Let me just start by saying I came to this Chipotle because my aunt was in the middle of preparing for a funeral and was so overwhelmed that she had no idea what she wanted to eat. That being said, she didn't let me know what, if anything, she wanted for dinner until about 9:30pm. This was about a month ago and apparently this location has only recently been open until 11pm. OMG I'm so glad that it was. My aunt can't eat out that frequently because of peanut allergies, so she loves it here. When I walked in, of course there was a huge line around 10pm or so. I used to work at a Chipotle near my campus so I get it, it totally sucks when the line isn't ending and you feel like you could be prepping for closing time. The people here were so chill about it though! I was literally in line behind a dad on the phone who also had no idea what he wanted. Every single person in the line was totally cool about it, even though I know when I experienced that as an employee I would want to lose it. I just wanted to review because no one really acknowledges how totally hard it can be to work at Chipotle because it tends to be busy for so much of the day, and even the cashier was so positive and kind! read more

You need to add 30 minutes to whatever your order ahead time is, they always forget extras like Guac and queso (that you need to pay extra for) and the support chat with corporate sucks. Every time I've ordered delivery from here the wrong order shows up. It's almost as if someone looked at what I asked for and made sure NOT to put any of those things in my order. Stood in line for over 30 mins on an extremely busy Saturday only to get to my car to take two bites, and find a bug in my burrito bowl. As I proceeded back into the store to inform them of the situation, the cashier unenthusiastically asked "what do you want, a refund or a new bowl? As if this was a common occurrence! But wait it doesn't stop there...I was then approached by another employee, who actually seemed to be the only person that liked his job whom stated "wow, that's pretty nasty". I'm then approached by another gentleman who did not greet me nor ask about the issue, just proceeded to give me a refund. When I looked past him to inquire about the manager he states, "that's me" and blankly looks at me. I then ask, "do you not see anything wrong with this, you have nothing to say about this" only then does he state "I'm sorry mam" LIKE WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE! I stood in line for OVER 30 mins and still left the establishment hungry smh! Will not be returning, will no longer patronize this location. I would encourage upper management to hire more staff as the entire team seemed tired and over their job, and MORE importantly TRAIN them in the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and empathy. So I really like chipotle.l, but some locations have sucky employees- this one does not. Chipotle Is an easy healthy option for me when I'm out working. This chipotles employees are fantastic. I came in at 7:30 this evening after doing spray tanning and was kinda dirty and tired, wasn't expecting much. I should have higher standards butttt I don't. They exceeded all expectations tonight. They listened to EXACTLY what I wanted & they were so efficient!! It was all younger girls behind the line too (and you know high school girls can be a bit moody- I remember those days!!) I was so impressed with their politeness, speed, and accuracy. They had a flow and everyone singing their praises. Whomever hired these girls needs a pat on the back and needs to hire for other chipotles! As a former restaurant manager and now business owner- good job! read more

Ok so no much to say about the food here. Pretty much standard Chipotle fare, although this particular restaurant could be a bit more cleanly behind the counter. The real stand out here is the rude, uninterested attitude of the staff. Not surprising since I encountered one of the rudest managers there. She was on duty during lunch time on Oct. 27th and was so obnoxious I actually had to call the Police in order to get her to reverse a charge on my credit card. The workers are great but something somewhere is broken. The parking is horrible, people park illegally all the time just to "run in" which causes traffic jams. It's just a matter of time before someone gets hit. The orders are made first come first serve which is fine if you are hearing that way but if you put in an order for a later time, it did there. I've seen an order for 7:45 sitting ready at 5:30 before. Plus they (the app) promises you your order by a certain time but you never know if it will be sitting there or if they will be so busy it will be another half hour. If you can come at an off time it's fine but otherwise good luck. read more

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge & thank those who were working at this location today. Around 1:30pm I placed an order on the app for delivery. I only live a few miles away but I was working and honestly didn't feel like driving anywhere. When the order arrived, 2 of the 3 meals were correct but the 3rd was completely wrong and the chips and guacamole were missing. Bear with me, I promise this is a nice review! When I finished work at 5pm, I drove over to the store and quickly told them what happened. Without hesitation the woman apologized for the mistake and re-made the incorrect and missing items. I appreciated her kind attitude & willingness to make it right without pause. Everyone makes mistakes, you know? Especially busy locations of popular lunch spots. But not everyone handles mistakes with grace like the staff did today. Thanks again to them! read more

