Chip Cookies is one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving a gourmet cookie. I've been to multiple locations and the Dublin store is bright, clean, and has a simple, welcoming vibe. My favorite is still the OG Chip, and I love that you can customize it with different toppings. My usual combo is condensed milk, crushed peanuts, and sometimes a scoop of ice cream when my sweet tooth is really calling. It's so good. Another great option is the Chip Flip Box. Perfect for sharing with friends and family, gifting, or honestly just keeping for yourself lol. Service during my visit at Dublin location was great, staff were helpful and fast, he also let us know that they had a promotion where you could add two scoops of vanilla ice cream for just $1 extra. Overall, a solid spot for warm, gooey, and delicious cookies.

We got a box of Chip Cookies for Christmas. I have a sweet tooth and love cookies, crunchy, chewy or soft. We had a couple of OG cookies and a couple of the Biscoff cookies. The cookies are fat so they are soft and decent size, not overly sweet. I liked both the OG cookie and Biscoff cookies. The chocolate chips had a nice semi-sweet chocolate flavor and the white chocolate chips were sweet. The cookies had about the right number of Chips, not too many and not too sparse. Decent amount of chips in every bite. We plan to drop in and visit a Chip Cookies Shop to look at the cookies along with trying some different flavors. If you love fat and soft cookies give Chip Cookies a try.

The manger here is so professional and friendly. I just asked her and her name is Jacqueline. I wish more food and beverage companies have a staff like her. I love that she does the box of 4s. Also very professional when she was helping us, the customers, even she was training a new staff. A huge smile. Ambiance is nice, very clean and bright store. Cookies are always good. I would come again. Parking is easy. Just at the front.

I order from chip cookies regularly, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I always get the best cookie experience! The cookies never disappoint. They are so tasty. I can't express enough how much the service matches up to the delicious taste. 10/10!

As a fellow Cookie Monster, I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing there was a Yelp Elite event for it a couple of months ago. Chip Cookies has a very open and slightly modern look interior. The menu is on the wall with the list of cookies & their descriptions being on the table. Prices are a bit high with one cookie being $4.50, but they are pretty dense / huge! Their standard items include: OG, Boneless, Cocoa, and Semisweet. They also have a surprise cookie of the week, which this week was Red Velvet Snowball (red velvet and white chocolate). Their special here is that you can add a drizzle or customize your cookies for an $1. There's toppings to choose from like chocolate chips, sprinkles, and nuts. You can also do a pizookie situation or ice cream sandwich. We got a box that comes with 4 of your own options (2 OGs and 2 Cocoa) and the Red Velvet Snowball. We opted for a Nutella drizzle on our Cocoa cookie and man that was giving chocolate galore LOL. The Red Velvet Snowball wasn't super rich and was a bit more crunchier than the other cookies. Their cookies definitely have presence as it's pretty dense and like tall height wise. The exterior is crunchy with the inside being gooey. It also comes warm! Definitely would come again to try their customized options on a single cookie. Just wanted to try a little bit of everything this time. I like how it wasn't super overwhelming and sweet.

Chip has been open for a while, so I decided to try it out this past week! On the night my boyfriend and I came, the workers there (I think one was the owner) were very kind and welcoming! The interior is well-lit, minimalistic, and pretty! It seems like there's space for them to set up chairs and tables, though, and none have been placed. It makes for somewhat of an awkward, open space on one side of the lobby, but it definitely didn't take away from the charm. We both got custom chipzookies, (which are 20% on Tuesdays) which were great! The ice cream they use, though, is pretty dense, and I think only one scoop is sufficient unless you like dense treats. I'm not entirely sold on spending $5 for one cookie, but they were good! Dense, thick in the middle, and sweet without being overly decadent!

Cookies with add on's?! Um,yes please. Chip cookies is similar to Crumble cookie...only better. They have the option to add ice cream over your warm cookie. I believe the only flavor option is vanilla. You also can add different sprinkles, hot fudge, or Carmel. As you can see, I went a little crazy, lol! The establishment is clean and the service was friendly. Since it was our first time they explained everything and offered suggestions. Great spot have dessert!

