I stopped here for lunch on a long drive. Pretty standard as far as Chipotle's go. What did stand out for me was the friendliness of the service. I sat down to eat my burrito and one of the staff members (manager, perhaps?) did stop by my table and ask if my meal was prepared to my expectations. That's the first time that's happened to me at a Chiptole. It is easy access off I65 if you're on the Indy/Chicago jaunt and needing more than fries and a frosty to fuel the drive. read more

A worker came out and asked us how everything was, and I mentioned that the steak seemed old and chewy. This guy made me a whole new burrito with fresh steak!!! Dude. You just don't get service like that anymore. And now I sound like an old lady but I DON'T CARE. Excuse me while I go eat my ginormous fresh burrito. read more

Food is good, but the service I've had here has been stellar. One lady in particular goes out of her way (Marci I think is her name) to have everything ready for me when I do an online order. Everything, napkins, forks, cups, etc. You just don't get service like this anywhere these days. She calls me by my first name, asks about my day, etc. That's worth a couple stars in itself. I will continue to grab a bite here anytime I need to grab something quick, not only for good food, but for stellar service. Keep up the good work. They were really busy and I was very hungry. They still smiled and gave me a quessarito even though they take longer to make.

Waited in line 20 min and there was only 2 people in front of us. Everytime I was asked what I wanted on my burrito the girl turned away from me to do something else. They had to re wrap my burrito because it sat and got soggy and busted open wrapping it the first time. By the time we got to the table it was cold. Haven't been to a chipotle in a long time, I expected more for past experiences. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

Super slow and food doesn't taste as flavorful as other chipotles...not good. Find a different chipotle or go somewhere else.

This Chipotle is pretty standard along with the other Chipotles. They serve you a decent amount of food, everything is delicious as Chipotle always is. It is usually incredibly loud in this location, which is really tiny (used to be a Krispy Kreme). In the summer you can avoid this problem by eating outside but I think in the winter I'd just take my food to go. read more

Glad to have a vegan option at Chipotle! Had the sofrito tofu bowl which was super tasty. Love the chips with a hint of lime. Yum!

I just simply think it's overrated. They seem to want to charge you for everything possible. Went for lunch today and they ran out of chicken. My colleagues had to stand around and wait for them to make more. That shouldn't be an issue! Campus, location. Also would note that the music was way too loud. We couldn't talk with normal inside voices sitting right next to each other. My bad for going to the campus location I guess. read more

Great food. Place was packed. They were pretty slow to get the line down from 'out the door'. Also, I appreciated the extra chow, but the burrito was so fat it could not contain itself. Once I opened the wrapper it had burst and I needed a fork (that's why I dinged the star.). read more

Probably the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to, I wouldn't go here during lunch or dinner times. They had one person working the line while another employee was putting paper in a basket. I've never see one person working the line while 23 people were in line, usually there are 3-5 people working the line. read more

The burrito bowl is the best!! The chips are awesome. Everything is fresh and the meat is great! Good food that is good for you!

We went to Chipotle at about 2pm today (Friday) and had a disappointing experience. We stood at the front of the line for around 4 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff who were helping no other customers at the time. We had at least three people behind us. It looked like they were trying to look busy so they wouldn't have to help their customers. There was no greeting or apology when they finally got to us. The food was good although we were hoping for pork and it's not available currently at some of their restaurants. We go to chipotle restaurants often and this did not live up to our expectations. read more

Service today was very hectic. Took 15mins to get my food because nothing was made. No steak,fajita etc. My burrito she'll was way over heated to the point that it was hard to chew. Two stars for it being off the highway, and... it's clean? Went there on a Sunday evening, an hour before closing time. There were two separate signs saying they're out of guac, so I was a bit disappointed. Took a while for them to get through the four people in front of me, most of which had multiple orders. When it came to my turn, the kid behind the counter starts yelling out "Rice? Beans? Meat? Salsa?". Alright guy, I've been to Chipotle 50000 times over the years, so no need to get all yelly. I tell him what I want (brown rice, black beans, barbacoa, mild and hot salsa, lettuce). He put mild and medium salsa (I let that slide), and almost dumped on a bunch of sour cream, which is NOT okay for me. After I hurriedly stopped him, I see that they do indeed have extremely green guac, so I added that, but they're out of lettuce instead. Sigh. It turns out the "guac" was actually just mashed up avocados, and not very well mashed at that. Worst Chipotle experience in my life. To sum up: Rude, incompetent, and out of ingredients. read more

i eat at tgis location atleast 2 or 3 times a month. i love my chipotle. Only this location is ALWAYS lagging behind and slow! nothing is ever prepared. Today my husband got 1 crunchy and 2 soft shells. as the crunchy shells are never available! but when he asked for extra lettuce on mine i got 10 peices which looks like nothing! the last time went in no shells again and the guac wasnt ready! there is one guy in there that is really nice but other than that they arent the most friendliest staff. seems clean. which is a plus. just tires of paying so much when u dont get what u want! read more

It's chipotle. It's expensive but good and I have never gotten sick. So that's a bonus.

I used to work at a Chipotle, so I tend to have some pretty high standards when it comes to the world of quick-service burritos. I know how it should be done and can easily spot when it isn't being done right. So, why only three stars for this location? It started off with the first point of contact - the guy running the tortilla press. Don't ask me what type of rice, bean, meat, etc. I want while you're pressing the tortilla, forget what I said, then have to ask me again as you actually make the burrito. If you can't remember from the first time, then just don't ask. For my meat selection I usually go with whatever looks freshest, but none of it looked great this time around. My guess was that some of it had been sitting longer than preferable, but even if you're trying to have a good reserve for a busy dinner rush you should set standards a bit higher than that. Anyway, after that someone who actually knew what she was doing took over at the salsa station. She was fast and did everything perfectly. Unfortunately for my wife, the girl doing hers wasn't quite as good. The tortilla ripped while she tried to roll it, so she just rolled the whole thing up in another tortilla. Double tortillas does not make a good burrito. That said, they did manage to get through the line fairly quickly. Plus the restaurant was clean and everything at the drink station was stocked. The staff was super rude and was not paying attention to customers. They were out of lettuce and shredded cheese while also not informing customers that the new queso was an extra $1.25 for anything you put it on. Also we got chips and guac and the chips were stale while the cup of guac had the whole inside of an avocado sitting in it. Would not go back to this location. read more

We come here a lot. Like, once a week or more, a lot. So it must be pretty good, otherwise we'd go elsewhere, right? The only challenges with this location is there seems to be a high turnover of staff, so one day you might have an old pro who is the model of efficiency, and the next you have someone who probably just started--or at least it feels that way, because you have to walk them through your order, reminding them of steps and God forbid they are running low on something with a noob at the helm. The only other challenge relates to the first: they are nearly constantly busy. We've gone at all times of the day on every day of the week and it's almost never slow. If it is, wait five minutes and the line will be nearing the door. Generally the line moves fast and seating expands to accommodate everyone, unless you have one of the new staffers, in which case, us regulars are itching to get behind the counter and make our own meal. Overall, it's a clean and relatively efficient shop. The quality of food never varies and we're pretty happy with that. read more

So loud they had a hard time hearing me order and I could barely hear them. Chairs were very uncomfortable. Food was pretty good though.

Everything on the menu is great. You can't go wrong! Staff is all pretty friendly, but portion size does vary depending on whos dishin' out the food behind the counter. read more

Favorite place to grab lunch! The workers are very efficient and kind even during lunch hour which is very impressive. Definitely stop in and get a burrito sometime. read more
