My wife and I grabbed dinner here the other night on the way home. Its easy, tasty, and fairly priced. It is fresh, "healthy," fast food. Ok, maybe portion size is not necessarily healthy, but that's my fault for just eating my whole tasty burrito. The staff were friendly enough. I was surprised how long the line was at 8:00 p.m. It wasn't like the staff were working lethargically either. They were getting the food made and getting people through the line. Ouch, Chipotle, in my last review I loved what was goin on because of a manager that kept a tight ship. Now apparently we have all new staff and they got an order of 8 things and it shut the entire place down. It left 10 people including myself waiting for 15 minutes, and they stop seasoning the meat on the grill, and orders went out the window. I got a bowl with chicken, veggies and guac. Did I get chicken? Nope. Came back. Did I get more than two strips of veggies? Nope. The manager on staff in line didn't even apologize to anyone for what shenanigans was going on. Step it up. This was my favorite chipotle to go to and now I have the need to find another location. The restaurant was not busy at all and the staff on the line were incredibly slow and so distracted talking to each other leaving my partner and I to wait for their attention. The young man on the tortilla station was not doing full servings and still wanted to charge me extra. Yet I paid extra and didn't even get a full portion. And it took him like 2 minutes for him to finally ask if my partner if he wanted something after he was looking up at the ceiling and sweeping the counter with his gloved hand. & finally when he starting making my partners quesadilla he didn't even switch his gloves! There was a girl in the middle of the line, I'm assuming on lunch break since she had a bowl and was just playing with the food on the line picking it up with the spoon then dropping the food back in the line and finally picking up the spoon again to serve her bowl. She was literally just in the way. The girl on salsas asked if I had extra chicken and whispered something to her coworker after I said no. I feel like I'm eating a veggie bowl because of the lack of chicken that I have. The quesadilla we ordered hardy had any cheese and chicken. The chips are bland. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and disgusted with todays service. Either this staff needs to step it up, or they have to go. read more

We come here often due to the location. The food is generally adequate, as is the service. But it was terribly disappointing when we went in yesterday, with the county under a mask mandate, and staff were either wearing no mask or wearing masks around their necks. I placed an online order to pickup at 7. I didn't get my order until 8 and it was not made with any salsa or sour cream. Employees do not care and are rude. The cashier said they were busy, there six people in line. That is not busy for a Chipotle. I never had issue with this location until recently. Every single time I place a mobile order for this location they are consistently 20-30 mins behind and then when you mention it to the staff they blame you. This past time was the last straw for me. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra rice, pinto beans, fajitas, cheese, and sour cream. When I got home I had a bowl that had black beans and chicken, that's it. Worst experience EVERY!. I ordered online first thing in the morning for our staff meeting. Arranged to have it picked up at 11:30 AM. Sent two of my staff to pick it up (8 orders and 8 drinks). At 11:47 my staff member calls me to tell me they hadn't even started my order and there is a line "out the door." I asked to speak to a manager, the person who got on the phone identified herself as the manager. I asked her how long the order would take (remember this is lunch for a staff meeting set to begin in 10 minutes), she said they were working on it. When I asked did she think it would be 5 minutes or 10 minutes or longer, she replied with, "I am the expediter and as long as you keep me on the phone I can't work on your order." Do yourself a favor, if you need to order lunch for a staff meeting, do not order from this Chipotle, the Jimmy John's next door gives much better and consistent service. read more

Had an online order. Showed up on time and it only me in the restaurant. Next door is a jimmy johns and the staff came over and got priority in getting their meal finished. After they left I was told they were still working on my burrito. I was the only one in the restaurant at this time. 5 minutes later one of the staff members put down her clipboard and went to the back. As she walked through the door I saw someone working on my burrito and looked extremely stoned. I saw the manager and another girl help him finish my order. It was painful to watch. I couldn't believe how I was pushed to the side so they could help out their jimmy johns friends next door. Used to love this location for Mexican food to go. Since CoVid, out of 5 or 6 orders, they have only gotten one order right. Today's order was way more wrong than right. I know these people are doing God's work in these crazy times right now but goodness gracious. Corporate is great about refunding a percentage but it should not be wrong almost every single time. Do NOT Order delivery from this chipotle. I'll tell you why. I found out tonight that their tacos without salsa are dry as.. their tacos without salsa. I had ordered delivery because I can't leave the house right now. And when I got my tacos they had no salsa on them. The order was correct and it had salsa requested. I know it sounds very trivial however again they taste more like Styrofoam than Tacos at this point. So I called in and spoke with Conner who said the only thing I could do is come back and get some salsa. Well there's a lot of problems with this. First if I wanted to come out and get exposed to COVID I would've done that in the first place. Second this just shows me that if your order is wrong, they won't do anything to make up for it except for tell you to come back and get it fixed yourself. So they could put a shoe instead of meat in your taco, and their accountability remains the same. I'm not saying not to go in and order, because at least there you can make sure that they don't get your order wrong. But if you want delivery and expect to get what you ordered, go somewhere else. Unless you like Styrofoam flavored food that's cool too. Even if they had offered one free taco if I come get it tomorrow I would've been OK with that to make up for the difference. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, when it was my turn, the food preparer completes nine (9) take out orders, causing me to wait an additional 17 minutes. Finally, when it was my turn, they ran out of the cauliflower rice and chicken. The server then informed me that it will be another 10-15 minutes till the chicken and cauliflower would be ready. Not one apology, not one ounce of concern for the 30 minute wait to buy an average $9.00 burrito made by people who take no pride in their work. I simply walked out. I ordered for pickup two double chicken burrito bowls. I picked them up and got all the way home when I opened them I was shocked. I thought someone had eaten half of them but my bag had the sealed stickers and I picked it up from the store. What's worse is the managers attitude when I came back to the store to have them re-made. The line was really long by this time and told me to go to the back of the line. I told her I ordered these over an hour ago and would appreciate if they made them now. I asked for the manager and she was the manager. I asked if she cared to see why I was there and the product her location was putting out for to go orders and she said nope. I told her that was pitiful. Check your to go orders before you leave the store. Another customer was there for the exact same reason as me for a to go order and got similar snotty treatment from the manager. Three Stars only because this place is ALWAYS packed to the rim, there is only one employee there that I like. She is a tall slender older female. Usually does the wrapping. She is the only professional that I have encountered. The last time I went the cashier completely had her back to me and was talking to two guys , the elderly lady had to tell her HEY, customers! Even at that point the gal took a few mins to help me. She was annoyed that she had to do her job. She gave me the impression she thinks she is better than the job. I've been coming to this Chipotle for years, however, the staff differs significantly depending on the day, and hence the service varies. Sometimes the burritos fall apart after the first bite - they aren't heating the wrap long enough. The music is so loud sometimes you can't hear the people behind the counter and the staff should be reminded that lots of folks speak Spanish (even if they don't look Hispanic and even if they aren't) and we know and understand when they are making jokes at our expense. We'll be looking for a more reliable place and one without the rude staff. One employee in particular always acts as if she's doing you a favor by taking your order. More and more disappointing each time I go back the past couple of months. read more
