Update January 2021: So seating arrangement isn't so much of a concern these days during the pandemic. However, now with the predominance of business seeming to be takeout the portion sizes have been getting smaller. Maybe they don't feel pressured to round up on the serving sizes when you aren't there watching them prepare your food. Otherwise, the food is still good as usual. They finally got queso about right with their latest iteration of white cheese dip. Been going to this Chipotle for years! The current food server is the rudest I've seen at Chipotle for years. She has been rude to my Mother-in-law and I recently had bad customer service from her. She seemed upset and took my bowl to the back. I was worried the whole time eating my bowl that she may have spit in my bowl. I think she should be fired for her attitude. This was an online order. Food was decent. I had a burrito which was good. My wife had a bowl, but they forgot the beans. My son had tacos and they barely had any queso. Always crowded during lunch, by young business people on break, this is one great chipotle location. Make sure you know what you're getting when you get in line. I've Given this location so many chances. But today was it. The last couple visits only 2 people working the line, waiting on items from the grill. The grill is upset at the super busy line worker for not being able to communicate what they need in a timely matter. Some line workers are greAt. Some act as if you're stealing off their plate if you ask for a little bit more of tomatoes. I would recommend a regional manger spend some time there and get those young kids together. This is not a bad Chipotle. It really isn't. The staff are always friendly and courteous, but there is a downside, hence the 3 stars. There are flies everywhere and there is no attempt to cover or shield the food. It's disgusting. I don't like bugs flying around the food. I wish they had a way to cover the food, because that is the only reason I may not return. I ordered my food online for delivery as such: brown rice bowl with extra sofritas, black beans, green salsa, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, and cheese. Here's what I got: white rice, no sofritas, fajitas, corn, and sour cream. How can you get an order so wrong?! And I'm especially pissed because I paid extra for the extra portion of sofritas yet received nothing. I tried calling the store multiple times just for no one to pick up. Ridiculous. Stood in line today for 40 MINUTES to get one bowl. They only had 2 employees on the line and zero management in sight. I could see they were overwhelmed with dozens of online orders, but 40 minutes? Come on. This place is also dirty, and they can't maintain cleanliness because they're too swamped with orders/customers. There is food all over the area where they shuffle your bowl down to the register, so you get lettuce, cheese, and whatever kinds of juices and liquids STUCK and smeared on the bottom of your bowl. Nice job. I've also seen 2 employees handling cookware with food using NO gloves. There is trash littered all over the inside of the restaurant. I ordered my food online to try to combat the line and they waited until I arrived and stood there for about 10 mins to ask what my name was and then start my order. This location does not follow CDC guidelines. There are clear markers on the ground that show the 6' foot guidelines and where to stand. The staff encouraged myself and my partner to come very close to the customer before me. After I ordered, I left room for the customer before me. A male staff member screamed over me to the next customer. I spoke up saying that I would like 6' distance to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19 and the staff member responded with: "Ma'am I'm trying to help the women behind you." After that another female staff member corrected the male staff member saying that he needs to work farther up the line, closer to the register. This pandemic is very serious and the CDC created a very simple guideline to keep customers and staff members safe. First, I'd like to state that I LOVE Chipotle. However, this location severely disappointed me. I went to this Chipotle because it is only a few minutes from my house. I ordered what I normally do when I am trying a new Chipotle: Burrito w/ white rice, chicken, hot salsa, light sour cream, and lettuce. The Tortilla was pressed and cooked nicely and the rice portion was appropriate. Unfortunately the rest is downhill from here. My scoop/serving of chicken was about half of the size (no exaggeration) of the patrons directly to my right and left who also ordered chicken on their respective menu items. (They did not order double meat, trust me. I listened) It was lacking to the point that the patron to my right turned to me and jokingly said "what did you do to make her mad?" Before I had a chance to ask for a more fairly portioned scoop of protein, the burrito craftswoman sharply turned her attention to the next customer and ignored me. The next employee then asked what other toppings I would like and when I mentioned my chicken serving size she promptly told me it would cost extra for double meat. I didn't want double meat. I just wanted fair and impartial treatment. Not wanting to argue or cause a scene, which looking back I should have pressed the issue more, I moved my lackluster $8 burrito on down the line where things continued to decline. The salsas were added fine and then on to the other toppings which were also added in a appropriate manner. The employee then rolled my burrito as poorly as she possibly could so that the sour cream was all forced to one end of the burrito and the rest of the ingredients were spread poorly throughout the non sour cream blast zone part of the burrito. The burrito looked more like a baseball than a burrito. I normally am a return customer but I doubt I will be returning to this location anytime soon. And that's unfortunate. I was very disappointed to say the least and should have asked for a refund or a new burrito. Burrito mayhem aside, the gentleman running the cash register was very friendly and polite. read more

After a long run I was starving and when i first saw this on the menu I was hesitant on ordering it.
