Ahhhhh a 4.5 year wait for College Graduation for my son. After we dropped him off to get some sleep before the big day my wife, daughter and I found ourselves craving something sweet. Well well well if we didn't drive right by CHIP! Now CHIP wasn't a new name to us. Many parents on the Boise State Parents FB group use CHIP for their kiddos, however we have never had one. Finally tried these cookies and they are definitely worth the hype! Chip offer only two flavors at a time, their "OG" (yes the woman at the counter used that term) chocolate chip cookie which they serve year round, and their flavor of the month, which was a brownie style cookie with chopped up Whopper (the candy) bits on top. I tasted it and wasn't too impressed, but the chocolate chip are amazing! Each cookie is heavy (literally) with deliciousness. A lil crispy on the edges but soft and filled with chocolate chips on the inside. $10 for a box of four which isn't bad considering the size of the cookies. Haven't tried the delivery yet so I can't speak to that experience. Sooooo good! We were in downtown Boise for a mini visit and we decided to hit up these cookies. We've had some similar in the pass because these kinda places are popping up everywhere! So we went into the building, pretty busy, small parking lot, we got lucky we got a spot, someone pulling out as we pulled in. I had seen posters advertising all over and finally got the chance to try them. Not only was the process easy but they sent several texts informing when the cookies when the cookies would arrive. It initially said 30-45 minutes but was definitely faster than the allotted time estimated. These cookies blew any of the expectations I had out of the water. Not only were they giant, but they were warm and slightly gooey. I had about 7 friends with me at the time and we couldn't even finish the four cookies (and not because they weren't good). The price came out to about $13.00, but if you split that by at least 4 that's only $4.00 a person which is worth the price in my opinion. The website also gives you the option to include milk; I did not select it but regretted not obtaining some milk with these delicious cookies.
