WORST Chipotle I have EVER BEEN, too. We placed our order through their website and when we received our burrito bowls - THEY WERE ALL INCORRECT! How do you mess up an entire order when all their instructions are literally written out for you? We had missing toppings and meats in ALL four of my orders. If a customer is trusting you to make an order for us without us physically being present, especially during the middle of the pandemic, you should be focusing on those orders. We are trusting you as our eyes to ensure you are taking our orders seriously. Not only were all of our bowls messed up, but ALL four of our bowls were HALF empty! Why am I paying $9-$10 dollars a bowl for you to be stingy with the amount of food? What am I paying for? I would NEVER recommend this Chipotle to anyone and will not be back. Always missing something. Employees are terrible. Treat customers like garbage and don't do their job. They never make the online orders on time. I ordered and have been waiting for 20 minutes. Due to staffing issues this location closed at 3:30 on Saturday. I was already in line, then was told I couldn't be served. I understand that it is difficult for one person to run the restaurant. So lock the door! Put up a sign! Where is the manager? I would avoid this location if possible. Also Chipotle has the worst customer service line I have ever seen. We stopped in around 5ish on a Wednesday for a quick bite to eat on our way to see a movie. There was a pretty decent line that continued to grow while we were there, but they keep things moving pretty quickly. I like the relatively simple menu and the fact that the calories are readily available. Clean location, reliable food. read more

I placed an on line order & when I went into the restaurant to pick it up the restaurant was NASTY! The counter up to the cash register was covered with mass food crumbs. Also, the drink area was filthy & the trash was running over. I mentioned it twice to the cashier & she didn't say or do anything. I will not be going back to that location. My fiancé and I ordered a pick up order from this location and we're about finished with our chips when we realized there was a cockroach in the bag the entire time - Alive & moving around. Waited 35 min in line for a late lunch. There were plenty of employees, but they didn't seem to care that there were tons of people in line. Apparently the cashier walked out while I was standing in line. I don't know what was going on, but something was off. They gave generous portions! That was the one redeeming quality. I love me some Chipotle, but this location is not good. Thankfully I don't live close, I was just passing thru, so I won't ever have to go back hopefully. This particular chipotle always seems understaffed and is often out of ingredients. Not sure if I've ever seen any manager on the floor and face to face employees seem undertrained. Small parking lot, long lines, lethargic and sometimes rude employees. Definitely don't order online. Your order will probably be wrong and you'll wait at least 5 minutes at the register waiting to be acknowledged and another 5 because your food wasn't ready at the pickup time. This restaurant could be good with some dedicated management and a little more effort to its service. read more

I must admit that Chipotle is one of only two major chains that I just love. When this Chipotle opened close to my work I was very excited. It started off great. The manager was always there doing a great job. She kept things moving and was constantly walking around surveying customers on their experience. Well that was then and this is now. I think the former Manager has moved on. The quality of service has taken a big dive. The current staff acts like they could care less and the service gets slower each time. I recently placed my order online b/c I didn't have time to wait in line. When I got there to pick up my order they informed me that their internet has been down and they don't do internet orders currently. Would have been nice for the internet site to point that out. I was forced to the back of a long line and wasn't even offered a discount. Parking at this location is terrible at lunch. The parking lot is far to small and several times I've had to park at the Kroger next door. Sub par service and ghetto attitude. This seems to be becoming par for the course for Finneytown establishments. It shouldn't surprise me that the Chipotle went this way too. read more

Current Update: it's a good choice for chipotle the food is decent (that being some of the time, sometimes it's hectic, and they do not enforce anything {mask policy included that's on outside window}), however also reward points are misunderstood in this specific establishment, and with my last visit, my points were used and the transaction was voided so it deleted the points I was saving up. Glitch on the app where multiple already used coupons show up so if you guess wrong I guess you lose your points--person working register was unhelpful and standoffish when asked what to do and with nothing to add but the cost of the food again. Have been going to this chipotle for a while and it's steadily has gone down hill with people having more of an attitude with service, I just want to get my food and leave (and done properly). I like chipotle tho so I will probably go to a different location from now on and forward. I wish for more of a helpful atmosphere and less attitude from this location when im just trying to get food--would suggest going down the highway to the Colerain location. Update: tried it again due to family and experience wasn't any better--this time with wrapping of burrito: very off shaped, squished most of contents out without replacing (yes they added a double shell and no they still couldn't wrap it correctly), and I had to re-wrap burrito at home: seriously done with this location, so unfortunate with it being the closest to home and convenient. read more

