OK man, this location is currently at 1.5 starts at the time of this writing. And in my opinion, that is way too harsh of a rating. I'll elaborate. I stopped by for lunch one day and it was just fine. Nothing special. Nothing amazing. But everything was just fine. The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. And the restaurant was clean. I feel like I really can't ask for much else. If you've been to a Chipotle before, I thought it represented the brand well and was well in line with my other Chipotle experiences. I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but mine was as smooth as could be. I got in and out easily and left very full. This is going to be short for several reasons. I normally don't rate chain restaurants, but we had to hit someplace on the way home from a memorial service, so found myself here. I wish I would have looked at the ratings and I would have been elsewhere. Seating was tight and not comfortable. It's a fairly small footprint. Lighting was okay. The grill area was clean. The trash cans were full and I mentioned it to the staff before I left. One shouldn't have to push other trash in to make room for more. The flavor of the food was kind of bland and it wasn't very hot, more like warm. The guac and queso and extra charges, so be aware of that. Make sure you look at the menu. A small drink was $3.10, so my option was a small water cup. No picture, it just looked like a cardboard bowl with lettuce on top of it. It is unfortunate that the prices have to be so high to pay the staff $15 an hour, only to receive subpar food. I can say I will never go back to a Chipotle. read more

First, the entitlement of employees to expect tips for online pickup orders is ridiculous. We are paying for the product itself which means we expect the product to fundamentally be provided as it's priced and advertised on the menu - period. Second, the fact they actually construct the food differently based on whether a tip is included needs to be addressed by management - we've tested this theory and today was the final confirmation. We tip when we go in and are provided actual service, not for being given the item we already bought as a product of the company. Especially when we end up not receiving what we paid for. Idk if management has promoted employees acting this way, but it's a reflection of this organization's quality standards and moral values regardless. We paid the allotted price for what should've been a double chicken burrito with rice, beans, and some produce, but because we didn't tip for an order, they filled it 3/4 rice and like 6 pieces of chicken. It was terrible and did not deliver the product that was ordered or purchased at all. Again, tips are for service. We aren't against tipping, but recognizing the different quality of product we get based on whether the employees see it on the order initially doesn't incentivize tipping ahead of time - which is why we were waiting. In cases we tip cash upon pickup and show zero tip online, we get screwed because the employee thinks we're not tipping and does a terrible job. This attitude and mindset is completely backwards. The price of an item is expected to get you that item. We shouldn't have to be manipulated into tipping for the product to actually be what's advertised and ordered. We paid $13 for a chicken burrito and were given a dry, rice loaded bundle of crap. We likely won't return to this location at all, and if so, will only go in and order like subway to ensure they provide what we're paying for. read more

