Not my first rodeo visiting a Jersey Mike's. It was super clean inside, and the staff was nice enough. Very disappointed though because when I took my sub out there was a message that they don't toast. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's who would toast my sub! They also used the wrong bread on our kids meal. I paid extra for extra cheese and there wasn't much cheese on the sub. I'd rather support one of the local sandwich shops instead of this chain. read more

The food is good but sometimes it gets really packed to the point you don't know if your getting your food because your eating long and one day you get a fat sandwich and one day you will just get a small one but the food is still good and the food is fresh and clean read more

MY RATING IS ZERO ZERO ZERO! But of course they force you to give them 1 star or they won't post my review. I will NEVER order from here again. For the SECOND time my order was NEVER delivered. The SECOND time I was told it was delivered to the wrong address. I gave step by step instructions on finding the address. There's no way you could've misunderstood the directions. Then when I asked for my food I was told it was my fault and I should've been more specific. I couldn't have been any more specific and the buildings are clearly numbered. I was told in writing I would have a refund and it never came and of course the number is no longer available. No food and in total I was ripped off $72 all together. Shame on you and shame on me for giving you another chance. What a racket. read more

Definitely quality meat but they don't put enough of it on a sandwich for what they charge they should make the kids weigh each one you could get three sandwiches side-by-side and everyone would have a different amount of meat on it. I understand they're trying to get things out the door quick but you can't sacrifice quality for quickness other than that good food expensive just make sure you get what you pay for. read more

My first time at a Jersey Mike's Subs store! Got a mini roast beef sandwich (Mike's style). The sandwich was delicious and had a good number of toppings. Even though the sandwich was very filling, even that mini sandwich came to almost 9$. The service was very good. The ambiance is that of a fast food joint. Had the Italian and it was great. The store was very clean and service was great. My first time trying a Jersey Mike's sub and they didn't disappoint. I only got a regular size sub which is a half portion but I swear it was the size of a subway foot long. The ham sub Mike's way... it's right every time. When I get hungry for a ham sub and fresh bread, Jersey Mike's is my dream stop.

Food is usually good although it tends to be light on the meat and pretty expensive. Main issue is time. I've been going there on and off for years and initially I could get a few subs in the online app in about 20min. For quite a while now it's usually 40-45 minutes to wait for 1 or 2 subs even when it doesn't look crowded inside. We used to use Jersey Mike's as an easy way to pick up dinner on the way home when we hadn't made plans. No longer an easy solution. Going to have to go back to my local sub shop I guess. Tired of waiting 45min for a simple order. Update since I posted. I'm at 1 hour and still waiting for two subs. Lady in front of me was waiting over an hour for ONE sub. Yikes....... read more

I tried Jersey mikes in an airport for the first time and loved it. Found out they'd opened one nearby so had to go give it a try. Awesome service, meats are cut as they make your sandwich, not the biggest menu but they have what I like. Everything is clean and the employees are friendly. A little higher priced than others in the area but you're paying for the quality so it's worth it read more

First off I'm gluten free ( allergy) they changed there gloves and cleaned everything! They have 2 sizes of gluten free bread and gluten free cookies ! They cut the meat right in front of u and everything is so fresh and super clean . The food is amazing cold or hot both are super good !! read more

The ingredients were mashed together as though they were sitting on the griddle all day and the remnants were then scooped up and pressed between the slices of a meh roll. Just vile. Obviously the food is great. The service sucks. First off they have like 3 spots for the whole building - I'm being dramatic but seriously it's so hard to find parking. Once you finally find parking you have to wait 20 minutes just to ORDER. They have the slowest guy cutting meat, taking his sweet ass time. What should have taking me 20 minutes all together took me 40! read more

I found out about Jersey Mike's recently and have already been back 3 times. The subs are exactly how I'd want them to be. They pile everything on, with plenty of sauce, and I love their bread. On top of that the staff are very friendly, it reminds me of Chic-fil-A. I highly recommend it! read more

Went with pick-up order tonight. 20 minutes after pick-up time and nothing. Had to insist on manager finding order. He said he could make the sandwich but said he could not print out the order so he needed to know what I ordered on the sub. I couldn't recall and asked him to cancel. Said I had to do it via the app but the order could not be modified. Great good but service at peak hours is hopeless. read more

I don't know where to start. This use to be a very solid jersey mikes but the past few months it has really headed down hill. I first online ordered an Italian sub and when I opened it back at my house I found the only contents in the sandwich was a laughable amount of cheese and lettuce with nothing else besides the olive oil blend. This evening I went to hoping to grab a quick sub, the line was not even that long maybe 5 people in-front of me and it took me and a few of friends around just short of an hour to get our food. We had to ask the workers multiple times if they were making our food and they insisted they were but it took literally almost an hour. Awful past few experiences here, definitely need to look into other sub shops around the area. read more

Excellent sandwiches, clean store, menu easy to read, I counted 8 workers...all quietly working. Several size sandwiches or in a container or a wrap. Very well managed and run. We are coming back. One more thing...background music was fun and low volume, compared to blasting loud music at 5 guys burgers, which will mot turn softer. read more

Jersey mikes makes some of the best subs you will ever eat. I order the club sandwich, it was perfect everything was portion well. The food was made quickly and well, the ingredients were so fresh and were great. My only complaint was that the food was extremely expensive I payed 12$ for a large sub and 3 dollars for chips. Anyways great place and love the food. read more
