They mess up our order everytime we've gotten food from here and we can never get a person on the phone for help. Horrible!!

Really bad service. Really loud. I got sick from the burrito I had. I feel as if the chicken had sat out a while. I've been to chipotle before and I remember my burrito being so massive I couldn't even finish it. Well the burrito was extremely small and I could get a bigger one that tasted better and didn't make me sick if I had gone to Taco Bell. My boyfriends quesadilla took 15 minutes because they forgot it and then had to remake it. WILL NOT RETURN. Possibly to a different location but absolutely not this one. I hardly ever leave reviews but this chipotle is so bad it warrants a rant. We have gotten chipotle delivered from here 4 times now and every single time they miss ingredients (main ingredients like the meat), it arrives late, it arrives cold, the store calls us because they forgot our order even though we submitted it through the chipotle app. Whoever runs the chipotle either needs to be replaced or something because it's absolutely the worst service and food of any chipotle I have ever been to. read more

We come here 2-3 times a week and love chipotle don't go in to this chipotle a less you want to be treated very poorly by the rude girl that was where you start ordering you food we were there at 7:00pm on July 14 . Every time we are I. There she is terrible she doesn't listen to you at all . Today my wife was trying to order and she once again wasn't carting you listen so my wife pulled her mask out a little still covering and the miserable person told her to put her mask back up it was up she has been rude every single time . Good sized chipotle that can accommodate a good number of people. Food is just like every other Chipotle, nothing special. Situated in a good location (Kent Station) so parking for this location isn't hard. Came here during a weekday lunch rush and there was a line as expected. The line went pretty quick and at that point, most of the employees were in conveyor belt mode that service was just okay. Nothing wrong but again, nothing super special. sooo delish. We hit this on a monday evening and it was pretty dead. The kiddos just wanted tacos, so it works for us. And since its 3 tacos to one order, the 3 of us shared two orders with a side of rice (which isnt on the menu)... the rice is sooo good as is the guacamole!!! and the chips!!! This is the first time I have ever eaten in the there, we usually take it to go, I like the fact that the seats are so far away from the door and the ordering counter, it was really quiet to enjoy our meal! read more

I would eat here every single day if I could. Why is this place so delicious? So many options - so many different flavors & combos you can do. I typically don't venture far from a bowl, but you can get a burrito, taco's, salad - whatever! My personal favorite is the sofrita's (which is tofu, for all you non-vegan people). I'm not a vegan by any means, i just think it tastes amazing! Before you turn your nose up, if you had it without knowing it was tofu...you wouldn't be able to tell. I gave some leftovers to a co-worker of mine & he ate the whole thing, then asked what kind of meat he was eating & i told him it wasn't meat, he had no idea. Thought he hated tofu, but I think i made a believer out of him (or at least with the sofrita's from Chipotle). Moving on, brown rice (yum!), corn salsa (double yum), lettuce, cheese & guac on the side! I don't like to get too crazy, but all these flavors mixed together really does it for me. Like i said though, they have so many other combos you can try. Much better than Taco Del Mar (which is where i used to go before here). This location gets pretty darn busy during the lunch hour, Kent Station has a lot of eateries, but this one is where a lot of people go to pick up their lunch & take back to the office. If you go around 1130A, the line isn't long or almost non-existent. If you go anytime after 12P...you're looking at a little bit of a wait in line & typically no seating open in the dining area. OK Americanized version of "Mexican" food with bad service. There are lots of places with American fast food pretending to be Mexican food. Go there and not here. The first experience I had with this company was on Wednesday when I went to place a catering order. Discovered that they only provide catering for a group of 20 or more. My business group was half that size. Noted that they provide burritos only in a cardboard box via pick up only. Still not a good catering option. Also, you can't place your order at the local franchise but only the day of via a 800 number to a call center somewhere in the nation or online, only the day of - advance orders are not allowed. I called this local Chipotle the day before our meeting to find out if there was a way to still order online in advance in case I was missing something. This is, after all, 2015 and not 1995. After a few rings, a young lady answered the phone and she couldn't comprehend what was going on so she said she would get the "catering specialist" on the phone. What fun that was. Me: "Hello. I'm Sheri from (large company name here) and I've spent 30 minutes filling out individual orders online for a pickup order tomorrow since your company doesn't allow catering orders for groups under 20. I see that there are only pick-up times listed and not a date for the order. I want to confirm that Chipotle doesn't allow advance online orders before I have to start all over again tomorrow morning." Catering Specialist: "What?" Me: "I want to place an order for tomorrow. Do you accept orders for tomorrow? Either on the phone or online?" Catering Specialist: "I don't understand. Did you place an order? Do you want to place an order? Have you placed an order? Today or tomorrow? Hello?" Me: "I. Want. To. Place. An. Order. For. Tomorrow." Catering Specialist: "Oh, you want to place an order for tomorrow?" Me: "Yes." Catering Specialist: "You can go online tomorrow or fill out a fax form and send it to us." Me: (Deep breath.) "I have already filled out the order online. I want to know if I can set the date for TOMORROW." Catering Specialist: "Oh, um, yeah. Tomorrow?" Me: "TOMORROW." Catering Specialist: "You can't change the date for tomorrow." Me: "I'll handle this at a later time. Thanks." On Thursday morning, in a mad dash to get everything else done that needed to be accomplished for the meeting, I re-entered a bunch of individual lunch orders online. I walked over at lunchtime from where we were meeting to pick up the order. I walked to the cashier and let her know I was there for the order. She said one moment and got someone in back then gave me the receipt. A lady came out with a large cardboard box and 3 paper sacks on top of it and said, "Here's your food." No greeting, no smile, zip. After I commented on how big it was and how heavy, she offered to help me carry it but I declined. I just wanted out of there. There is no room at the doorway for people to get in and out of the restaurant whether they are coming or going, especially with the line past the door like it was. And it wasn't a long line, it is just a really small area. There were 10 people in line. I had to carry this big box without being able to see my feet past a woman with a baby carriage and a little kid and apologize to her in advance for the tight squeeze because there was nowhere to go for any of us. Chipotle shorted us on salsa. I ordered chips and either salsa or guacamole for each person, and they forgot 3 orders of salsa. No complaints from anyone on the food though. I had a steak burrito and I do have complaints about it. There were two chunks of fat instead of steak in the burrito and barely any cheese at all. The tortilla was really tough. For $10, this was a total ripoff. Parking at Kent Station is available in the parking garage, on the street for a short window or in the lots nearby. There isn't parking at the restaurant. Formerly owned by McDonald's and having the same fare as Qdoba, which is owned by Jack In The Box, expect the same situation as a regular fast food restaurant except with really horrible service and fake catering. My go-to spot when I want a quick, healthy meal (well, if you don't add the extra cheese and sour cream and chips, but who can say no to the chips?). Satisfying meal, but when you want to add guacamole or extra meat, it does get a little pricey, and makes me feel like I can dine in somewhere and get a real meal. There were 3! three pieces of steak! Two were stuck to the outside of the tortilla! no fajita veggies, soggy gross rice and no corn salsa. I really love Chipotle but have dietary restrictions. I am pretty particular about my order and I think I frustrated the ladies working there because they said some insulting words in Spanish. I may be Filipino, but I took a year in Jr High, two years in high school, and two years in college so I most definitely understand when cruel words are being said. We went in to get a rice bowl at ~7:45PM PST on 08/31. It was terribly salty. I did taste individual elements to figure out why it was so and identified fajita to be TERRIBLY salty. I just scooped out fajita, ate rest of it. As a curtesy, I went in the store and spoke at register saying " probably chef mistakenly salted more, please correct it so that others won't have to go through" , taking the feedback manager was called from inside. I told the same to the gentlemen and his answer blew my mind - " you know what, I am aware that we put more salt than usual and salt is in everything - beans, rice, fajita, meat etc and may be accidentally it was added more in fajita today. I feel bad for 2 things: 1. People trust brand and taste and they walk in, if Manager himself knew he is serving crappy salty food, the purpose is lost. 2. This is time of hardship, people save money to have a decent meal and chipotle is one of them which is affordable, you not only ruined hard earners BUT made of MOCK of yourself! pathetic manager! My wife and I are on a diet that calls for a number of options offered by Chipotle. We had three meals delivered and were very disappointed with the quality. The "steak" was too tough to eat. Not just a bit of gristle here and there but every bite was like chewing leather. The chicken was dry and tough too. Also hard to understand the heat levels of various salsas and such. I love heat and it was a bit much even for me but I have no idea which one it came from. While I applaud the attempt to offer healthy options their execution is very poor. We have looked at reviews for other CMGs around the region and none get very good reports. Very disappointing as we were quite hopeful CMG would become a regular stop. Pass. read more

