Customer service is horrid here, the restaurant is also dirty, and the food is mediocre.

This is the worst chipotle location I've been to. It is the closest to my house but I won't be going anymore. Everytime I've been, something is wrong. No rice, no chicken, no queso, register is down, employees can't follow simple instructions, out of utensils. All of this and this is my third visit. I went with my daughter today, it was her first time at chipotle. The lady that serviced us had her earphone in the entire time and she was being very rude to both me and my daughter. She was giving her attitude for not being sure of what she wants in her burrito, everytime asking, "Is that all?" without even putting into the burrito. I was served promptly. The employees making my order were friendly to me. My burrito was pretty good. The guacamole on it was particularly good. The restaurant appears to be clean. They had a 98.5 sanitation grade posted! Nothing came with my burrito( like chips or anything). My bill was almost $11 which is too high for what I received. read more

Worst customer service experience ever! I placed an order for 10:50 and when I arrived at that time they said they were not open yet and told us it would be another 20 minutes very rudely. We waited for what ended up being 30 minutes and 45 minutes after they were supposed to be open, we walked back in and they angrily yelled at us that they were still not open. And when I asked if I could at least just get a refund for my order they ignored me and literally pushed us out of the store and locked the doors on us, given at this time it is 11:30 when the door and website claims they open at 10:45. I used to be a Chipotle regular and this is my second visit to this location. I understand that prices are going up but holy smokes if you don't watch the employee who's filling your order you're going to get a bowl with very small portions. I had to ask the gal preparing my chicken bowl for a little more rice and chicken just to get a normal portion. 1/2 of my chips tasted stale and had no salt/lime on them. I don't think I'll be back to this location. I'll try another store to compare service and quality of food. It's not the first time we have seen them do it . We have headed there to grab food before and all lights are off . When we do actually get food, The food always taste like garbage . They put more rice so you don't notice how they screw your portions . Which is ridiculous when you seriously paying $13 for a burrito ! How can you charge $8 for a bowl and $3-$4 up charge for carne asada or steak when you are serving tiny little cubes of meat . They need a re do at this location. It would be a better investment for the owner . You would get more business if your staff didn't suck and and you didn't charge $2.25 for a little cup of guac. I walked up and the sign said you can only order through the app. so when I talked to the person behind the counter they advised that their system is down. if the system is down how can it pop up for online orders? The staff was completely rude and doesn't under the nuance of customer service.I work in EMS and just wanted to get a quick diner before catching another call. they also closed the front for and made it to the point where only the side door is open for access which is a fire code violation. For starters, I was starving and was craving a delectable meal from Chipotle. Little did I know, this would be a nightmarish experience. I walked in, and the place was filthy. I could probably have made myself a bowl with just the scraps on the floor. I looked past it and walked to the counter. They were out of basically everything: tortillas, queso, sour cream, chips, you name it. "Ok," I thought, "Maybe it's just a busy day." I get to the front and I have never felt more anxious ordering. The staff was rude and it genuinely felt like nobody knew what they were doing. The ingredients table was also, as you guessed, disgusting. I don't have every aspect of Chipotle memorized, but I can say for certain that beans don't belong at the bottom of a nasty vat of brown liquid. However, my spirits were lifted exiting the restaurant, knowing that my dinner would probably taste the same despite the poor service. Walking to my hotel, I felt a thud. The soggy ingredients they had given me, combined with the sheer weight of the frozen guacamole caused my bag to rupture and for my bowl's contents to spill out onto the concrete. Even gravity hates this Chipotle. My friend was laughing as if watching a Kevin Hart routine for the entire five minutes of me staring down wide-eyed at my blundered bowl. I salvaged around 25% of the contents, that which never touched the concrete and stayed in the bowl after the fall. In wounded spirits, I sit down to eat the remnants of my Chipotle bowl. As I've said previously, I am no expert on Chipotle, but I know one thing for certain, it isn't supposed to be cold. That being said, I would not recommend going here. read more

Great service. Taste is Consistent with the brand. I recently ordered online and accidentally confirmed an order for another location. One is the young ladies (with nice long locs) took care of me swiftly and made sure my order got fulfilled at her location. It meant a lot that I didn't get shrugged off because it was an error on my part. Not to mention, I was starving. Good customer service makes all the difference. read more

I was really hoping this update would have been better. The food is pretty consistent now, so they have that going for them. There is still a lot of room for improvement. My main gripe is that they have an app where you order thru the app, choose the pick-up time you'd like, and then 'skip the line' to pick up your food. I've done this twice now and both times I walk up to the register and tell them I'm picking up an order, and everyone just looks at each other for a second, then someone starts making my order that was supposed to be ready to go... If I had to guess, I'd say the management here is pretty lax because the staff show it. It's not the typical staff member's fault though because attitude reflects leadership. If I was getting paid by the hour, and no one is going to make me hustle, why would I? A bit of structure would go a long way at this store. A while ago I just put up with the lack of attentiveness from this location, because truth be told I love the food. But now that there is a Chipotle on the other side of town at Concord Mills, I've got options. read more

This location is going downhill quick. I love chipotle and eat at this location 2-3 times a week since it opened. They used to have a great manager and staff but for some reason the whole crew has disappeared. Now there is an annoying manager and a ghost crew running the place. He is barking orders and skimping on food and seems in total disarray. He literally gave me so little meat in my bowl the line employee felt bad and gave me more and he said "that's a double for sure". No there are so few people working the lines back way up and quality suffers. Guess chipotle is trying to save some coin at this location. Would give one star for the new management and what a cluster it is here, but I'll probably keep going because of lack of other options nearby. Hope somebody who matters reads this and gets things running a bit better. read more
