The chain overall is great, but this McMurray location is horrible and is a poor reflection of the chain. Ordered from it three times, two of the three something went severely wrong. Food tasted fine, but the portions at this store are small. We also ordered the "online only" quesadilla...its just a cheese quesadilla and the filling is given to you as a side. The food overall is alright. The biggest issue is the employees. ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER! He is beyond disrespectul and unprofessional. His bad attitude is being passed down to his employees too. A handful of them are quite rude too. The staff overall is lazy. They complain if you "leave a mess", which in reality is a few grains of rice on the ground/table. It's honestly a joke at this point. The amount of money that they make in a week from the countless sports teams alone is ridiculous but the teams are treated with nothing but disgust and utter disrespect. This chipotle is hot garbage. Every time I order the exact same thing and the portions are so inconsistent. Not a surprise since they have miserable high school kids working the lines who would rather fill your bowl halfway full instead of doing a decent job the last hour they're open each day. Good food and convenient location. I ate here twice during lunch with a coworker and both times my food was good and my coworker had no complaints either. This place is very busy during the lunch hours but I give the employees credit for being able to handle the rush and I give management credit for making sure they have enough employees scheduled to handle the rush. Restaurant is clean inside but it is definitely a little crammed inside which is a complaint of mine as it is very easy to run into someone else. Also not enough tables so your table is shared with another party as it is one big table. Overall a pleasant experience will definitely be back for further work lunches. read more

Don't go to this Chipotle after 8:00 p.m or you won't get any of the things you want. When I first was standing in line at 8:45 pm (they close at 10:00 pm) I noticed that a few people didn't get the things that they wanted but I wasn't sure what they were out of. This has happened to me before where they say they're "out of guacamole" but when I see the online order counter full of guacamole it's pretty disappointing. When I went to order my tacos, they were out of taco shells. When I asked for steak, out of that. Out of fajita veggies and corn salsa as well. I could tell the person behind the counter was frustrated with me but only because there were a lot of things that I could not get. I was also growing frustrated seeing that person being the only one working the line while 4-5 people stood around the online order counter not doing anything. When I got the end of the line to pay I asked for guacamole and chips as well, the frustrated employee proceeded to get my guacamole cup and the SLAM it down on the counter with attitude. I should have walked out of the establishment then but I decided to pay for my sub par food lacking all the things that I actually wanted and left. When it came to the portions that I got I was extremely disappointed. Usually it's hard to close the lid sometimes and this was lackluster to say the least. When I got home and explained the situation to my husband and opened the burrito I got him he said "This is the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had." The chips tasted very bland and very stale, probably sitting out all day. I understand that times are still hard but if you can't give people the food that they want it's a waste of food and money. The beans were not cooked all the way so they were partially crunch, the steak had fat and gristle parts that were too tough to chew and last bit not least the lettuce was gritty. Burrito bowl was really good, better than other Chipotle, can that be or is it me?

So the past two times I've ordered delivery from this chipotle it has been an absolute miserable experience. Two times in a row I waited over an hour from estimated arrival time. On top of the wait the food was cold and the chips were soggy. I travel a lot and have been to quite a few chipotle locations. I can say that this is the WORST chipotle location I have been to/ordered from in my entire life. From this point on I will never order from this chipotle. I'm a big fan of chipotle, I typically rock the barbacoa burrito bowl or veggie salad with a mountain of guac. This location is so-so compared to others. There is usually a line around the store for the weekday lunch rush until around 12:30, and they are not very generous with their meat portions - you may have to ask for more. Don't even think about ordering online for lunch time take out, earliest available time is usually around 1:15. I think they have had issues with too many take out orders at lunch time slowing them down in the past so that could be why. Some experiences employees have been less than pleasant, but recent trips have been better. In the end my vice for Chipotle and the food quality has trumped the average customer experience at this spot, I guess when your good...your good. read more

Ordered online. Arrived at McMurray location for pickup, there were no items in the mobile order area. Waited. No one asked me if I needed assistance. 2 others come in, order and get served. I asked if my order was ready. It had been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting to be bagged and placed in kiosk. It was bagged and I took it home. Arrived home to a TINY burrito, definitely not the normal size. Were they out of burrito wrappers?? Wait- they added tiny amount of filling and folded it way more than normal. In addition to this, 2 workers were sitting in the dining area eating. No masks (eating) while dine in is closed by order of the governor. I won't patronize them again. read more

Stopped into the McMurray store and ordered 3 bowls to go. The server was too interested in talking with his friends who were sitting at the table behind me. He needed to be corrected on the order 2 times before getting it right. He even yelled to them and stated, "Oh boy I'm gonna get fired because I screwed up again" and was more concerned with socializing and did not appear to be taking the work seriously. The portions of the food were not what I am used to in comparison to other Chipotle restaurants that we frequent, as there was not much in the bowls at all. I would not recommend this restaurant until they hire some more mature workers who understand a work ethic. read more
