Nothing bad to say. I love Chipotle!! The food is always to my liking and satifies my appetite.

I absolutely love this Chipotle in particular! I've been to others that serve you nothing but fat (I always get double steak in a bowl with cheese, lettuce, spicy sauce and sour cream) as far as the meat goes, and this place is really just awesome. I have no complaints about shoddy ingredients or anything like that, and my meal is always prepared in adequate time. The only thing particularly bad about it is the lines are ALWAYS long. Granted, I either show up early or order online to speed up the process. But if you don't do either of those things? You may want to consider it haha. Literally every time i go to this chipotle the chips are stale & the customer service isn't very good either, if the employees aren't in a good mood you will definitely know. i kinda felt weird one day i went here to order, the restaurant was quite empty not even a line and the employees were talking for a good 3 to 4 mins to each other in the back and i was waiting...they saw me but never acknowledged me, but i didn't mind i wasn't in a rush or anything. but then a hispanic man & his daughter walked in & they got behind me and literally the employees rushed to the counter and started preparing orders. it was so odd to me, what was difference between when i walked in then when him & his daughter came in. i felt irrelevant & unvalued as customer. read more

I placed an order for pick up after I got off of work and when I arrived not only was my order not ready. I stood at the register looking like a fool for 30 minutes with no knowledge of what was going on with my order. I sat and watched other patrons get their order placed and not once did the cashier tell me what was going on. Even an employee who was taking lunch got his food before me. This is the worst experience ever and I would NOT recommend this chipotle. There was no communication and the worst customer service I have experienced out of all the restaurants I've been to. I am a big fan of Chipotle and usually eat there once a month. This location is by far the least efficient and poorly run. They messed up my order and handed me a bag of their forever stale chips. The young people that work on the line are completely unprofessional and uncouth. I will be writing a letter to their corporate office because this place is absolutely terrible. read more

No thanks... this chipotle made me stop eating chipotle period. It's not something I could eat everyday anyways but... the sour cream was disgusting, the chicken I hate that it's so much fat on it ugh... they rush you of course when you ask for something and they accidentally put other things you don't ask for or close the container before too fast.. Poor customer service at cash register. Young lady had an attitude tonight with me because i asked for an orange pineapple juice then changed my mind and asked for an apple juice instead before leaving the register. She rolled her eyes, didn't make eye contact, didnt hand me my bag of food, didn't say "thank you" or "have a good day". I said to her "thank you, have a good one" and she completely ignored me. It's close to post which is really convenient. But overall the quality isn't good. The chips are always stale and the line is long. I got the new cheese dip and I wanted to throw up. What Chipotle runs out of tortillas ??? Ordered with the app so the food would be ready by the time we left Walmart. My daughter gets a call from the restaurant telling her she would have to pick up two bowls instead of burritos. No apology or anything.... just letting her know that she would have to settle for what they had available. My daughter requested a refund. I had her ask if they could just refund the amount back to my card or keep it on there and give me damn cash. She was informed rudely that if she wanted a refund she had to go online and request it. I was not in the mood so I told my daughter to just pick up the bowls. When she got into the restaurant there was no apology or anything just like the phone call. A little bit of kindness goes a long way!! Especially when you are a Mexican restaurant that ran out of f'ing tortillas!!!! I work in the industry and when I inconvenience a customer I would have offered a coupon or at least a cheap order of salsa/chips with an apology. This used to be my "go to" Chipotle in the area. However, the service has gone down hill. I've eaten here for lunch and dinner often. However, last night, I came here and the place was dirty, the brown rice didn't have cilantro or lime in it, they were out of black beans, which is what I get in my veggie bowl. I was under-impressed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the rice wasn't seasoned until I got back to my room. This was the most flavorless bowl I'd ever had from any Chipotle and it's one of my favorite restaurants so I've been to many around the country. read more

Shady guys regularly wait at the door asking for money or harassing you. Was sitting down trying to eat today (never again) guy asked for money told him I didn't have it. Got annoyed and packed up my food he was like you going to eat that I was like yeah then he got mad and asked me why. This location needs to keep an eye on the dining room and guard against patron harassment. Not the first time seen something like this. Just first time it happened to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I wish I could give this location negative stars. Whether you order online or wait an hour in their always long line they will never get your order right. I called back about a burrito bowl made with ingredients that I am allergic to and did not ask for and was placed on hold for 15 minutes by the store manager, Rayna, before having to call from my land line on their other line to be spoken to again. The employees at this establishment have blatant prejudices and terrible service overall from the food to the way customers are treated. Where do I start...I called the store to complain and they kept hanging up on me. I ordered through the mobile app, my meat is ice cold hence the reason my cheese wasn't meltly. Cold as if they pulled a tray from the refrigerator and made my meal prior to warming the meat up. They mixed the toppings up between my two bowls so neither person got what they actually ordered although it is correct on the receipt. The guacamole is the gross brown you don't chance to eat. I picked this up on my way home otherwise I would have taken it back to the store. This is the worst $23 I spent all month, you all should be ashamed, especially with that guacamole don't serve people something you would never eat because of the quality. read more