We always get chipzookies from here. It would be nice if we had some varieties of ice cream flavors to choose from for the chipzookie, but it always tastes good, so won't complain :) The service is always friendly, but has a barebones atmosphere like a buy and take-out only kind of atmosphere with no seating to finish eating before heading out.

Third time here and I keep forgetting to check in or leave a review because I turn into a cookie monster and lose all sense of reality. You can customize your cookies with toppings and or ice cream. I went a little crazy my first time and literally added all the toppings to my cookie. Why is that the way to go? It's so I could figure out what I prefer and because I'm an adult and can do what I want including eating a cookie at 9pm) ;p I'll save you some guess work. If interested, scroll down. Met up with the infamous Yelp Elite George F to pick up complimentary cookies. I purchased a Chip Flip Box (4 cookies, plus 2) of the basic chocolate chip. For me, that's usually a good indicator if one does a good cookie. I would say Chip Cookies does it well. Hefty cookie but with a lightly crisp and delicate exterior yet buttery and chewy which was different. I prefer a soft cookie with a nice balance of semi-sweet chocolate without it being cloyingly sweet and this cookie delivered. As far as cookie chains, I would rate them in my Top 3 for the basic chocolate chip cookie to satisfy the sweet cravings. Place is very inviting and the gentleman working 8/26 @ 2pm was very welcoming and friendly. Would return for another Chip Flip Box or opt for a Day-Old cookie at $3 each.

I love cookies, so I was happy to seize the opportunity! I went on a Tuesday shortly after dinner time. The selections were overwhelming but for me, I like to go on recommendations. - Staff was so inviting and friendly. I liked that they made recommendations since I was a first-timer and made me feel welcomed. - I went with the boneless cookie topped with Nutella and cookie butter and a chocolate chip for my selections. - I added on a mini chip and a SW cookie. - Check the register because there might be day old cookies available for $3. This just opened in Dublin and it's a great place to go. Open until midnight. Highly recommended for a late night craving. Cookies are delicious. I've been to the Walnut Creek location and personally I like the Walnut Creek location a little bit more. They do make everything on the spot but the sugar cookie with the confetti that I got this time here was already premade and it wasn't warm. All the cookies I got from Walnut Creek were very warm and gooey the ones here were OK. They weren't very warm or hot despite a lot of food traffic. Great place to try it's a loaded cookie about $28 for 4 cookies. read more

Afternoon visit around the afternoon in a spring break on a Monday 4.7.25. This place was has only been literally open for only a few days. It's in the same center as Safeway with a gas station in Dublin near the 680 overpass. The parking lot is tricky as one entrance toward the north side is no entry and one way only . I can only imagine how busy it will get on weekends. The parking situation can be an issue if you park at Safeway you should be ok. The process is real simple here. The lady explained everything . There are pics of everything on the menu . I ordered one chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream with mini m&ms. Chip cookies is smaller than Crumbles and is situated on the end of the row of stores. I like the cleanliness factor and better customer service . Much less sugar than Crumbles. They do have an app which I still haven't downloaded but will. The cookie is thicker and about same size and is given in a small clear plastic container perfect for to go or eating in the car. Welcome addition to Dublin there another one in Walnut Creek also. They have an ice cream sandwiches and BJ 's brew house Pizookie type cookie concoction too! I love this concept. Perfect for dessert after a spicy dinner or something . That's when I'll probably get the craving or on a hot day especially. read more

I'm disappointed with the Dubai cookie . It was dry , hard and crunchy drenched in chocolate and pistachio sauce. The pro is the place looked clean , bright nice area and there was a lot of kenafi but the pistachio cream is tasteless and rich tasty chocolate sauce I had asked the girl for the Dubai cookie. Before I had asked her if I can put condensed milk and the pistachio cream , she went to the oven and went to the back . So, I couldn't get a chance to ask her . I was thinking you can customize the cookies as I was reading the menu . She arrived with the box and she then added the chocolate sauce . She then asked do you want anything else ? I thought in my mind you should of asked me in the beginning. When I opened the box it was drenched with chocolate and the pistachio cream. I didn't realize it was drenched in sauce until I went to the car . It did not look like the advertised cookie on social media . The chocolate flavor is overpowering due to the overwhelming of chocolate & pistachio cream sauce . The place looks clean . The service could be better , too. I felt I was rushed. She rang my order & I signed it and I said thank you . She said bye but she was already in the back of the store . I was still putting my number in for the points. Lol I payed $6.56 for the cookie. I can by pass the cookie drenched in sauce but the cookie is dry , hard and crunchy on top of the poor customer service didn't leave me for wanting to try the other cookies . Raw! Melted! Sooo bad! Disappointed came Sunday evening with absolutely no one here. How does one mess up this bad? 4 cookies cost me close to $25, and I couldn't even tell which cookie was which flavor since they all melted together. Whomever worked Saturday night should be trained again. This is absolutely disgusting! Was craving for a sweet treat and what I got was raw cookies. What a waste of time and money. read more

