I ordered from the drive through and asked for a Receipt but did not get one. I went in and said "I need a Receipt but was waiting a long time so I asked if for the manager. I told him I was waiting a long time, then the lady said to me "If you had some patience I would have given it time you". I said you should have gave me one before you took other orders"! My guess is they didnt start cooking it until after I got there. 15 minutes after my "pick-up time" they finally had it ready after everyone I was with was done eating. After 30 minutes and multiple other customers leaving I walked in the building to get my food. They made up a bunch of excuses about running out of stuff. This has been the worst case of customer service I've been met with by any fast food restaurant! The employees were talking back to the customers and being rude. We were one of two groups there, us being a group of 5 and just one other person, our food took about 40 minutes to come out and it was mediocre at best. I am not pleased with this KFC. This is the worst KFC I've ever been too. I waited (well I was "stuck" between cars) for 40 mins! Keep in mind there was only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to order my food I asked for a SMALL pepsi. When I got to the window she said "we have no ice is that ok" I said well is my drink going to be warm?" I went to this KFC for a competition where i was reasonably pretty hungry after physically exerting myself. And let me tell you it was the worst fast food experience of my entire life. This place had it listed for the chicken combos that the combos come with mashed potatoes and gravy, a medium drink, and A BISCUIT. Let me remind you literally the only good thing about KFC in the first place is the biscuits. They forgot to put the biscuit with the food, after they had already forgotten my order and i waited about 15 minutes for it. We were the only people there, and there were only about 12 of us. I went to ask if i could have one, and the employees told me that biscuits did not come with the combo, and even looked up at the displayed menu, where it clearly said biscuits were included, and told me straight to my face that it did not come with biscuits. Not since going over the border into Mexico have I seen a restaurant in such bad condition in cleanliness and help at the front counter. We were looking specifically for a KFC. Walked in and a customer was mopping the floor (perhaps he spilled something). I went to use the bathroom which was dirty. I came out and ordered, which went fine, but noticed there was stuff, perhaps food, on the preparation counters. The staff were friendly. The young man taking my order seemed new, or untrained. We were eating in, I was given no plates. Had to go back to get those. The floor then had a big puddle of liquid in another area where people could slip. I informed the staff who then mopped that up. It was a bad experience, combined with an overly friendly customer (who had been mopping) his business was everyone's business both conversationally and over his speaker phone. They were having a problem with having enough change for cash customers and they were forgetting how much change they owed different customers. I would preface this by saying I love KFC. Having said that, this is the most disgusting, not bad but truly disgusting food I have ever eaten. The restaurant is dirty, as in no one takes any pride in this restaurant at all. My wife ordered the Nashville tenders and we got a box with old chicken tenders that were literally soaking in grease. A little grease on fried chicken, you expect that but this was soaking in grease. Based on the taste, they were dry and unpalatable it looks like they were old tenders thrown in oil to heat them up. My meal was just as bad. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter (this is a Long John Silvers as well) the hushpuppy that came with the fish was smashed and horrible looking. It soaked up, surprise, more grease and was gooey and just awful to look at. The food was similarly bad, tasted like deep fried salt.