Okay, I effing love Chipotle. The meat is tasty and tender, the rice is always fresh and delicious, the salsas are great, and the guacamole might be the best thing ever made. I just came back from an overseas deployment and Chipotle was my first stop. Holy lord did I miss this place. One thing you do have to watch out for though is the fact that one of their burritos has about 1000 calories, and I don't think that includes sour cream or cheese. So after you fall into a burrito coma, make sure you head to the gym. Maybe you should factor the price of a gym membership into the price of a burrito. Your call. read more

The customer I experienced at this chipotle was terrible. I asked for a chicken bowl. When the server put my rice in the bowl it didn't even fill up the bottom of my bowl. I quit eating here a while ago after all the E. coli issues and the upset stomachs I would get. I've been twice in the past three months and there is a major staff turnover and not for the better. I order ahead via the app, and the dumbasses NEVER read the order right. There is always at least one item on there that's wrong or missing. Tonight's item was that they put my guacamole on my husband's bowl - he is so anti guac it's not funny and he spazzed. I had to surgically remove it so he could eat and then put it on mine. Well I also got all his extra hot sauce and now my ass is on fire. The rice was clumpy with no taste whatsoever. Eff these people. I will just order in VA. read more

Don't have your food delivered and God forbid it be incorrect! I had a delivery order that did not have all of the items that I ordered online and when I looked back on my order details, it clearly had all the items that I ordered. But when my order arrived to my house, I was missing my chips and guacamole. I called the store back just ask the employee if I could be reimbursed for the chips and guacamole. I had to speak to 3 different employees, then was left on hold, and I had to call back 5 times and each time the call was dropped when it was connected to the store line. I even had to have my husband call, which we had no luck. They were purposely hanging up on our calls....All of this over a $3.95 refund. read more

This chipotle is the slowest of all the ones ive been to within a 20 mile radius. I dont knwo what it is with this one but they just cant get it together. The best time to catch them with no line is when they first open. Even if you order through the app you risk still waiting bcuz they didnt fill our order or there are 5 other people waiting for their online ordrers. I think their big problem is that they only have one or use only one cashier....so it builds up. The Chipotle on MLK/450 is the fastest ever. They are so fast at that one that your order is already up there when people are ahead of you paying for theirs. My experience started off well when I placed the order online. This process was really easy and intuitive. I arrived at the Chipotle and my bag of 4 separate orders were already prepared and bagged neatly at the exact time that I requested online. The cashier was very pleasant. So far we are at 5 stars here.Then, I got home and noticed that 2 of the 3 orders were inaccurate. Not just slightly inaccurate, but we are talking "4 total incorrect toppings" inaccurate. I call the Chipotle to complain and request a refund, because I refuse to drive another 20 minutes for a $7 order. As I explain the issue the Manager, she hands the phone off to an employee to discuss my options. wtf? I ask to speak back to the Manager and the employee tells me that she is with a customer. So.... the Manager is making orders and the employee is handling an increasingly disgruntled customer. In the end, I was told to call Corporate for a refund. The number she told the employee to give me was 8-100 Chipotle. Yes, 8-100... not 1-800, but 8-100. At this point I am fuming at the Managers incompetence and thanked the gentleman for his time and called 1-800 Chipotle, where I was of course greeted with a recording that sent me in circles. So, I figure that I'd come to Yelp to vent and gladly choose another dining option when in the Clinton, Maryland area. read more

I am taking out time to review this place not because we don't all Chipotle is fabulous, but because this particular location is indeed fabulous. They do a great job with the portions and the staff is friendly and works efficiently given how busy this place is. The place is relatively clean and the bathrooms are well kept, so that is a good sign. Thank you for coming to this part of town, Chipotle! Placed an online order for two chicken bowls and a steak bowl .... picked up the bowls, drove back to work.... opened them up and ALL THREE were missing the meat. What can you say about Chipotle? It offers Mexican food quickly of decent quality. Not authentic Mexican, but better than traditional fast food. The barbacoa burrito is pretty good, and the guacamole and chips isn't half bad either. read more