I ordered food for delivery from this location on April 6, 2019. I requested chicken in my ordered and they hardly provided any chicken at all. I feel like if you're not watching them with your food, they will neglect your order if you're not present. I thought the objective was to have satisfied customers who will continue to return. They were over staffed and behind on orders by an hour so they decided to cancel my order and lie to me saying they didn't have it in "the system", despite showing them the receipt from the online purchase. This location is THE WORST. It is in desperate need of competent management. Some of my issues with it: -It often takes 45+ minutes to get through the line. -You can get to the front and be ignored for minutes while they deal with to-go orders. -There have been multiple times when they've been completely out of a standard ingredient like lettuce or cilantro and you don't know it until you've waited the 45 minutes and get up to the counter. -Even with the long lines, there are almost always employees just wandering around, sitting at tables, or eating (in the kitchen but in view) -New employees lack proper training and everyone just lets them flounder. -They're so disorganized that last time I went here they had to remake half my order because they lost it by the time I got to the register. Literally lost it. Chipotle, I miss you. Please send a real manager to this location. I like you better than similar chains but it's just not worth it here. read more

This review is specifically about THIS location. It can't really be about the food because at the end of the day, its a nationally franchised restaurant so it has to meet the standard. But fuck, this one location brings down the Chipotle name. They are the rudest fucking workers I have ever seen. You work for Chipotle for God's sake!!! It's not mcds, it's Chipotle! The customer service I just experienced wasn't only mind boggling but horrible. I placed an order online. Paid in advance. Went in to pickup around 3:50- 20 minutes after if was due to be ready There were two gentlemen in front of me waiting for online orders as well. I waited for about 7 minutes before asking the two guys if they had been helped. They replied no. I then asked a very nice young guy who was in the back if he could help us, which he was able to locate one of the orders. Would you believe the cashier ASHLEY had the NERVE to rudely tell the guy who helped us that she had a system and she takes one customer from the line then one from the advance placed orders. Whaaaaaaat?? When?? There had been atleast 4 customers from the line waited on and NO ONE asked us a thing!!! Ashley even had a refund and got the heavily tattooed manager from the back and went right back to ringing customers from the line! The Manager didn't even ask have we been helped. I had no choice but to Let her know she was a liar and has no right to scold someone who's trying to Deliver client service. She then starts to snatch my bag and Hand it to me. I let her know that I ordered a juice and salad dressing also. This little girl snatches the receipt from my bag to read it. The fact the she is a child obviously gave her a pass, however she shouldn't be on the front line. Her attitude SUCKS horribly!! read more

This has to be the slowest and weakest chipotle I've been to. I think the thing that annoys me most is the poor service here. I always feel like I'm bothering the employees by ordering food. Not to mention I normally get separated from my party so a large online order can be made. We love Chipotle in general and this location used to be very good. We stopped going when people were getting sick and started going back over the past few weeks. Every time we go in there the people working there are crazy slow. They are not the same quality people that used to work at Chipotle. They are terrible. You can tell they don't care. Today we got dinner and they were out of black beans. No joke. Out of black beans! That's crazy! I hope other Chipotle restaurants are doing better because I really like the chain. I hope that some new management comes into this location and fixes it. Good people who are motivated to do a good job are critical to any business. For now, we're going to go somewhere else. Its a chain so you expect food to be consistent and that goes without saying. What set this location apart is the long-gggg queue that takes about 25 -30 to mins to reach to the the food counter. Chipotle is my favorite fast food place but after visiting this particular one I always have to rethink. Its okay to have a line during rush hour because of the surrounding business centers but why can't they increase the seating area so people don't have to stand in line for 30 mins and then eat their food standing read more

Mother's day, we dropped $50 here expecting to have a great meal, only to be met with staff that copped an attitude for simply asking questions. Chipotles are all the same right? Wrong. Stopped by with a family of 5 to get some quick eats. Was pleasantly surprised that there was barely any wait time. Food was-well....like Chipotle BUT this establishment was not very clean. Almost all the tables were dirty with food and smeared sour cream-Ewww. I had to grab a napkin and get water from the fountain to clean the table off. To top it all off, there were several tables that were dirty, one in particular looked like it had been the setting of a food fight. 20 minutes later....no clean up crew. I used to really enjoy coming here. The staff was friendly and they would do a great job serving me a gluten-free meal. The quality has gone downhill over the past several months, and they glutened me the last time I visited, on Saturday 2 September. It's two days later, and I'm still feeling awful. Before glutening me, the person who took my order rolled her eyes when I told her I had a gluten allergy. I apologized to her for the inconvenience, to which she responded by not looking at me in the eye and muttering "it's OK." She eventually just walked away without actually handing my order to the register, and I had to ask them to reach over to get it. I'm clearly not welcome here. Why would I ever come here again? I have other options in the area, and they are actually happy to get my business, without making me sick. read more

