supposed to taste. We also had the Dan Dan Noodles, which were great and rounded out the meal perfectly. I loved all of the dishes we tried. Should we ever find ourselves in Houston again, we will absolutely be revisiting this hidden gem.

My mom wanted steamed fish with ginger, scallions, and that light sweet soy sauce. Hu's Cooking…read moredelivered! When we ordered, they mentioned it'll take about 20 mins but it came out in 10. No complaints here since we were starving from an 8 hour road trip. The Dan Dan Noodles...I had high expectations but sadly this dish fell short. I recommend Hu's Cooking to use a bigger bowl and more sauce because it was difficult to mix the noodles and the sauce wasn't...saucing, unfortunately. I wish there was more flavor in this dish. The Scallion Pancake was super over-fried and oily. See image in my review. The outer parts of the pancake were fried to a crisp and only a small circumference in the center stayed chewy. I know Chinese tends to be oily but this pancake soaked up way too much oil. Half a Peking duck: super great price for so much meat. The difficulty when eating this dish is gnawing the meat off the sharp bones of the duck. Mapo Tofu with white rice: pretty easy staple, no complaints here. Dinner on a Saturday was packed but we got seated quickly and food arrived fast.

Even though the dining area was closed and it was takeout only, the service was impressively quick and exceptionally well run. Everything felt efficient, smooth, and professional from start to finish. We asked for the food to be extra crispy, and it exceeded expectations. The texture was absolutely outstanding perfectly crisp without being greasy, and packed with flavor. You could immediately tell the food was freshly prepared with care and precision, not rushed despite the late hour. What truly elevates Yaya's is the remarkable value. The quality of the food far surpasses the price point, offering generous portions and top tier taste at an incredibly affordable cost. That balance of excellence and value is hard to find. Between the fast service, exceptional food quality, and unbeatable pricing, this place easily earns a 10/10. Even without dine-in available, it's absolutely worth it and I will definitely be coming back.

Do not sleep on the Sichuan food here (not the Chinese-American food)! Salt and pepper fish, eggplant & green bean, and Sichuan beef mala pot (very liquid-y but surprisingly good flavor) were all amazing. Chili oil dumplings had lots of filling, but I prefer thinner skins. Dan dan noodles were clumping together and didn't have peanuts so I don't recommend them. Dishes are about $10 per and portion sizes just about match; we got 3 entrees and 2 apps for 3 people and pretty much finished everything. Can't wait to come back!

It was full of multiple, well-cooked ingredients, great texture in the rice n rest and really delicious in each bite. The saltiness n oiliness were just right. The fatty beef slices, smoother chicken pieces and large, succulent shrimp were all really good in taste and tenderness in terms of the protein. The green onions, egg pieces and sweet, juicy pineapple chunks all played roles in making the flavor profile so good. Each ingredient was so different from one another, but came together with such balance. Great, friendly service as well. I also need to try their cumin lamb, a noodles dish and spicy chicken cubes on future visits.
