Stopped in at Chipotle for a quick bite and walked out pretty satisfied. I got a chicken burrito--loaded it up with all the good stuff--and it hit the spot. Chicken was hot, fresh, and nicely seasoned. Tortilla held up like a champ, even with the mountain of fillings. Paired it with a cold Diet Coke, which honestly just completed the mission. First of all, I can't believe I'm rating a Chipotle. That being said, this is by far the best Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered maybe 20 bowls here in the last year and every single one of them comes LOADED. Not necessarily always tons of meat but they fill that bad boy up. I have been coming to this chipotle for years and have always had a great experience. However tonight when I came in, one of the ladies on the salsa like had blue hair dye all over her neck which wouldn't be an issue except for the fact it was also all over her gloves not her hands her gloves, meaning she was touching her hair while making my food. They were also out of chicken and steak when I arrived but that wasn't a problem I used to work a chipotle I was willing to wait but she proceeded to say they were out of stock. I gave the lady 25$ and she gave me a few cents rouding it up to 22$ I quickly told her about the mistake she gave me my 3$ So i drive off i started eating and found 2 pieces of nail in my bowl. I should of took a pic the nail or even taken it back to get refunded. Unsanitary meat cutting techniques i used to work here and that thing only protects employee from cutting themselves. Went here last night, ordered our food, paid cash, the change was $5.48, the girl took our money, gave us back a single $5.00 bill without the change and told us, " sorry we don't have any change so I can't give you the rest of your money?" Asked for his boss and he gave us the number and said, "you can call him he'll just tell you the same thing I did!" WTF? I have to admit I am very happy to know that this location is only seven minutes close to where I was, But I will get right to the point. I did not enjoy after leaving about four minutes ago realizing that on my receipt that I was charged 3.50 for a scoop of steak (it was very dry a chewy).Then I was charged 2.50 for a half a scoop of chicken and another half for 2.50 equaling a total of five dollars. It wasn't the fact that it was the money, it was the fact that when I asked questions I was told I don't know the price let me ring you up first then I'll check. On top of that $4.50 for a small cup of queso. I have been to other locations and their large was a lot bigger than this size so I was a little bit confused. Because I love chipotle so much I went ahead and paid about $44 card for everything . ( rice, chicken, pinto, corn, steak). maybe it's just the situation with Covid, I will continue to still keep coming but to a different location thank you Leslie I know that when I left she did answer a few questions and smiled when I left for lunch to injoy my food. Very rude staff and horrible customer service. Very unorganized with the online orders. The first time went to this store I did a walk in order. The line was long but the service was super slow. Took us 30mins to get our food, mind u this is Chipotle!! Completed an online order @6:00pm for dinner. Order said it would be completed by 6:15pm. Directions were that I could just walk in and grab order off online order rack. When I arrived at 6:12 there were NO orders on the online order rack. There were two other people waiting for there orders as well but they were delivering for door dash. One of the door dash delivery people let me know they were behind on orders. I ask how long she had been waiting she said 20mins. I let them know I was waiting for my order and gave them my name, they said they are making orders in the back. I waited until 6:20 and left to go grab my daughter from the gym. I arrived back at 6:45pm. When I arrived and looked at the online order rack and there still were no orders on the rack. I asked the cashier, "far behind are they on the orders" she asked me my name and when I told her my name, the lady next to her began to tell me in a rude tone that my order has been waiting for me. I reminded the lady that this was 2nd time being in the store and and she persisted to tell me that my order was waiting on me. I explain to the lady that I had come in 30mins ago, waited with two door dash drivers for ten minutes. She once again said she that my food has been done. I asked when it was completed cause at 6:15pm the order was NOT done. She again said, " the has been waiting". I let her know that it's fine that my food as been done but that's pretty irrelevant when the food wasn't on time in the first place and I had to come back 15mins later which was 30mins after the should have been completed for the food to "have been waiting on me". I didn't feel the lady needed to say the food has been waiting on me. The tone in which she made her comment was rude, unprofessional and created an environment of unwelcomeness. read more

I order from this Chipotle often and while the food is good, they never seem to get the order right. When I go the location, I have to correct them a couple times while making my order. When I order delivery, the order is never correct and they often forget something whether it be chips, salsas, salad dressing, etc. If they could get the orders correct, they would be better but constantly messing up the orders is frustrating.
