It's been a while since I went to this Chipotle. If you read my previous review you will see why. But today I really wanted tacos and this was the closest place. Now...I wanted things my way...which meant I wanted to take everything home separately and make my own tacos. And I wanted three different proteins. Once they understood what I wanted they a found a way to give me exactly what I wanted. Granted it cost a little more than if I just got three tacos, but I walked out with twice as much food, so it worked out. Unlike the last time they had plenty of everything ready to go, the service was fast and friendly and I left satisfied. I'm glad everything has improved since my last visit. read more

There's nothing large about the large chips which is disappointing. And the guac needs to be made better. Sometimes I get big pieces of avacado because it wasn't mashed properly and it happens often. Disgusting, unsanitary, and overall repulsive, I have never been to this Chipotle before until today and placed an order on the Chipotle App, and upon arrival, boy, did I make a bad decision. Upon arrival, the to-go station was a mess, there was a Spanish dude standing next to the register on his blue iPhone despite customers walking up to the counter. This was not the worst part, the station where the sodas and utensils were filthy, trash on the floor, and then in the seating area, trash was everywhere, on the tables, on the floor, and a few employees walked by and looked at it and did not take the time to clean this up. This is extremely unsanitary and a Department of Health Food and Safety violation. Yeah, they also put black beans in my order when it clearly said pinto beans. Like, do they not know the difference between pinto beans and black beans? The level of incompetence is unfathomable. read more

I just left this place and I'm sitting in my car writing this because wow! It's 8:25pm on a Sunday night the place was super backed up with orders. There was so many people in there just waiting to pick up food to be delivered. As I was going through the line the workers were talking to each other and one was more clueless then the next. They had no idea what orders were what, they were making food wrong but it was too overwhelmed. Who was getting what. They ran out of lids for the bowls which is understandable being that there are shortages all over the place right now. Came to Chipotle Mexican Grill for my niece fundraiser. Which I must say was really cool of Chipotle to do fundraisers. Lines are fairly quick and staff is very friendly. I had ordered the steak salad bowl and my lovely foodie in crime had ordered the steak burrito. I guess from my knowledge of me not always going to Chipotle often but I found it VERY weird that they charge customers, $2.20 for guacamole. In many establishments they don't charge at ALL for guacamole, and if they do it usually may be 99 cents. The guacamole had flavor even though it was very liquidity from lime or lemon they use. I truly wish my server had put more salad in the my steak salad bowl. But the flavors was there and hit the spot! I love Chipotle's brand, what they stand for and the effort and quality maintained in the food. This locations manager is also amazing. Took my Girls shopping and we decided to have some burritos so we when to Chipotle, service was excellent they listen to everything I ask so we had the combo with chicken and steak, white rice , pinto beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and mine with pico the gallo . God damn the customer service is dog shit. I had to repeat every single item of my bowl at least 4 times because the girl behind the counter kept losing focus. I get it, minimum wage jobs are ass, I work one too but you have to at least give a shit a little. I asked for hot sauce and she poured enough hot sauce to feed 17 mexican families. The food is fine and its actually one of the nicer Chipotles i've been to aside from the bathroom which looked like an wild bear on cocaine came in and destroyed. Please just get some new employees or teach them anything about customer service. Or at least remember what kind of rice I want .2 seconds after telling you. I've never been a big fan of chipotle, my wife and sister in law are. Usually I just buy for them recently though I've been craving tacos and this location gets the job done. The staff here are very efficient, suggestive add ons not like the creepy kind where your like no I don't want any forced nacho purchases. Ok so the food there is no place else I can't go anywhere else for my chipotle soft tacos portion size is amazing and the meat is cooked properly. Also by the way their customer service went above and beyond another patron (very nice lady) she only had a 100$ bill and they do not accept, and her cards were not available to her they allowed the woman to pay for the food with a 5$ bill she had instead of not allowing her to eat. Very inconsistent service. Today while i was ordering, it was empty and the employees were talking while making my bowl. I couldn't believe how little they were paying attention and the peppers and onions were empty. When i asked if they're were more they did not hear me bc they were mid conversation. It was incredibly rude but i do drive by so i didn't want to say anything Incase i came back. The person at the register did not care either. She rang me up and didn't ask if i wanted a drink. I had to ask for one and then she started packing my order to go and when i asked for a tray, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back and brought back one that she just wiped down.