The staff were polite, but the tables were dirty... It was 7:45pm and they are open till 10pm...and they were out of everything but steak and chicken. I managed, but I was disappointed. The chips were mostly unsalted... The steak was chewy and full of gristle. I got a combo bowl, and the split the meats.. the chicken was almost indistinguishable from the steak in toughness and strange gristley things hanging off. The food was disappointing, to say the least .. we paid $60 for 3 bowls and chips and queso... No drinks, just water... As I bussed my own table that I had to wipe down, the trash was completely overflowing... I hadn't been to a Chipotle in years, and I am not sure I'll make it a priority at this point. After seeing from my email that there was a special going on if you buy 3 entrees you get free large chips and large guacamole . It was also in my app . So I go in to get 3 entrees , they barely put any rice in the bowls it was like they were being so careful not to put as that much but barely enough . They were going to light on the serving it was like the manager told them to be easy on the amount of rice and beans etc . Then I go to check out and tell the gal I have a thing that says I get a free large chips and guacamole. So she tried to put it in but it wouldn't work . So then she gets the manager . And he says no you have to do it over the app , well What is the freaking difference if I do it on the app or order inside ?. I want to see my food being dished out , not being served up when I'm not there . How do I know how much food they are putting in my bowls ? . So then I end up just buying one bowl , and the others who knows what happened to those ?! . Probably was given away to someone . I should have walked away left , went and ordered on my app , came in and bought my entrees and got my free chips and guacamole. I'm so disappointed. The staff is friendly but on the slower side at this chipotle. The restaurant is usually busy when I go so sometimes it can take a while to make your order. I have only had them run out of items once in all the times I've been here. Ingredients taste good and I love the flavor of their chicken. .....Wow still in shock from this experience at this location. I get it we all make mistakes but for a group of people trying to get a quick lunch this was not it. Every other chipotle location is great but this one not so much. 3 words error, bone, and slow. When we walk in there was no line so straight to ordering it was. That line takes a curve when three workers apparently have never heard of the taco kids meal and it took 20 minutes to order a few meals. The worker charged us for 12 dollars for the kids meal and after we payed they said they could remake but it's not like they could magically put the money back on the card. So we walked out missing sides but still hopeful that the taste would make it worth it until I hear a gag and finds out there was a bone in the chicken. Not to mention the quesadilla was fused to the foil which made it nearly impossible to get it out of the wrap. All of that for a middle of the pack taste and empty wallets. I went to this place on 01/02/25. Second day into the new year and I get this as my experience. Walk in, after getting ready for work just starting my day. Stinky, stuff, things smeared on the inside windows, awkward sitting area. Get to order, and it takes 3 different people to make a burrito and burrito bowl. I had to keep saying huh and repeating what I said to the people making the food. The food sucked, no drinks to offer other than glass bottle sprites and coke zeros which probably were expired. Costed over 30$ to feed to people, just the food no drinks. My burrito fell apart on the first bite spilled all over me in the car. You can guess the rest. I could keep going and get more detailed but you get the point. This place sucks, dirty, food is bad, parking is awkward, people are rude, people making the food are incompetent simpletons. I have been here 5 times now. We love Chipotle but this one is terrible! Every time I go, the staff is slow, the store is very dirty, trash cans are overflowing, the employees are understaffed, and food is out. We've been to this location several times since they've opened. Every single time we are disappointed, we are always hoping it would just be a normal visit. We love Chipotle. Let's chat about this last experience. Long line, everyone walks off the line and leave one person there. The whole staff chit chatting and on their phones. Where is the leadership. Then it's a shift change. Team members get off work and get in line to get "their" food and staff comes up to make their food. Rushing the person making my food, reaching over this kid making my food to hurry and make their food. Mind you I've alreay been there for 10-15 mins in line waiting for my food to be made. Makes the kid spill the salsa. Stupid where is leadership at this location always unprofessional and just ruins the experience. I've been in the food & beverage industry for over 20 years. First, let me say that we've eaten at this establishment (Happy Valley) many many times and each/every time, it has been exceptionally good; however, today, I started to order and when I looked at the food it looked unappetizing. I wanted a burrito but I had to tell the gal to stop and don't make it because everything looked dried out and old AND several containers were completely empty. I asked if this was all they had and she said "yes". We left without ordering. If your on a diet, this location is for you. Amazing tiny amounts of meat and not much other ingredients as well. Yes, entrees cost almost $10 or more, but your waistline will thank you. In order to get the full effect of this review, please look at the picture attached. I would have rather opened the bag and seen a dead rodent in there than seen my salsa spilled everywhere, seeping through every crevice of the bag. Let me preface by saying that I love Chipotle salsa (I dressed up as salsa for Halloween). I love it so much that I had no choice but to eat the bag as well as the bowl, so nothing went to waste. I know that this could be seen as a user error, but it simply was not. The cashier dropped my hot sauce off the counter before placing it in the bag, and i'm sure the lid was not on correctly. This was not an intentional mistake, but it hurts just the same. Also, the Chipotle bags taste horrendous and I will be calling out of work tomorrow. read more

I like chipotles so I was excited to see the new one opening in NAMPA but I went there 2 different times and both times they had no steak meat and They were out of fajita meat !, The only thing they had was chicken.
