We love five guys, the soda machine just needed to be changed out but I let a worker know and he went above and beyond for us. He gave us a bottle of the Diet Coke while we ate so we didn't have to wait on the fountain to be working again or not have a drink we wanted. We had waited a while to try cuz originally we were shocked at the prices...now in comparison it's not out of line with other burger restaurants. At this time of day (230pm) there was no problem finding a Handicap parking spot, it was easy to find a table indoor (which was simple decor & tidy) to accommodate a wheelchair. We were prepared with what to order at the counter so the wait wasn't that long to receive our food. For two our $29 order was: one regular cheeseburger all the way & one little cheeseburger mustard onion tomato (which was forgotten) & one regular fries. They're right next to The UPS Store, across from The FedEx Office. There's ample parking. Inside is a casual and laid back atmosphere with plenty of seating and awesome music. Menu offers a nice selection of breakfast, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, drinks, and milkshakes. I tried Cheeseburger ($11.30) and it's very good! This has a double burger patty that's nicely seasoned, super moist and juicy, has melted American cheese, in a soft bun, and they added extra mustard and pickles, so delicious! Burgers are made with 100% fresh beef, has no fillers and no preservatives. They cook all the meat juicy and well-done. If you want a single burger patty, ask for the Little Cheeseburger ($8.77), you can add any toppings you like, and there's no additional charge. Five Guys also makes excellent Cajun Style Fries! Potatoes are hand cut daily and cooked in 100% peanut oil. I chose Little Cajun Fries ($4.84), it's a generous serving, the fries are slightly crisp and soft, coated in amazing cajun seasoning, it's fantastic! The milkshakes are great too! I like the Coffee Mix-in (16 oz, $6.23), it's absolutely delightful and not too sweet! Milkshake is creamy and has a rich coffee flavor, it doesn't need whipped cream because it's already delicious. Other milkshake mix-ins are bacon, strawberry, salted caramel, peanut butter, banana, Reese's cups, chocolate, Oreo creme, and Oreo cookie pieces. Stopped by Five Guys around 7 PM to grab a burger for myself. It was nice and empty, so everything moved quickly and I had my food in no time. I ordered a classic burger with everything on it and a side of fries. The burger was delicious super flavorful and surprisingly not messy, which is always a win. You can really taste the quality. The fries? Hands down some of the best. They never disappoint. My only small complaint is I wish they had ranch dressing for dipping the fries, but honestly, they're still amazing on their own. The burger was greasy good but not something I can recommend splurging on considering cheaper options that are just as good. Now the cajun fries, both in terms of quantity and quality might be worth the hefty $9.13 price tag. Rivals McDonald's for my fast food fry crown. I maybe had to wait 5 minutes for my order and the staff was very friendly. Always have a good experience here. The food is prepared fresh and the quality is spot on! You get what you pay for. I usually get the cheeseburger with the All the way option. All the way means that everything is on it including tomatoes, lettuce, grilled mushrooms, pickles and grilled onions. My boyfriend got the cheeseburger too with everything except tomatoes and mushrooms. Everything is a la carte. We got a side of regular fries to share because they are generous with their fries and load them up! You have the option to choose either five guys style or Cajun style. We always get the Cajun style because the fries are seasoned perfectly. We also shared a drink. Total came out to $33. Not bad at all. I don't usually review fast food joints. As long as they don't poison you or serve you a dead animal in your food, what's there to really say? It's fast food. But, today I walked into this place and they were SLAMMED! This team was working their butts off, talking and communicating and simply killing it. And even in all of this chaos they stop to the time to greet each guest and thank them for picking them to eat. I've worked in the restaurant business my whole life, and it was so refreshing to see a team of enthusiastic, professionals doing what they do best. It reminded me of my days at the Ritz Carlton. I even tried to start a round of applause for their outstanding efforts and the customers were having none of it. I don't care. I applauded and thanked them loudly and cheered them on! The food, as always was spectacular. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and these guys stack it up so high I needed a Sherpa and a tank of oxygen to reach the top of this mountain of a burger. I correctly opened my hog dog tinfoil and it came upside down. They 2 connected hog dogs, cut them through the center, so I had 2 all beef hot dog halves. my sister's small came like a double McDonald's burger, and the fries looked like they were straight out of the potato, Greece's for a second, and given out: no flavor in that. overall the food was okay. the workers were very nice and calm, perfect working there. the joke? 5 teens were working there. the place was very clean, but the restroom sinks were very low. restrooms, halls, kitchen and eating area was very clean as well, not loud. read more

Went in looking for a burger and fries. Opted for a 'kosher hot dog' and fries. While the hot was good, sliced in half and cooked on the griddle, it was swimming in the mustard I asked for. The tiny order of fries was the same size as extra large at other burger joints. The issue I had with the fries was the amount of salt.
