I was able to get scheduled within 48 hours and they gave me a two hour window to fix my vehicle. From my two experiences with them, (they had to return to fix an unrelated crack from a rock), they typically arrive on the tail end of that window they give you- just an FYI They didn't offer me military discount, but that's OK because after doing some research, they quoted me a very fair and already discounted price.
