I have been to several 5 guys in multiple states, and the burgers and patty melt at this one was top notch, best of all. Friendly staff, smiling and polite as well. Good experience

Missing items and poor quality. I ordered through Uber Eats. Food arrived and I was missing the fries. The burgers were soggy, cold snd inedible.

    Cold fries.

Terrible. Uber Eats order. Grilled cheese with tomato, small Cajun fries and chocolate milkshake. The chocolate milkshake was the only thing that I could consume. It was melted though. Fries were cold and not just a little cold. Cold like they sat in the fridge. Grilled cheese. That's why I'm really here. The grilled cheese is literally cold American cheese on a cold hamburger bun. Uber Eats said not eligible for a refund and no one answers at the store. Yall should be ashamed for this grilled cheese.

It's 60 degrees outside and it's colder than that inside! Expect your food to be cold within seconds. The music is so loud you can't hear nothing including the girl at the register and the lady yelling out numbers. It's just awful eating in here!

This is one of my favorite Five Guys! Staff is always super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is always clean, food is always fresh!

Always have a good experience here. The food is prepared fresh and the quality is spot on! You get what you pay for. I usually get the cheeseburger with the All the way option. All the way means that everything is on it including tomatoes, lettuce, grilled mushrooms, pickles and grilled onions. My boyfriend got the cheeseburger too with everything except tomatoes and mushrooms. Everything is a la carte. We got a side of regular fries to share because they are generous with their fries and load them up! You have the option to choose either five guys style or Cajun style. We always get the Cajun style because the fries are seasoned perfectly. We also shared a drink. Total came out to $33. Not bad at all. Always nice to splurge on good quality burgers and fries!

This was a solid burger stop! Five guys is consistently good. The team was fast and friendly! I did a burger with some basic toppings. It was cooked well and the bun was fresh! Great service, great food!

As Hardees once said, if it isn't all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face!

When you're done ordering your fries, go to the very back of that line. Oh, you're craving lengua? When you're done with the asada line, go ahead and patiently stand in the back of the lengua line. What should be highly recommended are comfortable shoes to stand in, a chair to eat while in line before your food gets cold, and a fan because you're going to leave this place smelling like bbq. Pro tip: there is a sign for drinks. That is NOT a drink line despite a line being under that sign. I can tell you that after standing in it for 5 mins and realizing nobody was being served drinks. Drinks are at the register. Also, Orange = Jarritos. Not orange juice. Oh, but the reviews are so good. The meat is so soft. No. Not at all. Chewy. Flavorless. Thrown in your face by the Cook. Not a chef, a cook. There is no greeting. There is no thank you. There is no Customer Service. Did I mention that this place is full of drunk people? I mean, at least they're all nice. :) The door is dirty when you walk in. Drinks are spilled because the drunk people can't balance themselves. Parking stalls are tight. All done ordering? Go check out. That might be the last line that you stand in. And when you get to the counter and you order small drinks and you finish paying, be prepared to be yelled at by someone who speaks only Spanish because apparently they don't sell small drinks here. Not sure why, but the cashier (who also only spoke Spanish) gave me water cups when I asked to purchase small sodas. What a visit!! I haven't started eating yet and I've been humiliated with a crowd of people staring at me, thinking I "stole" soda. SMH Ps there is no salsa bar so you better make sure you order your food exactly how you want in one of the many lines will be standing in. Add extra seasoning. Pps there's a line for the restroom!! Hahah. Ppps there are a lot of what looks like loyal customers. I watched their faces as they were treated with poor customer service. Nobody wants to complain, which is partly why motivated me to write this - to tell you it wasn't just me. Some people love this place. This isn't for me.

"Yes. Yes I am." The breading and the jalapeno give off a hit of spice to the face, but the cream comes in to give you a small reprieve. Everytime I come here I'm just so (somehow) surprised at how good the food and service is. It is my favorite place to eat right now in all of Las Vegas, even though money is tight. But today, with the $20 Lunch trio specials, we got spoiled today. The chips, the table side guac, the complimentary peach margaritas as you walk in - all top shelf and great. I'm just in love.

Surprisingly this spot is owned by Mark Whalberg and of course he features his tequila. They offer an array of good selections of other tequilas, including Casa Dragones. The happy hour was pretty sweet, but I wasn't a great fan of the salad when I came in for dinner. It had no beets although it said it was supposed to so maybe I'll have to go back another day and give the regular menu another try. Pretty solid happy hour though, highly recommend sitting at the bar. I've had two different bartenders and they all seem pretty attentive when I'm around. There is a private room for parties and high tops around the bar they can combine for 8 tops. There is low top tables for families as well but they seem to get pretty busy so call ahead.

Why don't they put these options on the actual menu?! I would have definitely ordered the lettuce wrap and tried the Animal Style fries if I had known. Overall, great food, friendly staff, and an impressive drive-thru setup. I'll definitely be back--I just wish they made some of those popular menu options a little less "secret"!