I'm not into leaving negative reviews; seeing as how I often go to chipotle to grab a quick lunch at various different locations. This location left something to be desired... I got a half a scoop of steak barely a half a scoop of rice, and while staring down the practically empty bowl asking for a little bit extra rice or meat was met with an extra cost. I kid you not Im literally tired of this location it's so close to my house but I would rather make the drive to SouthCenter or Federal Way to have a better experience. From terrible customer service to skimpy portions and always being a lack of something. I just can never come to this location and genuinely enjoy my experience last time I went they didn't have lettuce the next time they didn't have black beans and mine you no one knew how long until they would be ready so I got pinto beans instead ( and was told I could only have 1 scoop because the were about to run out of those as well) , and finally I came for the last time ever today they didn't have guac and once again I asked when the guac would be ready no one knew until someone finally told me it would take an hour to make more guacamole.... I understand it's a bunch of high schoolers and young adults working here but it's upsetting coming wasting my time when I could of just went elsewhere read more

Yum! I didn't realize how tasty Chipotle was until I went here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. I had a chicken burrito bowl and it was insanely good. The salsas were tasty, the chicken was flavorful, and everything just seemed so fresh! The employee who prepared our food was super friendly and nice. The tortilla tore on my boyfriend's burrito while she was wrapping it and she tossed it out and started again - very cool. Prices seem a bit high to me, but they are in line with other similar type Mexican/burrito joints, so it's generally fair. Parking is easy because this location is at Kent Station. Jonesing in a big way for a burrito one day...in Kent WA, not exactly Guadalajara (but about the same amount of toothless people)....too far from the Taco Bus, as I was waiting for some wine to be picked at my company's warehouse. So what to do in the culinary wasteland that is south of 405? Go to the McDonald's-owned (yes, it's true!) Mexican chain. And ya know what? The menu is limited, but it's fresh, cheap, and fruckin good! It's not Taqueria Cancun (SF), but it does the job. I have yet to have a better non-taco-truck burrito in Seattle. I will admit I was a chipotle virgin (there are not a lot of them in Oregon I guess) but my husband saw the one in Kent and was SO excited that we had to eat there! I walk in and it reminds me of a subway style make your own and quick speed with a sit down and relax atmosphere. Very strange! But I like it... Food was made quick (there are limited options), but it is a little but more expensive than I was expecting. But once I took my first bite I know why people pay the prices! SO much better than fast food, and honestly better than a lot of "Mexican" restaurants I've been to over the years lol Will do again! read more
