First time at the restaurant and I just wanted to say the food was great. You can tell how fresh everything was. We ordered online. I like the fact that you could choose what time to pick up your food. The burrito I got was yummy the steak was cooked just right just the perfect amount of rice and pinto beans I asked for. The steak and chicken bowl my husband got looked great also he said there was a perfect amount of both rice and black beans. We highly recommend this place. We plan on going back again. read more

Severely undercooked black beans, with the carnitas meat being very fatty and just a huge chunk of meat that you could pick up with a fork. Salsa was too liquidy and soaked through the bowl and all over the bottom of the bag. The lid wasn't on right and the abundance of salsa dripped onto my carpet as soon as I picked it out of the bag. The rice bowl with carne asada was tasty. You have the option of regular steak or carne asada which is an upcharge. The guac is decent. The chips were mostly terrible. The few crispy ones I had were delish but most tasted stale or chewy. Service was fast and friendly. read more

The food is normally good here, but the service is more hit than miss. I picked up an $8.15 salad today where the lettuce was clearly frozen and pretty inedible. When I complained, they pretty much shrugged their shoulders and claimed "maybe the cooler is set too high". No attempt at correcting the situation. Well, $8.15 in the garbage and a lost customer. I've ordered to-go orders from here and have also ordered through DoorDash many times. I've never had a positive experience from this location. I travel all over the country for work and frequent Chipotles all across the country. Aside from the Chipotle in Victoria, TX, which thankfully has closed it's door, this is the worst location by far. Unfortunately, it is minutes from my house so the convenience keeps me coming back. Staff is always rude because they don't want to work, the restaurant is usually dirty and the food is always put together so sloppily. Even when you are standing right in front of the individual preparing your food! It's obviously a poorly managed location. Save yourself the trouble, drive the extra 5 or 10 minutes to the Burlington location. You are welcome. read more
