Where do I begin. Attitudes by everyone working. Especially the first guy when I asked for extra rice. At first he have me literally 5 pieces of rice. It took 2 more times it asking until he finally got an attitude and dumped an entire spatula full rice into my bowl. It didn't any better from there. Besides it being about 90 degrees inside the place, the music was so loud I couldn't even talk to my buddy the was sitting across the table from me. The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Bad service by all members on the line. They did not listen to my order and rushed me down the line getting my bowl confused with someone else's. The counter was very dirty, there was food and salsa all over. As for my meal it was dry rice, burnt chicken with a side of attitude from the cashier when voicing my complaints. Fastest Chipotle Ever! I just wanted chips and guacamole and although it was plenty folks in line I was outta there in like three minutes.

I eat an absurd amount of Chipotle weekly and have been to many locations throughout the country. This location is closest to my house and I am here often. Unlike other locations, this one consistently under delivers with poorly trained staff and inefficient crew management. At other chipotles, if there's a line you know it won't take long to get through it. At Arundel Mills Chipotle, the same size line means you're doomed to wait for 20-30 minutes. What's even more frustrating is that you'll see employees lounging around, or being sent on breaks in groups during rushes. However, even when they have all hands on deck, for some reason the lag is still there. With all that being said, I still wait in the absurd lines because I love these burritos. I just wish I lived closer to another location. read more

I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars cuz although their food is good and fresh and the workers have relatively fast work pace, the customer service sucks. There's this one white girl who always is on the food line is very rude . She throws your food together , puts the food in the wrong order of which the customer stays it to her. My husband and I went there last night and granted they were busy . My husband and I were still standing by the bowl station before she starts yelling what we want on our bowls and tacos across other customers that were in front of us. She isn't personable at all !! I recently visited Chipolte and was pleased with the food. However, I was very disappointed that the server allowed customers to reach over the glass that protected the food and explain what items they wanted. The whole process was unsanitary and annoyed me. No customer should be allowed to reach over the protected glass and point out the items needed and no server should be afarid to say to the customer "stay behind the glass compartment." Such unsanitary acts takes away from one's enjoyment of the meal. Also, the line is always long and the servers do not put a full serving so one is forced to ask for more which can be a little embarassing. read more

I have not been to a Chipotle for a year due to their E. Coli issues. Today I finally went to this one at Arundel Mills. It was the worse Chipotle experience I've ever had! The lettuce looked old and the salad topped with chicken was very average. The lettuce was somewhat brown. But worse was the very nasty girl at the checkout who said she wasn't picking up my money that I put on the counter. She called me rude for not handing it to her. I told her that she was very rude and asked for the manager. The manager said "oh sorry" when I told her about this. She was very unconvincing. I told her that she needed to talk to the girl at the front checkout, but could tell that she was spineless and would do nothing but let her employees run all over her! Not as good as other Chipotles I've been to. The line is incredibly slow, there is very little attention to detail, and the tables are rarely cleaned. Parking is also a bit of a fiasco, so keep in mind that eating here is not a quick proposition. read more

Aside from Chipotle's tasty goodness, this location has great service. I usually order carryout, but none the less, my rare dine in experiences are nice as well. They now offer brown rice and upon occasional pick-up orders they've run out of brown rice. Without question, they've used white rice and proceeded discounted my order for the inconvenience. They've also offered me a free drink if my order wasn't ready when I arrived. When I dine in, the food is always fresh and the prep line servers are courteous and friendly...even when the restaurant is jammed pack! I highly recommend this location. Parking can be a bit snug with it being so close to the mall, but it's well worth a short walk thru the parking lot to go to this location. read more

Chipotle food is yummy food - that's all there is to it - and this location maintains that reputation. Other reviewers mentioned the wait at lunch is very long - which is true. However, I order 30 minutes or so ahead and then get to skip to the front of the line. I highly recommend doing it this way. Before I learned that trick I did wait in the long lines and I was really surprised out how quickly it moved. The parking is not awesome though. It's really tight and sometimes it's difficult to find a spot but I've yet to not find one so it's not awful. All in all, it's worth it- cheap, yummy, fast. read more

Won't ever go back to this location. I will take the extra drive to Waugh chapel! No matter what time of day u will always wait at the minimum 30 minutes. So on my recent trip I got there 50 mins before closing and the line was around the room I finally get up to the front 15 minutes before close to be told they have only one meat left ( mind you there is still prob 30 people behind me ) so I asked why they couldn't make an announcement that nothing was left. He had the worst attitude everyone in line was noticeably upset ( we did Stand there for 30-45 mins ) just to leave with no food. Poor customer service. read more

My co-workers and I thought it would be a good idea to order from the Chipotle right across the street from our work yesterday at 3:00pm. We thought we would be able to place the order and then one of us would drive across arundel mills blvd., and pick up the order with no issues. I went over there at 3:30 (the suggested pick-up time) and proceeded to wait and wait and wait. Then finally get some sort of service from the girl at the register. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. I could not believe her attitude. She told me to wait while they prepared the food, off to the side of the line, then rang out 3 more customers, then said "okay, its $37.00" then I handed her the money. Then she left to the back without any explanation or receipt. Then a few minutes later returned and handed me a bag full of food. I asked her if she was sure this was everything on the order, and she just looked at me and then gestured to the next customer to come forward, and ignored me. So, I drove back across the street, and low and behold when I get back and we look through the bag, half the food is missing! My co-workers were livid. They called the Chipotle and asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager wasn't there but to call back tomorrow (now today). They said to just come back and they'd give us the rest of our food that we ordered and paid for. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! Now its been an hour at this point since I had made the original order and I begrudgingly go back a second time to get the rest of the food, wait for a parking spot, go it, wait in another line, get up to the register, and the cashier (Eustasia) was continuing to ignore me and act incredibly rude. She wouldnt say a word to me and Im standing right in front of the register, looking right at her, saying "Excuse me! Hello?!" No response. Then one of the women prepping food, saw that I was being ignored and came over and asked how she could help me and I told her what items had been missing from our order, she apologized and got the rest of the food made and handed it to me. I asked again to talk to someone in charge, a manager, supervisor, anyone and was told again to call back another day. read more

I had not visited Chipotle in more than a year due to the food scandal situation and I'm afraid to say I should have continued to stay away. I stopped by today for a burrito. I saw a huge line so I thought that they had gone back to providing great quality food with great service. Remember when they did this??? I was wrong on both accounts. There were 7 servers on the line all crowded together and they were flying through the process at a very "HIGH" speed and throwing food down like they were feeding cattle. I would have preferred to speak to the server rather than being rushed to yell my order from 14 customers deep in the line. I refused to be treated like an animal and allowed the line catch up a bit but when I did reach my order it looked AWFUL AND THROWN TOGETHER. The server added mild salsa when I didn't even ask for it. She offered to make it over but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I basically had a burrito with everything BUT chicken.....there was maybe a tablespoon on the burrito, if that. The current Rewards gimmick will not last if they don't care about how they are serving their food and the quality. Needless to say I won't be back. read more