First time trying Chip cookies and was not impressed. The Cocoa cookie description did not say there were chocolate chips in it, but the raw bake at home dough did say chips. So, I asked if the Cocoa cookie had chocolate chips inside and the employee said yes. Well, I dug through the cookie and found no chips..... OG cookie is ok. Not enough chocolate chips and barely sweet. These cookies are plump with a hard exterior. I received them barely warm, which was fine since I was going to eat them later. I'm not a fan that the cookies look like they're sitting in a warmer or low heat oven so the cookie may continue to get cooked. Not sure what the reviews mean by made-to-order cookies as the cookies are all already cooked... You can customize your cookies with toppings or something, not sure how this works or what it is exactly. I prefer Crumbl or other cookies spots than this. Sorry to say as I do appreciate supporting small businesses and all. I prefer my cookies a bit more sweet and with more chocolate chips or with bigger chocolate pieces at least. I suppose this spot could be for you if you don't like your cookies sweet. These did not satisfy my sweet tooth :/ read more

Yeahhhhh Crumble is 1000000X better. These are basically muffins not cookies. 19$ for 4 is not a great deal. Kids all agreed Crumbl is way better. Plus it's showing "vermin" on their health report. Yeah should have checked for that before we ordered! read more

What's to hate about a fresh hot cookie? This place offers a selection of different flavors and topping options, the prices are a little high and aligned with Crumbl Cookie which is obviously what they are trying to compete against, service was good ... Dublin store lacks any sitting area ... definitely will head back when the craving happens! read more

First time here and it was wonderful!! Stopped by to get dessert and Jacklyn provided excellent customer service. She made my night. Her energy was contagious! Beautiful smile, enthusiastic and shining bright. She provided the information on the options available and also told me the specials that they have. Apparently this is a newer spot that has opened up. I would like to preface this by saying we went a little later in the evening, around 7 PM. And it would have appeared that they may have been closing soon. The ambiance was nice. It was very well-lit, there was music playing, and it seemed very upbeat for that time of day, which was kind of nice. The 2 people that were working in the location seemed to be related. And the young lady told me that it is a franchise and owned, buy a local family. So, we ordered a few cookies and I can honestly say that if cooked properly, I actually prefer them to crumbl. I say this because they are a new business. So they were still working out some kings, but once they get that under control. I think that it is a good place to go and get pretty good cookies. I also like the idea that you can actually put together your own cookie, and they will make it for you. If that's your preference, or they already have certain cookies that you can purchase. They also have day old cookies at a lowered price point to adjust for the fact that they're day old. I live in San Ramon, so I'm much closer to Crumbl Cookies and don't get out to Dublin as much however, I would drive to Dublin For These cookies once they have been a little bit more established and are consistent. read more

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a super welcoming team member who explained how everything worked, which made the experience even better. The shop smelled amazing -- like fresh, warm cookies straight out of the oven. We decided to try the Chipzookie with the boneless cookie, and it did not disappoint. The girl who helped us was so generous with the ice cream scoop, and you could tell she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. The cookie itself was perfectly chewy, warm, and rich with flavor -- just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. I love coming to Chip Cookies! I am so happy it is in Dublin now after visiting the Walnut Creek and Brentwood locations. The cookies are amazing! Fresh and taste homemade, not too sweet or crazy flavors, but just perfectly warm and soft. We use Chip for catering all the time and for cookie cakes. I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies.
