The food tasted very Americanized and lacked authentic Mexican flavor and seasoning. That being said, the customer service was amazing. The two ladies who helped us were incredibly attentive, kind, and kept checking on us. They offered extra drinks and multiple items, which we normally appreciate because when we go to Mexican restaurants we usually order multiple rounds and end with Cadillac margaritas. Unfortunately, the drinks were so bad we didn't want to order anything else, but their effort and service did not go unnoticed. One small disappointment was when I asked for hot sauce to add more flavor to my green sauce enchiladas, and I was brought the same red enchilada sauce instead, which made the meal worse. I am a food and beverage manager myself, and I can honestly say I would hire those two servers in a heartbeat because they were fabulous. The service was excellent -- it's just the food and drinks that really need improvement.

This location has completely gone downhill since the new management took over. The difference is painfully obvious the moment you walk in. Chaotic, unprofessional, and poorly run from top to bottom. Nothing feels organized anymore, and the overall atmosphere is a mess. I asked one of the employees if there had been any changes, and they told me there's a new manager named Cristian. Honestly, it explains everything. Whoever is running this place now has zero control over it. This used to be my go-to spot after the gym, and I was a regular for a long time. I haven't been back since learning about the management change, and I don't plan to anytime soon. Looking back, it all makes sense. I was constantly seeing new employees every single visit, which is a huge red flag. The turnover alone tells you something is seriously wrong behind the scenes. Even leads me to ask if the staff is being treated unfairly! It's true, you can't have happy customers if you don't have happy employees. Corporate seriously needs to start paying attention to who they put in charge of their stores. Bad management ruins everything, no matter how good the brand is. This location is a perfect example of how fast a place can fall apart when it's being run by the wrong person. Huge disappointment. read more

This Chipotle is conveniently located in a plaza filled with a variety of restaurants and stores, including Trader Joe's and Burlington, making it an easy stop after shopping or running errands. It's right next to a Chili's and Ike's Sandwiches, so you have plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's ample parking available. During my visit, I tried the brisket bowl, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion the server provided-- a win in my book! The freshness of the other ingredients was notable, which is something I always appreciated at Chipotle. As for the brisket itself, it was decent, featuring a BBQ style with BBQ sauce. While it was flavorful, I found it didn't quite mesh with the other elements, like the pico de gallo. Personally, I still prefer the chicken. The utensils area was well-stocked, which made grabbing what I needed easy. Additionally, the service was friendly and prompt, leaving me with no complaints. So my coworkers and i came during lunch to get a salad and.. They ran out? How is that possible? Anyways, this location is pretty stingy with their toppings as well. They don't wear name tags so I'll describe him, some little guy with braces and zits on his face, when he prepared my bowl, he gave me such ridiculously small amounts, I think it was done deliberately, and I feel really ripped off, I feel really cheated.
