Terrible experience overall. After placing my order and purchasing a large queso, I asked for a bag of chips. The manager, who was also working the register, told me they couldn't sell me any because the remaining chips were being reserved for online orders. I looked behind the counter and saw plenty of bags of chips, so I asked, "If I place an order for chips through the app right now, you'll give me chips?" She responded, "Yes." That made no sense to me. It seems unreasonable to refuse a paying customer standing in the store while continuing to fulfill online orders. If chips are in such limited supply, they should simply mark them as unavailable for online ordering until more are made. This situation could have been avoided with better planning, whether that means preparing more chips before the rush or staffing appropriately to keep up with demand. In-person customers who take the time to come into the restaurant shouldn't be turned away for an item that's visibly available simply because it's being reserved for online orders. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and poor customer service. read more

One of the worst chipotle locations in the South Hills. Generally an unclean environment, and the portion sizes are straight up absurd. The worst part is absolutely the staff, acting as if doing their job is an inconvenience. I don't blame employees though, there clearly seems to be a lack of good management and training. I would personally skip this location and visit another. If you must, only order in person, online orders will usually be wrong or very small because you're not there to see what's being made. A chicken burrito with white rice, corn salsa, fajita veggies, lettuce, sour cream and cheese came as the following: chicken, rice, cheese and lettuce... which like okay, understandable but the next 3 times I ordered, I had missing guac, no chips, or no queso. If these things were included in my burrito or bowl I would have no issues but they easily cost $6+. It's just insane. read more

I got 2 bowls and a large order of chips and guac. One bowl was chicken and one was steak but I was charged for 2 steak bowls. It's not the end of the world, but make sure to check your receipt before leaving. Any bowl that you get is always super filling and is good for it's price. Sometimes the guac is brown, so it can be hit or miss but it was really good today. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing, plus from what I could see it was very clean. I will be back again. Also I recommend checking out the app. Every purchase adds up to points and you can get frequent rewards. I've ordered from this location with the app in the past and it was always a good experience, plus you have the option to pick up as early as 10 minutes after you place the order. read more

After today, I don't think I'll ever go back during the lunch rush. This place is a total zoo! A million people both inside & out, absolutely no where to park, and a line so long. When I finally got a parking spot in the lot behind chipotle, across the street, I was greeted by an employee at the register immediately who got all 3 of my orders (had to pick up multiple orders for other people in my office). This employee was incredibly polite and even offered to help me carry my bags to my car. Everyone's order was accurate. How sweet was that? This new location on Washington Rd in McMurray is only so-so. It is a brand new building and looks nice from the outside but it is cramped and awkward on the inside. Every turn I felt I was in someone's way. Even the men's restroom is awkwardly situated. I only mention this because the building is new. The beans were not drained before being put into my tacos. And by not drained I mean there was a measurable puddle in the bottom of the dish that my tacos were drowning in. Taste-wise everything was on par with my usual experience of late at chipotle. But after spending $28 for 3 people, I want to walk away feeling happy for going and that wasn't the case today. read more
