This location is convenient because the line moves quickly during the peak lunchtime hour. They don't mind if you ask for a little extra of this or that. The food is always fresh. Okay, i hate to complain but lastnight a female worker with piercings and braids was completely out of line. She was moving SO fast with making our orders causing the food to fall in different foods. Chicken in the steak, rice in the beans , lettuce in the cheese. It was a mess. I had to tell her to SLOW DOWN. and she still continued to speed. Mentioning how she has online order and ppl in line. But I'm the customer right now so i felt like she should take her time . Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what. I ordered online and picked up through the Chipotle lane. I came at 11:55a and it was very quick, no lunch rush. Unfortunately, my beans and rice were hard. Really disappointing experience. They were out of almost every meat, and when I asked for al pastor chicken, I was given cold scraps from the bottom of the container. The food overall was cold and clearly not fresh. The staff didn't seem to care at all, and the counter area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Ingredients were even mixing together, which was unappetizing. On top of that, they forgot to include some of my items and were about to leave my sides sitting on the counter until I said something. It doesn't matter if it's 10:30am on a Wednesday or 10:00pm on a Sunday, you can expect Disneyland long wait times to get through the line. Love seasoning on your food? You must be high to think you'll get that here. I get it, it's located in Centennial Hills and the demographic in this area is afraid of flavor. But, would it hurt to add some salt to the protein options? One good thing about this location is the sassy guy who works in the afternoons. Today, I placed a pickup order about 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. I got to the restaurant about 10-15 minutes later and my order wasn't ready. I told the person at the cash register my name. He was very nice. I waited for my food to see the line grow from 2 people to 7. The person at the register then asks my name again and asked me to show the name on my order. A few minutes later, I was told that I could get in line to order my food so I didn't have to wait as long. Get your location together! The food was decent, but the 30ish minute wait in a 5 people deep line was an absolute joke. There's no excuse to not having a smooth replacement of fresh and cooked selections on the line. The food is good. Anybody who tried chipotle knows the food is basically pretty good. Of course there's better more Mexican style food. What was very annoying, is you got a line of people and there's somebody wiping the countertop in the front another staff member is stocking napkins and things in the front, another staff members in the back stocking, and the Cook is walking around. And nobody serving food and people are sitting there waiting. When I was in food service if there's a customer waiting, I drop stocking I just don't stock. I don't clean. I usually love Chipotle but this location is a complete mess. First of all never once have I gone there and not had to wait a minimum of 25 minutes for food even when it is slow. Tonight there was a line to the door and multiple people waiting for pick up orders and they had one single person on the line who was obviously new. All this while there is no less than 5 other staff members standing around in the back talking. Even the cashier would leave and go in the back and start talking and only to come back out when there was someone waiting to pay. Are you not aware that everyone in line can see directly into the back and can you see you doing absolutely nothing... Then you even heard one of the employees in the back screaming and laughing about how bad he is at his job. Well buddy there is no disagreements here. Then even when you are able to get up and actually order they inform you they're out of almost everything. Maybe instead of talking about how lazy we all are in the back we could be I don't know... prepping food? On top of this the person on the line who was clearly new was doubling up on just about everything in everyone's order to the point that the burrito couldn't even be rolled and ripped apart. They also clearly didn't know how to roll a burrito as multiple times it spilt all over the counter and they would have to start over or call someone from the back to come and do it for them. It's clear this is not your first negative review and it's certainly not my first negative experience at this location so my question is... does the management just not care? Are you just happy to collect your check and continue to provide horrible service as long as customers are in the door? I went here on January 15th. I got almost a vegan option, as it was very little meat in both orders. I ordered a chicken burrito and a steak/chicken bowl. I had plenty of rice, beans, corn, and very little cheese. I'm not exaggerating on the proteins. For $26, I should have been able to find the meat. It looked like they were light on the proteins at the counter. If I have to beg for the correct portion amount, I won't come back. If you're going to make them give you a spoonful, better off weighing it or having a cup to measure the amount. That's a lot of money for rice and beans. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I came here on Sunday after already placing a mobile order in the app around 7 PM for a 7:30 PM pick-up. When I showed up to the store, it was 7:32 PM and there was a line to the door of customers waiting to order, as well as a crowd near the register waiting to pick-up mobile orders. Mine wasn't ready yet which was ok, or so I thought at first... I then proceeded to wait nearly 45 more minutes before I finally got my food!! They were so backed up on orders that some people were storming out because they had waited 20 or 30 minutes and theirs hadn't come out! If they were so busy, I'm not sure why they didn't either shut off mobile ordering and food delivery orders, or close the in-person ordering so that they could use their staff and both food prep lines for filling existing orders?! Very poorly run and managed, which caused everyone to waste almost an hour extra waiting! read more

I've given this Chipotle several chances and I think tonight was my breaking point. I'll let you all know my experiences, so you'll know what to expect when you visit this location (which i do not recommend.) My first bad experience was a few months ago. My sister and I had decided to stop in and order food to-go. When we arrived they had told us it's cash only, and their card reader was down. We had no cash, and were about to leave when they had mentioned they could make it if we ordered through the app. So, we ordered and paid through the app and they made our food like normal. Unfortunately, I had selected the wrong location for my order. My bad 100%. But the staff was so rude! Like I had done it on purpose. They gave me a phone number to call to cancel the order at the other location. I sat on hold for about 12 minutes while my food got cold. The thing about Chipotle is their customer service line is practically non existent. If you call, you talk to a robot for about 10 minutes before getting through to someone. My second bad experience was tonight. I placed an order through the app for 3 entrees and 3 chips. When my partner went to pick up the order, he heard staff telling the people in front of him they were out of chips. He asked them if that's why there wasn't any in our order to which they responded, "Okay, well do you want a refund?" Um, yeah obviously. We got home to discover they didn't put on the 3 sides of guac that we paid extra for. Not only does their customer service suck, but they can't even do their jobs good enough to justify it. At one point the cashier left the register to just sweep in the lobby when she should be helping the line. Lobby didn't need sweeping.
