I would've not came here if it wasn't for our packers wanting KFC for lunch. I saw an employee throw my biscuits to who I'm assuming is her manager. That bigger set lady had an attitude the whole time when she messed up our order in the first place. She should not be working there with that kind of attitude. I actually heard her yelling with the window shut and her manager trying to avoid me hearing her, but I certainly could. With that attitude and energy she could be used to be deployed oversees. I'm not coming back here. I'm going to Popeye's even though it's further. They're a lot nicer :) Additionally, KFC's chicken was soggy. read more

STAY AWAY! Workers run a day care for diaper aged kids at this location while cooking and serving.. They juggle between the chicken orders and the kids they are watching. I saw about 8 kids, but more were in the back area of the kitchen out of site -where food is served. The workers freely walked with child in arm while working and plating food. Many of the kids were in diapers. This is one of the grossest places to eat. After figurig out what was going on, i could no longer eat. I called the Board of Healt, but they forwardex me to Providence. After a few phone hops, the best i could do is leave only a message. STAY AWAY! Never again! read more

I thought it was just my luck until I recently read the other reviews. On multiple occasions, they have run out of...chicken! Not just some cuts or certain flavors - ALL chicken. Not late at night or during an off hour but normal hours. Not once but multiple times. The whole point of KFC is to sell chicken. How do you manage to run out of all your chicken frequently? They should be having a major existential crisis! (The runaround excuse one time has turned into one of my favorite funny stories. It was like an SNL skit). My crew and I have stopped here for a quick bite a few times between job site locations and every single one there has been something wrong. If the food was all hot and fresh, most of my order would be wrong or missing. If everything was there as it should be, we got cold chicken and week old wedges. Ordered through Uber eats, order was charged and delivery time kept getting pushed back again and again until we cancelled it because it was getting ridiculous and clearly no one was going to pick it up. End up driving to the establishment drive thru to see if we could order it there instead and are told they don't have it. We asked what they do have and the girl replied "Nothing", using just that exact word. So now I'm out my order $ through the app they accepted my order through because "they had already started my order" even though they told me they didn't have it in house anyways and no chicken for dinner because they didn't have it. The woman at the window was equally as friendly and the employees seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Went in to an empty restaurant yesterday with a coupon; $16.99 8 piece meal. Have ordered it before, chicken, potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and four biscuits. Hand the young cashier the coupon, and she tells me it's for CHICKEN ONLY. I'm like no, it says meal; furthermore, there's a picture of all the stuff you get on the coupon. Plus nowhere does it specify chicken only. The manager/owner, short old guy, gets all testy with me and starts yelling chicken only. Apparently this franchise doesn't want to honor the national campaigns and coupons. I wish I could give a negative star rating but cannot. As a local, I have been here numerous times. This most recent time, I arrived at 8:50 to order a bucket. I was told very rudely by Stephanie that there was not enough chicken to fill a bucket. When I said that I would wait, I was told that they were cleaned up for the night and would not make any more food. I did not show up 5 minutes before they close, I showed up over an hour before they close. Stephanie was very rude to me and my children. This is not the first time this has happened.
