Was at this Grill at 3:30 PM The entire place was FILTHY!! Serving counter, cook area, tables. Every surface has food scattered all over it. Some actually starting to harden. i informed both the young girls working that the place was filthy. Ones comment was "well aren't you nice". The others comment the others comment was "Gee let me run right out & clean some tables". Obviously there in not a manager or supervisor that cares about the Chipotle name or reputation or it would not looked like it did nor would you be paying employees to slop food all over the place & not take the time to clean it up. And final the bean bowl was less than half full, absolutely ridiculous for the price we pay. The chicken was quite chewy and I wasn't able to eat it as I was concerned by this. I was getting helped by this one girl and she had like a gross attitude and she was helping this one girl that she looked like she was training this one of the workers. she was just being rude to her and it was during rush hour. I will start this as I always do by saying that I don't give out five stars unless I am really blown away. I am rating this to compare to other fast food restaurants. This Chipotle location just opened in Fayetteville. We figured we would grab it for lunch and ordered in the app. This made life super easy. I really enjoyed just going to pick up the food and not having to wait in line. There were a lot of people there for lunch. The ambiance was very fresh and new but the staff could do a little better job of cleaning up (I almost gave them 3 stars for this but gave them a break as it is the week before Christmas and they seemed overwhelmed). The burrito I got was just what I asked for the only issue was that the tortilla was not able to hold it all in (which might have been my fault. I like everything in my burrito). It was bursting with flavor and bursting out the sides after the first bite. Chipotle is usually pretty good as far as fast TexMex goes and this was no different. I got a Chicken burrito and it came out just as it should. The flavors were right the chicken was just as it should be and not over cooked. My smarter better half got hers in a bowl. It was chaos ... pure chaos ... we ordered on their website because that's apparently the only way to get it delivered (even though it was DoorDash). When the food got here, we were missing our queso and guacamole. Now I don't know about other people but paying $10 for a "large side" of chips and salsa, guac and chips, and queso w chips, they ALL should have been there and all should have been larger than a tiny side that was barely full (would have gotten a pic had it not been consumed so quickly upon opening, literally two chips). We also were missing a taco, the burrito didn't have everything that was ordered (including extra items that I paid extra for) so all in all, what we did get was one of the burrito bowls, two tacos (was supposed to be three) a tiny side of the three things we paid extra for, and a small burrito that didn't have half of the ingredients... i went to say something and was forced to talk to the robot online who wouldn't let me do anything, complain, or request the items missing. I was so excited when this Chipotle opened. I've been ordering from here for the past 6 weeks. Today I decided to eat inside since I can see that there was no line. As I ordered a quesadilla, I couldn't help but see how dirty it seemed in the kitchen. Continuing down the line I could see that the carnitas was mixed with the barbacoa! I stopped my order then called the manager. I complained about how unsanitary it was in the back and also told him that the pork was mixed with the beef. Chipotle is fine for its class: fast food Anglicized Tex-Mex. But the limited standard offerings are soggy, bland and just, well, filling. The prices are okay. Service is efficient. Online ordering failed in my case. I rate Chipotle a mere notch above Taco Bell. If you have the alternative of an independent family-run Tex-Mex joint in your vicinity, take your business there. I just visited the Chipotle on Erie Blvd and it was a horrible experience. The staff serving the food were extremely rude with no customer service skills whatsoever. I felt rushed with my order and when I asked for something extra they rolled their eyes and mumbled under their breath. They wrapped my husband's burrito up before he even had a chance to tell them what he wanted in it. The restaurant itself was filthy...tables had food all over them, garbage overflowing and floors dirty. The food itself had little to no flavor. The queso was bland and the chips were stale. The service was good, and it tasted good, the problem was I paid $14 for a half a portion of rice a half a portion of beans and a half a portion of chicken, don't get me wrong I wanted the full portion, they just were giving me extremely small portions, and when I asked for extra meat, adding that it wasn't even a spoonful, they said it would cost me extra, if they could get portion control under control and give an adequate amount for what you're paying. Ordered in store, the female manager told me to list off all the food I wanted instead of going down the line like normal. Obviously they were rushing me out of the line. Got home and all of our food was wrong, called the restaurant to complain and the manager was rude stating she made our food correctly then said there was nothing she could do for us. i was excited for this new location but i've been disappointed every time. i've mainly picked up inside or through the pick up window. for some reason inside they don't always put the bags in the pick up section. i've had to ask for it after waiting for it to show up only for them to give it to me right away because it was sitting in the back. i've gotten wrong ingredients, a piece of chicken in my side of queso, waiting in line at the pick up window 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready on a weeknight (not busy at all). the food has been fine and the employees are always kind. just seems like a management issue. read more
