To echo a what a previous review has said. There's a rat infestation at this chipotle. I'm currently working as a delivery driver and one of my tire is busted because the rat infestation was so extensive it moved into the parking lot. I mentioned this to the manager at least 2 weeks ago and from her response it sounds like a recurring problem they can't sort with their landlord. She claims that it's a general problem of that Woodbury Town Center Plaza. Absolutely not! Problem is only relegated to CAVA at most and that's cause they're right next to Chipotle. Not the Niko Niko Sushi, Subway, Shen Shin Gumi etc... or any other stores in that little plaza. Need I mention the Chick-Fil-A across the mall is also extremely high volume yet never have this problem. Now I used to work at a chipotle during college University 2019-2021 and none of this would fly back then. This used to be a fire-able offense. The employee handbook & training program (even though they are scarce) even dictates how cleanliness must be to prevent pests. I live across the street and have given this location many opportunities to prove me wrong. Never again. Every time I order online for pickup, my $30-$35 order for 2 looks like $8 worth of food. There is never any meat in the two burrito bowls that we order. I get carnitas and my girlfriend gets barbacoa and we each only find 3 bites of meat in our entire bowl. The chips are super salted. The guacamole is all over the map; it has been completely bland, it has been brown and shouldn't have been served, and it has been so filled with salt that we almost shriveled up. Every. Single. Saw a bunch of reviews of how they give very small portions but decided to give it a couple chances to see for myself because it's conveniently placed right next to my gym. It's true. I ordered a bowl and the guy helping me was barely putting anything in and had to ask for a extra scoop of EVERYTHING I asked for. And that STILL wasn't even the normal amount I get at other locations. Also I always get guac and this was sad that I am paying a couple extra dollars for 2 tablespoons of guac. Every time I've gone they don't have the new Al Pastor either, which I've been wanting to try which is a bummer. I always come to this Chipotle since it's just down the street from me, but the last several times I came here, the service and the food has been mediocre and I left desiring more. Yet, here I am again, a creature of habit going to the close location. I entered the restaurant and got a feeling that I should just walk out, but my hunger convinced me to stay. As, I watched the customers in front me step up to the counter to order and saw the poor service, I started to cringe. It was now my turn. I greeted the crew member and he replied in a monotone, irritated voice, what can I get you. I asked for 3 hard shell tacos. As he grabbed the hard shells and Iasked for white rice. He said we are out white rice right now. I responded, I would wait. He said we are not making any more until much later. It was 12:30pm on a Taco Tuesday. I moved on and asked for regular steak on all three. He started scraping the container for the meat and I said I can wait for more. He said, no. I gave you enough meat for your tacos as he slid my bowl down the dirty counter. I requested lettuce and extra cheese from the next crew member, he threw in whatever he wanted, put the lid on and slid it to the cashier. The Cashier asked if there was anything else and I ordered a large coke and chips. She gave me my total, I paid, and she gave me the bag. I responded, what about my drink and chips? She replied, you did not order chips and drink. I looked on my receipt, it said large coke and chips. I looked back at her and she replied oh yeah, you did order a drink and chips. Never have I had poor experience at a Chipotle. I got home, opened my pathetic lunch, which is what you see on the pic. I don't write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. One chicken bowl with guac, no additional items, over $16. Even though guac is an extra charge, I received an extremely small portion about as big as the tip of my plastic fork. Guy taking my order was visibility upset to be there and didn't give a care in the world, place was dirty even though there were barely any customers. Haven't been to Chipotle in a few months, don't know what's going on but will not be going again anytime soon. I have ordered from here several times (DoorDash AND directly from Chipotle website) and never...NOT EVEN ONCE...has my order ever been right. They always either add ingredients I didn't ask for, completely miss something, or barely even give some of the ingredients requested (2 pieces of steak? Hello?). I don't understand how this location can be soooo bad. If you can, go to another Chipotle. Unfortunately, I can't pick another Chipotle for delivery...I really wish I could. We had an extremely disappointing situation when it came to a large order for a team meeting. The initial order that was placed set a pick-up time for 11:00 am. Our card was charged and the order was received through the app. When we went to pick up the order they had no record on their end. We confirmed it was the correct store and date but they said they didn't receive it. This is not ideal but I understand technology miscues happen. The manager asked us to place a new order and assured us that we wouldn't be charged for the initial order. We place the second-order and were then told that they could no longer refund the initial order that was placed... At this point, we were told to contact customer service. I went ahead and did that and they told me to go back to the store in which the order was placed to get a refund. I went at 10:00 am (as I know it can get busy later) to speak with the manager. She told me to go and contact their customer service again. I explained I've already been down that road and gone back and forth with them. It's not only that she didn't help but she just didn't seem to really care. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she assured me there wasn't. Kevin Punsalan is the General Manager and she refused to give me any of his contact information. It's frustrating to pay $190.00 for an order that you can show a proof of transaction on the app and my bank statement but can't find anyone to actually refund the order we didn't receive. read more

This is your typical Chipotle and it is always clean when I come. The staff are nice but like any other Chipotle, it really depends on who is scooping your food because sometimes, I get significantly less meat than other times. Why does the company photos of the food look nothing like what I actually got? I bet you know the answer but still, it is kind of funny in that way. Located on the eastern side of Woodbury town center, I come here for to-go orders when visiting the nearby Amazon locker. There's usually a short line to order and the room is regularly filled. I step up to order. What can I getcha? Burrito. Black or pinto beans? Black. Brown or white rice? Brown. What kind of meat? Chorizo. Everything on it like the lettuce, corn, sour cream, and cheese, but no guacamole. Here or to-go? To-go. After the 20 questions, I watch them wrap up the burrito. I've seen them overload on the ingredients and try wrap it with just 1 tortilla to no avail. So today, they don't overload and I get smaller but still sizable burrito. The burrito maintains its integrity on the initial bites, but then falls apart at the end of the meal and I'm scooping up the leftover. They wrap it in foil and my overeager bites take a part of that foil into my mouth. It's like, boy, this part of the burrito tastes strange. Oh, it's aluminum foil! Did I swallow more foil earlier?
