My husband and I frequent this location to get our chipotle fix! They work pretty fast and are usually pretty accurate with the orders placed. We have done both mobile ordering and ordering in the restaurant. The staff could use a bit more hospitality, but the interaction is brief and I thoroughly enjoy my food after the fact. When I entered the location, I was greeted by team members who took my order as they usually do at Chipotle. The store was very clean and they had very soft music playing in the background which added to the overall vibe of the restaurant. The food was how I expected, Mexican American. I don't know who gets the credit for this, but the food quality at the Chipotle on Union Deposit Rd is consistently much better than the Camp Hill or Hershey location. Felt like having Chipotle tonight, so I put in a mobile order with all my customizations. I arrive 15 minutes late in picking up my mobile order and could not find my food on the pick up rack. I approached the manager on duty about my missing burrito bowl who then checked with one of the staff member. Apparently, they had prepared my order earlier so someone must have picked up my food by accident. I love chipotle, but won't be going back to this location ever again, unless I'm "in uniform". I've never had any issues getting the law enforcement discount in civilian clothes, as long as I showed my I.D., that is, until today. I was given a hard time by the kid cashing me out. He told me that "technically" I had to be in uniform to receive the discount, but proceeded to give me the discount anyway. First of all, if you're going to give me the discount anyway, why say anything at all? Secondly, I had my law enforcement picture ID that proves who I say I am, so uniform or not, what difference does it make? I then asked the kid (yes, child) what if I couldn't wear my uniform? I love love loveeeee chipotle. I went to this location with my boyfriend after a workout session at the gym because we were super hungry. I love that this location gives you good proportions of everything. I always ask for a lot of corn and the person always gives a lot as opposed to other locations that give me only a spoonful when I ask. The workers are always nice and I was super happy they built one closer to where I live. The only thing I dislike is whenever I get my bowl, I ask for a side of hot sauce and guac for my bowl and then I order chips at the end. The person always rings it up as "Chips & Salsa" instead of just "Chips". It irks me because I didn't get the hot sauce for the chips, I got it for my bowl. So I would like if the person asked me if I got the salsa for my bowl or chips so that they won't keep over charging me. I know it's like a dollar difference, but hey it's still money. read more

I like that they have red peppers and their peppers are not overcooked like some locations do. They also give adequate portions of meat in my burrito bowl, so I don't leave hungry. Literally the worst Chipotle in the area. I placed an online order to be ready at 8pm which they tried to tell me that I never placed only for them to find my slip behind the counter. So now I'm waiting for my order and I see that my SALAD has no lettuce on it. I ask why there's no lettuce and they said they're out. Well if your out you should probably let the person who ordered a SALAD know before just hoping I don't notice. Now I just have a plate of chicken and cheese.
