My husband was driving on the freeway when a gravel truck threw a rock which hit the windshield of our Kia Sportage. It was a pretty deep chip with some spider veins. A couple of hours later I went on Yelp to get quotes to repair the chip. Tri City immediately contacted me with a set price and said they could come to my house the next day to do the repair with no trip charge. They also sent me a link to make an appointment online and gave several options for time frames. The repair was explained thoroughly and completed in 10 minutes. It looks great and comes with a warranty. The price quoted was the least expensive and Tri City was the most responsive company. They were super friendly and helpful. My car window was broken into and completely smashed. When I contact TC, I got a quote lower than anyone else that I called and they were able to come the following day. Fast forward, and there was a problem when installing the glass. I called immediately when I realized the window would not roll down. The owner personally came on-site the next day and drove all around the city finding the correct part for me! He went above and beyond to correct the mistake, when he could have easily brushed it off and sent me elsewhere. This is the high quality service that we are missing in today's world! read more

Window was 5 star, but.... Set appointment up, got call window that came in had a chip. Reset appointment no show at time, called said they were in Fort Worth waiting on window, reset appointment for later. Call, not at that time either. Finally get a call from owner, he was just told of appointment in FW and they are 90 min away. ( Which means story I was told ain't the whole truth). Set another appointment on Labor Day, he picked time 11....got call he was on his way got there around noon. ( idea...you set time and picked it, be there). Once he arrived, nice job, looks great, gave about a $20 discount which made it 1/2 of what safelite quoted. Use again ??? If in Dallas or closer to them absolutely. read more
