I have been going to this Chipotle for over 5 years, but for some reason they're not taking orders at the counter, only via the app. There is probably some promotion and it's too busy, but the corporate office didn't really think this thing through. It annoying that this isn't posted anywhere and I had to make a trip for nothing. Before you say, "Just order with the app" let me tell you that I used to do this and started feeling shortchanged by the amount of meat the put in. I actually tested it once and sure enough there is 19% more meat when you are there watching them make it. If I'm going to pick it up, I would rather watch them make a good burrito than pick up a crappy one. read more

I always see few things in a restaurant 1. Ambience: for chains like chipotle, Macdonald's or pizza hut it all the same. No surprises there. 2. Taste of the food/ freshness: this restaurant is okay with it. But I do want to highlight that they ran out of corns and they did not refill it which is not good. 3. Service: I am not very fond of servers here as they sometimes seem to be rude. At times you want more of something and less of another in the bowl and you should be able to customize it the way you want. Servers here do not ask. They ll just put stuff in the brown when you just name it. 5. Cleanliness: I felt that the restaurant was not clean enough. I was trying to find a clean table and it was so difficult that I clean one for myself before getting seated. If there was an option to give 2.5 stars that's what I would have given but I am giving them benefit of the fact that may be my experience was not very good because it was evening ( like around 8 pm) and they might be getting ready to close in 2 hours. read more

The burritos and bowls are mostly beans and rice. One would think that there would be equal portions of meat, beans and rice. Nope! 1/2 of serving a meat, full serving of rice and a full serving of beans. Regardless of what I order. I know that meat or chicken is more expensive but to watch the staff carefully measure/put back meat or chicken rather than give to much. Yet the serving of rice or beans is a full serving every time. I no longer order guacamole. A burrito or bowl is about $10 bucks. Guacamole is close to $3 bucks. A carefully measured spoonful too. The price of my burrito went up 30% just for guacamole........ I find that prices and quality of food are the same at other Mexican restaurants. My teenager son ordered a chicken bowl with extra meat and side of chips. When his friend went to pick up in the afternoon, the staff told him it was picked up already. His friend was in a hurry to go to practice, so he reordered it. I can't believe the staff did not even care to see what went wrong or investigate into this matter. I really like this chipotle location. I've only been here once, but I was very impressed. The staff went above and beyond. To start, they staff was really fast and efficient. This is the fastest staff I have ever seen. Second, they put the tacos in a bowl instead of wrapping it in foil. Other locations have wrapped my tacos in foil and the sour cream just smears everywhere. However, here they were put into a bowl preventing the smear and making the food a lot less messy and very enjoyable. I really liked that detail a lot. I will come back and I recommend coming here. read more

I came here with my boyfriend to get two burrito bowls. There was a trainee who was helping us with our order but boy, was she stingy. For every topping, she gave me so little. I skimmed through some of the other reviews, quickly... and I agree with a lot of what other people have posted. I have been to this Chipotle twice. The first time, I placed my order online and showed up to pick it up. Granted, I was a few minutes early, but it hadnt been started. The guy working was highly apologetic - and I told him it was no big deal, because I was a little early - and really - it was no big deal. I noticed he was making my order off to the side, and said he didnt have one of the ingredients over there, I think it was the guacamole, or one of the salsas, so he was giving it to me in the prepackaged container. He offered me a drink for having to wait, and I declined, as again, I was early. I really dont think there is a connection, but I got REALLY sick that night. I believe I had a bad piece of fish where I ate dinner, but it put a little damper on this Chipotle for me for a bit. I had food poisoning and while I am almost positive it wasnt from here, it left a bad taste in my mouth, if you will. I decided to return to this Chipotle at the end of last week when I just couldnt decide where to eat. This visit, I just went in and did my order as I went. The "Zombie-Like" comment in another review nails it on the head. The girl that was at the beginning of the order taking... was not all there. Me: Burrito please Girl: Blank stare. What? This Chipotle just opened today in the Woodbury Town Center, where the old El Pollo Loco used to be. I was lucky enough to come in to sit and eat in this brand new location, and I was very impressed. Upon entering I was greeted by their staff, as they are not yet jaded. Their food behind the sneeze guard looked fresh and tasty, and upon eating my steak bowl I found it to be true. This location has fresher ingredients than the dark and gloomy one down the street, as well as a brighter seating area. I don't like eating in the dark, and the windows keep this place lit well. There is plenty of parking, so you won't have a problem getting in and out. Also, if you just want it to go, service here seems pretty quick. read more

I took two little kids to Chipotle around 4:50pm. It was our first time come Chipotle and unfortunately the experience was worse. In the front of me was a Asian girl with pretty good English but the service lady stretched out her neck and looked like she couldn't hear what the customer needed to. When it turned to me, I said " Can I have two kids own build tacos, please? " When I asked for questions about how to choose food options to make kids own tacos, the same thing happened to me. She stretched out her neck and turned her head a little bit looked like she couldn't heard or understand what I was taking about. I looked at her eyes and repeated my questions. When I asked her if the beef/chicken tastes spicy and what she answered was she didn't know. Finally after we back home, my little child had the tacos and cried to say " it's spicy" because of he can't have spicy food! I am really not happy for today's experience. I was surprised to see this establishment since it used to be El Pollo Loco. The restaurant was clean and the decor was cute. Service was super slow though and one of the guys making my food had food all over his mouth! Food was ok, portions are generous! I got a Chicken bowl with Guacamole and they gave me a mountain of it! It was like having a jar of guacamole! I love guacamole so I was quite happy. Unlike the other Yelper, I did not see avocado skin in it... Chicken was pretty dry. Chips were fresh and tasty. Overall, an ok experience. I like this location since it isn't too busy and portions are better than other places. However, the staff working here do not seem very professional. I inquired about what items were gluten-free and he did not know. He found an ingredient list in the back to give to me. This is the worst chipotle in the history of chipotles. Their food is straight garbage and disgusting I am surprised the health department has not flagged them. The store manager Louise was also being extremely racist to my boyfriend and we felt uncomfortable. I called corporate and reported them. We asked to get a refund for our food that we found a nail in and we were spoken to so rudely and told that we were not able to get a refund and we were lying. I asked for the manager to at least re print my receipt that we never received in the first place so I had the receipt number when I emailed custom service and the manager told me no and laughed in my face.