This chipotle is very ghetto and the employees are often time not trained properly. I have ordered food here many times and its like the service gets worse each time. My latest experience consisted of me ordering online and then waiting an extra 20 minutes past the time of pickup time i selected. The employees were very rude when I asked them why it hadn't been made yet even though the location was dead. They then proceeded to give me the wrong order which caused me to wait even longer. Management is almost non existent I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you like waiting as well as rude service. read more

This Chipotle tends to be more crowded than some of the others, especially around lunch time or if you hit the after work crowd. However, it is also just as good as any Chipotle I've been to. We order from here for work quite often, and even with 6 very specific orders, they have never gotten anything wrong. It's always ready when we go to pick it up, and they include all the sides and special requests for us. I've also gone for myself a few times, and have never been let down. Any Chipotle that gives me the extra extra cheese I ask for is good in my book. read more

This is your typical Chipotle and probably one of the better ones in the area. Expect a wait! They always have a line and you'll be waiting 15-30 minutes. The servings are decent and the food is always fresh. The parking lot is pretty small so of its crowded you might have to park at Kroger which is close. read more

I ordered my food online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time to receive the wrong order. I called the restaurant to explain what happened so that my new order would be ready when I got there. They are not answering the phones. I take the food back to the restaurant and explain to the door man my order was incorrect. He was very rude about it. I asked for a credit for one on the bowls since I had to come back. He said no! Either they would give me a full refund or just remake my order. Nothing for the inconvenience of having to travel back to the restaurant and wait outside for the food. I enjoy Chipotle and have been eating it for years. This is the closest one to my house so naturally my wife and I would go here more often. Probably our last 3-5 visits have been the same- the staff is not good. Not friendly or warm. Just went today in the middle of the lunch rush and one of the workers kind of snapped at me. I am very patient with restaurants, especially if I like the food, but after this one there's a high likelihood of us not coming back to this one. We'll just go to the next closest one. read more

10 years ago (2007), this Chipotle store was staffed with at least 50% Hispanic, maybe 75%. I'd go there once per month and then when I married a lady from S. America we ate there almost EVERY week. The burritos would be so OVERLY STUFFED you could EASILY get 2 meals from 1 order. They NEVER ran out of anything, and you would sail thru a line of 10 or 15 people in like 6-7 minutes. A few years ago, Chipotle announced in the news they had to trim the "latino community" from their staff, so by 2012-13, this store was staffed 95% by young American kids, mostly locals from the area. DOWN went the huge burritos, DOWN went the quality, the wait time almost doubled and it seems as if they are always "out" of some meat or topping, even 3 hours before closing!! Yeah, the parking lot SUCKS, but they are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to Krogers, they should NEVER run out of ANYTHING! ANY THING!!! Duh! My last visit, was a Sunday night in November. I guess I had some former or off-duty employee in FRONT of my in line, because all the staff kept "chatting him up". They fixed him a bowl that must've weighed like 5 pounds, right in front of me. I don't recall if he paid for anything. MY burrito bowl was like a feather in comparison & they had to sub 2 or 3 ingredients for me, even though I watched them PILE-ON double or triple heaping's of meat & toppings in his freebie. I don't remember any hippity-hop noise (it's NOT music) from the kitchen, but the line-staff were sloppy, kept switching positions, there was NO-ONE on the grill for my 10 minute wait, and you had to repeat each ingredient 2 or 3 times because they kept playing musical chairs on the expo line & seemed distracted or disinterested. Chipotle USED to be the best bang-for-your-buck, for not only "fast food", but healthy as well, (as long as you can discipline yourself to NOT eating the WHOLE thing in one sitting). However, my last 2 or 3 visits to this store has turned me off TO THIS PARTICULAR store. I'll give other locations a try when I travel, but until I see a change in motivation & quality in reviews, I just won't bother going back. read more