By far the worst location in this area. The young line worker didnt know what came with a kids order when I requested it. Completely butcher the entire order, ask her coworker to complete my order and then forgot to ask me if that was all I wanted ( I only got a chance to order for my children before she claimed her brain hurt with confusion). Then after paying for my food, I get home and realize they've forgotten my kids chips. I've never be returning here. They need better internal training or something. I absolutely love Chipotle! My favorite thing to get is the Burrito bowl! Yum. I came on a Sunday night and the line was huge! The workers worked hard to keep the line moving and I appreciate that. I always get the Burrito Bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, extra hot sauce, corn, salsa, lettuce and cheese. I always ask for a cup of water and I grab a whole bunch of lemons to squirt on my food. One tip for getting extra, always ask after they have put it in your bowl. I learned that the hard way. When I use to order and tell them right off the bat I wanted extra hot sauce, I noticed they would scoop a little and then scoop a little again. Versus now, I get a full scoop and then another little scoop haha. I also have to fully mix my bowl before eating it. That's why I hate ordering burritos. You bite it and only get 1 part like all rice or all meat. I want a well balanced bite every time. It is hard and takes time to mix my bowl, but totally worth it flavor wise. I usually squirt at least 2-3 lemons. With the extra hot sauce and lemon, my bowl has a fantastic flavor! I always wonder is eating chipotle really unhealthy. I always get the brown rice and no sour cream. Getting the burrito bowl cuts out the tortilla and I get my veggies with the beans, corn, lettuce, and salsa. Ok maybe the extra hot sauce and cheese isn't the healthiest thing in the world, but I like to think that's not so so bad. Overall I love Chipotle. The price isn't too bad for the amount of food you're getting and I like to think it's not too unhealthy, at least the way I eat chipotle, right haha??? We love Chipotle and get it for lunch weekly. This location used to be okay, but for the past month or two, every single time the chicken is overdone. It's extremely chewy and burnt. I keep hoping it is just a fluke and they will fix it, but nope- my burrito always has flakes of burnt dried grill scrapings in it. It's just gross and inedible. I end up spitting out half the burrito. It sounds crazy, but I've never ever had that problem going to the Hanover location. Typical Chiptole.... busy at any give time in the day. I drove by during the summer when they were open till 11 and the place was PACKED!! Who the heck eats a gigantic burrito at 11pm??! Screaming kids everywhere, unclean tables, and a line that wraps around the entire place. TIP: Order online. Even if you plan on eating inside. Order online and then just sit down. Use your iphone to place an order while you are on the way there and it'll be ready when you arrive. The app has order intervals at 30min but they will prepare your food as soon as it's transmitted and received. I once was in the back of the line. Pulled out my iPhone and ordered. I saw the order print out and the girl prepared it in the back take out area. I jumped out of line and went right up to the register and picked it up. All within 5 minutes. People still in the line were shocked like an act of god just happened. read more

I had cravings for chipotle tonight. I went there (today) Sunday Jan the 17th around 9:15pm and I was greeted at the door by a pleasant young lady name Dearia (I was told she's new) assisted me in a timely manner she allowed me inside the building while a line of customers rushing & waiting for doordash orders. A short girl looked at me then nod her head and left while I was instantly greeted by Caitlyn. She fixed me a plate of goodness and she was very pleased to serve me. Cashier (Jess) helped me out and communicated with me effectively about my cash change. I ended up leaving them a tip since they work extremely well under pressure. Overall these ladies impressed me tonight and they really REALLY work hard and I acknowledge that. I've been a restaurant manager for 5 years and customer service is IMPORTANT especially with COVID here troubling us all. Truly I was impressed on how these ladies managed to take care of me and the line of customers outdoors. When I left they all were suddenly gone thanks to the swift feet of dearia!
