This place is so bad. Honestly their work space is disgusting. I've been in multiple times and every single time the place is a wreck. It's always so disgusting. Don't bother placing an online order unless you want everything wrong and missing half your items. Everytime I order chips there is never ever chips. The only plus side about the app and ordering online is when everything is wrong you can chat with a bot and they help refund you. If you buy in person it's probably a huge pain. Also count of getting sick. Like I mentioned before it's a huge mess. Disgusting work area. Tons of ingredients on their work station. It's just terribly run and disgusting. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Service was horrible, out of everything (no chips, no fountain drinks or bottles, no sour cream), missing items on food orders .... To make it worse, you can ONLY make online orders (it's been this way every time I've gone the past few weeks), my order was suppose to be ready for 6PM but I had to wait an additional 20 mins and watch multiple customers before me complain about their missing items, too. Also, to make it EVENNN worse, the app doesn't show what the store is out of, and they can't give a refund on-site for the items you paid for on the app, so you have to contact Chipotle "Pepper" AI bot instead. There seemed to be no management insight supporting the few team members there. I feel sorry for the minimum wage employees they're setting up for failure. With all of the other good local Mexican joints, and Baja's Mexican now directly across the street, save yourself the trouble and time and go somewhere else. I ordered through DoorDash a steak, cheese and rice burrito and received two chicken, rice and lettuce burritos with an explicit insult printed on the item packaging sticker. I had given this establishment multiple tries to redeem themselves and they continued to disappoint. A few weeks ago, the staff were on their phones while trash piled up and they were counting money from the tips at 8:30pm when the posted hours were 10pm. There was another time where I was told in the store to put my order online cause they weren't doing regular orders in the normal line during business hours. There's a local spot up the road called Tijuana Burrito that's a million times better than this place. read more

This place used to be pretty good, but they have not adjusted well to the new way of business. Take out is super sloppy and disorganized. When they are out of things, they just sort of give you random options (like a soda instead of a children's milk). Food still taste decent but it often comes slopped together. read more

Went today when they first opened and nothing was clean. Apparently nobody cleaned last night before they left the store. The floor was filthy with dirt, old food, plastic silverware, straw wrappers, dirty napkins everywhere. Behind the counter was filthy with old food caked onto the floor. Even the walls are covered in filth. The girl who took our order was not friendly at all and seemed miserable. $36 for two salads and one drink and to sit in an environment that looks dirtier than the town dump was not a value. read more

I want to start off by saying, I am not someone who gives bad reviews, I rarely complain about my food, Ive been working in the restaurant business my whole life, get it. But I have never been this upset over customer service/food in my entire life. It hurts giving this review 1 Star, I wish I could give it zero. When we got there they said they were only doing online orders bc they were short staffed, understandable! I get it! We were just glad they took our online order. We sat there while we put them in and waited for our food, we tipped on the way out because I know they r understaffed, I know how that sucks! When we got back to our house i was stunned to see what they put in my salad. Beans, sour cream, and a hit of chicken. Why didn't they tell us they were out of everything I ordered? My boyfriend didn't get anything better, he got 4 of the the 10 things he ordered. We were right in front of them, why on earth didn't they tell us they were out! I would have left instead of paying $15 PLUS A TIP! We were blown away at how much these workers did not care. I never thought I would have cried over chipotle... My bf and I were so deeply disappointed and hungry we didn't have anything to eat so we booked it to East Greenwich Chipotle. Thank god the East Greenwich Chipotle was beyond nice. This is your typical "Mexican" for those that like it bland and no spice; and I'm pretty sure my husband got food poisoning from this place because he's currently hugging the toilet and not feeling good overall since we ate there. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to or ordered from. Aside from poor in-store experiences my delivery was way worse, and not the driver's fault. Soon as I stepped away from the car, the paper bag completely ripped out the bottom which liberated the bowls I ordered to the sidewalk. Neither Bowl had been sealed shut, a weak attempt was made to fold the sides over. 1. Bowls weren't closed leading to a wet bag and a mess on the ground. 2. My guac was missing from the order 3. No utensils in the bag. 3 strikes, you're out! Seems about par for the course. Went again last night and we regret not going to Taco Bell instead. The counter was filthy, the employees were so rushed that the orders were the roan together. Employees reaching over each other and dropping ingredients all over and into other orders. A receipt handled by a few employees left sitting on a tortilla shell. Portions were bizarre. Skimpy salsa but enormous amounts of sour cream. It's as if the kids behind the counter have never been to a real Chipotle to know what right looks like. Just go to Taco Bell, at least you aren't being over charged for upsold "Mexican." read more

By far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. When I went in, they were only doing online orders. Placed my order online, and it took over 25 minutes to get my food (one burrito bowl). It was an off time too (about 4pm), so they were not inundated with orders. There was only 1 person working, and they left briefly for 5-10 minutes. 2 people came into the store during that time, and there wasn't a single person behind the counter. They ended up leaving. I called and someone answered then hung up. When I went inside the workers were having side conversations mid burrito build. Masks were half on. No forks in canister. Multiple workers were complaining about when they get to go on break. All three female workers behind the counter looked especially disheveled with unkept uniforms. Pots and pans fell on the floor twice in 5 mins making a loud bang. I'm not sure how corporate hasn't caught on, please send a standards representative out immediately for the shareholders sake.
