WORST STORE EVER!! I came here tonight at around 8:30 got in a long line to order. I finally made it to tell them what I want and they told me I had to order quesadillas online. So I ordered it and it said that it would be ready at 8:45. I then waited till about 15 after and went and checked on it. Then the worker said that it was done. I then waited for her to bring and she came back empty handed and just checked someone else out. I asked another employee a few minutes and he tried to help but it was not the good. I then asked the lady one more time when she gave me someone else's food. I came back and told her and she got me my food finally. At this point it was around 9:20. I opened the food and my quesadilla had little to no cheese. My corn was also very disgusting. Overall the store was gross with bad service and bad food. read more

I wish I could give this Chipotle zero stars. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle and will never go back. First, my husband and I ordered online, showed up right at the anticipated time that the order should be ready and was told to get in line because our online order would take 45 more minutes. I agreed and asked how the payment would work and proceeded to get reamed out by a dark haired worker with a double nose piercing. She then yelled across the store to me to ask me what my name was. By the time I made it to the end of the line, the guac was completely brown not to mention the quality of the food was poor. Finally we needed napkins which were not stocked, and when my husband kindly asked for the napkins, they were thrown at him. I love coming to chipotle but this store really disappointed me. I was visiting Annapolis for the weekend and decided to get a quick bite to eat, and the food was great but the management wasn't all that great. I think a store should treat its employees with more dignity and respect seeing as they're the ones who do the day to day activities, without your employees there would be no store. The manager Chet or something seemed a little discriminatory and kind of an a**hole! He was very rude to his employees and it just made me sad. If you visit this location make sure to treat the employees well because it seems their management doesn't care about them like they should. read more

After years of constant struggles with this location I've decided it's finally time to stop coming here. You have a 50/50 chance if they will get your order right or if the food will somehow be otherwise mediocre and bland. Today I ordered a bowl with fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, corn salsa, red salsa, sour cream, cheese, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, and chicken. Very upset with my recent experience! Very friendly staff but not the best service. I had to wait for steak which I was fine doing as it looked like they were slammed with take out orders. After waiting 5-10 minutes they finally got the steak available and gave me the smallest scoop I have ever seen. It was ridiculous! I see a lot of other reviewers saying the same thing. I kindly asked can you add a little more to which she did but then charged me for double meat when even with the "extra" meat wasn't even as much as a normal serving from every other Chipotle I have been to. If I could rate this restaurant less than one star, I would. Most chipotles that I have been to are very good quality, but every time I have been to this chipotle there has been something wrong with my order. In my most recent order, the guacamole on my order was black and unsafe to eat. Additionally my burrito had several ingredients that I didn't order. As a chain, I like Chipotle. However, the downtown Annapolis location is very poorly run! On arrival, there wasn't a single clean table, the floors were not only covered in bits of food, but fluid as well, to the point it was hazardous. No complaints about the food, but the place was a mess. Without exaggeration, I'm certain an inspector would have found multiple violations. And if the public-facing part of the restaurant was that bad, how clean could the kitchen be? read more

Only in Annapolis would a fight to put in a chipotle go up to the highest court in MD. Really though, it's been a long time coming and this location has always delivered for me. I live downtown and I really love an affordable, nice fast casual place within walking distance. The place is set up for lines for take out instead of dining in, so don't count on finding a seat during rush times. Staff is friendly, food is prepared well, and the space is clean. I have never been so disappointed at a Chipotle before. I have given this place multiple chances (4 to be exact) and every time I was disappointed. There was ALWAYS something wrong with the food. First time I went, the chips were stale. I mean it's like they reused last weeks chips. They ran out of cheese one day and veggies the next. Look, I've never had a doordash order be completely satisfactory from this chipotle. It seems its always wrong, ridiculously small, or poorly made. But my most recent order simply shocked me. My dasher complained of "racism", stating the lady working was backing all his orders up and making them late or unsatisfactory, based on his race. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. I went to pay with a gift card I purchased myself and the card showed a $0.00 balance... some error or something... and they gave me the food for free. Using the Chipotle app, I ordered a carry out and the order accidentally went to this location (even though my app specifically says go to the Annapolis mall for pick up). When I realized it, I called to cancel the order and get a credit on my card. The girls response was "I can't give you a credit, but I can certainly cancel your order ". I said yes please cancel my order and also I will need a credit on my card. The girls response was well I don't think we can give you a credit. I will email corporate and ask them if they can. I tried most of the afternoon to get some sort of contact information for "corporate". Seemingly no local restaurants have that information. very frustrated with Chipotle. I went to this location with a group of people. While they were waiting in line for food I went to the restroom. There was a code needed to enter so I asked one of the girls behind the counter what the code was. She told me I had to order and the code would be on the bottom of my receipt. I had only been waiting about an hour to use the restroom because of traffic, so I pick up a receipt that was on the floor for the code number. Afterwards I got in line and watched as the staff by the register gave other random people, including a guy that flashed a smile, the code with no problem. Was I being discriminated against because I'm a large girl and not a tall cute guy with a smile? That's where my thoughts immediately go. I won't be visiting this Chipotle anymore. read more

Went to this chipotle the other day to get a dinner for my mom and I and was greeted upon entering and they were exact with the amount I wanted in each bowl. The workers were just extremely kind and it made my experience and day so much better. I've been here times before however, they definitely made me feel like I mattered. Too bad a great location has to be wasted with the worst chipotle. I normally expect great filling food and service out of a chipotle but this store is the exception and easily the worst I've ever been to. I have been to this chipotle many times since it is the nearest but each time there has been a big issue. There has always been a combination of staff that do not really care, many of the options not being available, and putting considerably less food in each order than other chipotle locations. I thought these problems could be resolved by preordering but the first time the order was not ready until over 30 minutes after the original pick up time, where we would have gotten our food 20 minutes sooner by just cancelling and getting in line (the bowls were still only half filled). The other time I pre ordered they completely screwed up the order so when I got back home I realized I had paid for double meat and guacamole but received neither. On top of that it was still a half filled bowl. I hope chipotle can fix this location because it's a bummer that one of the best locations has to be plagued by terrible service. read more
