Avoid this place at all cost. I waited 20 minutes in line. There were only five people ahead of me and no- they did not all have like ten orders each. I'd like to believe it was an exception to the average wait, but it's the same every time. Needless to say, they only had two employees on the line, and their cashier decided to walk off and do something else. This review is based on management and how the online orders work. It is tremendously frustrating that it took OVER half an hour to get a simple bowl. The line was pass the door with about 30 people in line. The team was doing their best but online orders took "priority" and had a time limit. I understand they need to fulfill this business also but it's hard as a customer to understand a person who isn't even here is more important. Clearly this location cannot balance both walk up business and online business. It seems like a simple solution to STAFF UP, this team seems over worked and overwhelmed. read more

The food quality here has dropped so much. I got 2 burritos and a bowl. The steak was chewy and the rice under cooked. It's just too expensive for that. They used to be really good and could understand why the line was out the door. So not worth it any more. Not coming back any more. read more

I went in there today at 1 pm and there was NO LINE! I was in and out in about 7 minutes so I have to give them props! They had about 6 people on the line 7 upfront total and they were crushing it. Cashier, Marcos "greeted" me with a quick glance and a "what's up?" I told him I was picking up & he turned to the customer who walked up AFTER me & took rang him up first. My confirmation said my order would be ready at 5:45pm. I didn't get my pre-ordered food until 6:05pm, after the long line died down. What's the point of ordering with the app? Very disappointing. Amazing food! A little pricey but they claim they take a great deal of care in how they obtain their ingredients so that likely accounts for that. It's a little small, and the new paint job on the inside is unattractive but in my opinion the best burrito I've had in my area. read more

These people need to get a system going so when a big order comes, they know how to take care of it. It took a really long time for them to take care of the big order and didn't keep the line moving. There is a guarenteed long line no matter what time of day you come. I've been here ten minutes after opening and ten minutes before closing, and had to wait in some sort of line. Although the employees are usually friendly, they need to pick up the pace. Having only two people make the food and one cashier isn't that good enough, especially for a line wrapping around the store. Although you can always order online, theres sometimes a line for online orders. And when they're busy, you'l have to wait after your pick up time. The food is always good at all Chipotle's restaurants; customer service, however, not always, as I learned today. I really wanted to go to the bathroom after I finished my meal and the sign on the door indicated to ask cashier for key. When I asked for the key the cashier said it was broken. Why did they not have a "broken" sign on the door? I was not allowed to get the key for the women's stall either (it's single occupant...how can it be denied???). In the end, I had a great meal but horrible service at this location. Next time I'm going to give my service to the Panda Express next door...at least they know how to manage a restroom! This Chipotle is the worst one I have been to by FAR. Not only did the food seem less fresh than any other time I can remember, but also this place is SKIMPY. Every time I go to Chipotle they give you a nice sized scoop of ingredients. Not here, they daintily sprinkled a half scoop of every ingredient I asked for, even the freaking lettuce.... Chipotle is usually bomb, just avoid this location if possible. 2 stars because the food was still ok, just way below Chipotle norms. read more

I have been ordering the food online lately only cause I hate to have to wait in a line when it could just be ready when I get there. Or at least you would think it would be ready. Ive came in 3 times this past week and its never been ready on time. Also they never get my order right. I always order 2 bowls one for me and one for my boyfriend and they always put what should be in mine in his or vice versa. How hard is it to a read a paper thats tell you what to put in each bowl. Real quick review: This is my usual Chipotle spot. Seen new staff, decor getting older. But it consistently retains its quality. Just got a burrito, they got the tortilla touching the metal work, lead guy came over and corrected that health hazard. Second time here. Much better this visit. The food was both more flavorful and more plentiful. I do like that they have brown rice as an option. Personally I find any salsa but the lightest much to hot, but I admit to being a bit of a wimp on that front. The chicken bowl, which always seems to be the special, is very good. The marinade is lime and some spices. Also, this is one of the few restaurants where they offer both water and seltzer / soda water out of the machine. read more
