Usually I find Chipotles to be good, fairly healthy options for a bite when I am on the road. Most I have visited would rate a 4 or 5. This one, however, fails to meet that standard. I ordered twice from there during a recent visit to the area. The first time the food was not ready when ordered. Not a huge deal as it was fairly busy. Went here on 7/27/23 @ 12:50pm Very busy place, the line was backed up to the door as u walk in. Few people ahead of me got out of line and left(didn't want to wait). The line did move along very fast. It is just extremely busy because the Packers training camp is going on today. Ordered up the steak burrito today. Eveything was very fresh. As stated earlier, very busy in the store today. The tables showed it. Nothing was washed down or clean. The trash was all full. The floors really needed a good sweeping and wash. I would recommend this place even though they were super busy because the food is always consistent and fresh. Awful service. Placed mobile order at 448 pm May13. Finally got the order at 516pm. Multiple people came in and left with counter orders while I waited. When I asked about my order I was total it was being worked on. It was one burrito bowl. Nothing special. There were a line of burrito bowls with rice and meat sitting in the mobile order "assembly line". Multiple order placed after mine were processed while mine sat and got cold. The cashier and the man behind the counter were not helpful and although not busy didn't help the mobile orders. No one apologized for the poor service and long wait not to mention cold food. The location no doubt also had the grizzliest chicken. We typically visit chipotle at least once a week. I tried to file a complaint online, but it is near impossible to do. Satisfied with the food, however the floor, windows, tables and trash cans in the dining area need a deep cleaning. It looks like they've been operating without any daily cleaning for months on end. Ridiculously slow and order line is long... we go to Chipotle everywhere around the country and was wondering if it is just unique to this state? Would recommend you order online and pick up to save time and if you do, check your order before you leave because we noticed some coming back due to incomplete order! the place was filthy!!! everywhere you looked there were dirty tables and garbage on the floor. we couldn't understand any of the workers when they were talking and they were rude. they ran out of two types of meat I wanted and kept urging me to get the other ones available. The food was tasty and staff seemed nice. That being said, the place was the filthiest restaurant that I've ever seen! There was food strewn about the entire floor and every table. The chairs were also filthy. The soda area was dirty and a mess as well. What got me the most was the women's bathroom. It looked like a feces bomb had exploded. It was everywhere! The whole toilet was covered, also on wall and floor. The smell was AWFUL! It was unusable! A women told an employee but no one addressed the issue the whole time we were there. Good food long lines i had to wait at least 1 hour and the food was ok i got burrito and the shell was hard and the guy was slow and my mother got a bowl and the guy gave one half of a spoon full of rice that filled up 1/3 of the bowl and when my mom ask for another spoon full the guy said no. read more

I have been to a lot of Chipotle locations in my life, and this particular location has to be the absolute stingiest one I have ever been to. Every single time they act like each each grain of rice, each little bean, each piece of protein in coming out of their paychecks. Today was the worst for this though. The worker put the smallest amount of rice possible and then proceeded to take a tablespoon worth OUT of my bowl. Then after he put yet another minuscule scoop of chicken in, he literallllllly took ONE CUBE of chicken OUT of my bowl. W.TF?? I can't with this location. This is by far my favorite fresh food restaurant.. Having stated my humble opinion, on Chipotle being my favorite restaurant was sorta tarnished the other night... It was almost my turn to order when I spotted an employee not properly wearing his mask. His nose was outside the mask as he was wondering around as it appeared that he was checking for containers that needed to refilled with food as he was doing this he went over to the counter and saw some meat that didn't quite make into a bowl, burrito or taco and just flicked it with his fingers and unmasked nose back into the container!!! Well, Chipotle was busy. They always put priority to taking orders which is appreciated by the fast food generation. Me, I'd prefer cleaner tables. On that subject one towel to wipe the six dirty tables? This Chipotle is cleaner than many however. We had good food and that makes the grade. The service was really confusing. The kids soda cups were unavailable so they gave us the small instead. But they really didn't "give us" anything they sold us one. I'm glad car dealers can't automatically upscale us... "Sir we're out of the Pintos today, so we added this Mustang to your bill... automatically. It was really only .15 dollars difference but perhaps the service should respect the manners of commerce. Bad! This Chipotle is very stingy with items especially the meat. It is one of the stingiest there is. We got crunchy tacos like we do in many locations. The meat didn't fill even the entire taco across the bottom of the shell and it was very thin. Barbacoa, chicken and steak were the varieties we asked for. When we asked for a little bit more he said it would be double the price. Ridiculous, I have never seen it this bad before. We won't be back to this one anymore. Worst ever! I saw other reviews saying the same thing, so must happen a lot at this one and they just don't care. There are many other locations out there not like this one. read more

I have been going to Chipotle since it opened. The chicken bowl is my favorite and I truly love the food. However, it seems that in the last year or two it has really reduced the amount of food you receive. I thought it was just a time or two but today it reached a new low. The bowl wasn't even filled to the bowl level and it was a drastic new low in the amount of ingredients. There was sparse amount of chicken in the bowl and the rice didn't even cover the bottom. Really a disappointment. It seems it is just this location as I travel a lot and most other places serve at least an adequate amount of ingredients. What can I say about Chipotle. You can get a big burrito stuffed with meat, salsa, veggies, and cheeses. Never had a big issue and is reliable spot to go for a quick meal that's not fast food and not sure where to go if you're stranded in an unfamiliar city. This specific location is small and they packed as much seating as they can. There's a small lane from when you enter to the ordering counter. The middle is squished with high-tables and the other side of the restaurant has low tables. It's part of a strip mall so they have to compete with parking which is hard since that is also small. If it's busy there, then parking is extremely difficult I would suggest to order online if you're craving Chipotle. read more

I have always been a huge fan of Chipotle. I feel in love with one location when I was in college. When I moved back to Green Bay I thought we would never get one and when we did I was excited to try it out. I still love their food but the options they have and the quality at this location can vary a ton. What I mean by that is sometimes they are out of toppings (fajitas) one day and have it the next. Same with the quality sometimes the corn salsa is fantastic and then the next time it is watery and flavorless. Went last night and I got a "keto" bowl to go and my daughter got a quesadilla. Everything was fresh and hot. The steak and chicken were cooked to perfection and were melt in your mout tender. The extra $1.95 for guacamole seemed a little excessive, but I am not I touch with expected pricing in this area so it may be the normal price. The cashier that works during the lunch-hour rush is super friendly. He always asks how my day is going and puts a smile on my face with his contagious energy (despite my futile attempts to resist). He never hesitates to assume that I will add chips and a drink to my order, and calls me "man" to make me feel like I belong. Chipotle is so delicious! IMHO, way better than Qdoba. Plus it's better quality. My only complaint is the music is way too loud!

I really love chipotle because their meat and veggies are locally bought and the meat has no ABX in their feed. But his particular location had some loud music that was so intrusive to our conversation! That's why if only gave them 4 stars, but I will say after I asked them to turn it down they obliged. :) All in all I like Chipotle and will eat there again. :) read more
