To the point where they can't operate. I've gone in for a soft taco before and told it would be at least 30 minutes because they were short staffed. They hold the drive thru line, allowing only one person in at a time, so it's not unlikely to sit at the order box for 10-15 minutes before they say they're ready for your order. If you're lucky enough to actually get food, it will be scant for filling. Barely any meat, cheese, or lettuce at all. Might as well just run across the street and get a bag of tortillas at King Soopers, because that's what their tacos taste like. Will still come here all the time because I'm a fiend.
