This was by far the WORST chipotle I've EVER been to. I was driving back home and stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered bowl. The man making my tacos was rude and had little care in the world for customer service. He got distracted by a woman behind me and instead of making my order, he made conversation and flirted with her. Idk how a woman would wanna date a fast food worker, but thats beside the point... Food was good. Young lady (Indian ethnicity) was taking orders and calling to the kitchen she needed white and brown rice, fajita veggies, and steak. One person in back cooking, young lady taking orders, two people standing around and another Young lady wiping counters and sweeping floors. Nobody is responding to the Young Indian lady who is actually working. So, I ask the young lady sweeping the floor who is in charge and she indicated she was the manager. Flabbergasted I told her that the line of customers are waiting because they are out of many of the main ingredients and indicated that the are working on it. Nobody was working on it, her first response should have been to apologize to all of her customers and make her way back to the kitchen to jump in and help. Nope, she asked the other gentleman in the kitchen who was working cooking meat, how long on the white rice and her started making it within 5 minutes. Meanwhile she and 2 other workers are standing around doing nothing. The Indian lady taking orders and the gentleman cooking were the only 2 people who cared about the customers. A serving size of meat is 4 ounces. This is per their own nutrition guide. Every time I come to this location I have to watch. I ordered double steak and did not even get a true single serving. Went back, picked up the extra steak. Weighed it, and if wasn't even 2 ounces. So, having paid for 8 ounces of meat, and getting less than 4 total is a bit disconcerting. I spent about $17.55 with a $2 tip. Yes, I tipped on a pick up order. The staff today was not as friendly or happy as normal. They seemed to be short staffed as everyone is these days. People picking up call in orders have to wait, as the orders are behind the counter versus on the shelf. Possible issue with people thanking the wrong orders or taking other orders. What has happened to Chipotle? I was at this location at 6:45 and they were out of crunchy taco shells and guacamole. Does anyone teach the new managers of Chipotle locations how to order food so that they don't run out four hours before the restaurant closes? The place was a disgusting mess. There were two people standing at the register waiting on orders because it was taking forever for the woman that was doing add-ons to get her job done. One of those two could be wiping something down or doing anything else because it's the most disgusting place I've ever seen, except for the Chipotle in Independence, Ohio. The staff was very rude. Normally I find Chipotle to be pretty consistent and appreciate knowing I'm getting yummy food. However this time that wasn't the case. The chips were unevenly cooked and salted (I literally had to spit one out it was so salty) and the guacamole was completely unflavored, needing lime and salt. My husband also felt his burrito wasn't flavorful like it usually is, I did however enjoy my burrito bowl. We placed our order on the app and it was ready on time when we arrived and everything was correct with our order, so that was a plus. First and foremost, this isn't the first time something negative has happened in this location, however it's the only one nearby so I've continued to go. But this might have been the final straw. I came in to get my regular steak bowl, around 4:00pm today. There was an older gentlemen in front of me who appeared to be ordering off of a piece of paper. I assumed it was for someone else. He was struggling order as it was his first time there (his words, not mine) and he didn't know how to order. The employees were extremely rude and listened to him get frustrated with himself, they didn't offer any help. They talked over him loudly, and the one employee even slammed her hands down on the counter/line and rolled her eyes a few times. The man was super flustered and he seemed embarrassed, but the employees continued to mean to him. At the end, he simply looked at the cashier and told him he was sorry and that it was his first time. But he shouldn't have been the one apologizing. I can promise you that man will never go to a Chipotle again. He was confused, and all the employees did was get angry with him. This made me feel really disgusted, as this isn't the first time I've seen this kind of behavior from the staff. I no longer order for pickup or delivery because something is always wrong. I now go into the restaurant as I did last night. Everything was okay until I got down to the lettuce area. He actually scraped the bits of remaining lettuce out and put it on my bowl. He then proceeded to get another container from underneath which had about an inch of lettuce in that tall silver container. I looked into it and it was brown and mushy. So I said please don't put that on my food. He said why ? I said look at it, it's brown and gross. He says "well it's all the lettuce we have. WTH? So another gal walks up and said go in the back and look. So he did, and gave me the dirtiest look as he was walking back towards me with a full container of lettuce. This chipotle is always dirty as all hell. The amount of food spilled on the counter is disgusting. Wouldn't be surprised if they had frequent allergic issues because corn is spilled into every container around it, as well as sour cream smeared across the counter from dragging various bowls through it. The service is horrible, I go through the line and often people don't even say a word to me about what id like, least friendly and inviting chipotle I've been too. waited in line for over 30 minutes when there were maybe 8 people in front of me in line. They didn't watch par levels so we're out of brown rice when I got to the counter and had to wait until they mixed more. How has this Chipotle not been previously reviewed? It has been in existence since at least 2002, when the early high school versions of my younger brother and me would wolf down burritos together there. Located in the Golden Link shopping plaza (the one with the Lowe's, Target, and Panera, among other retailers), it can be a pain to get in and out of, but all in all, it's a great location. Parking is ample, the lines were always speedy back in the day (as they were today when my mother and I picked up dinner there), and they always seem to have nice people working. The dining patio is also very pleasant; even though the shopping plaza is located next to Route 8, there's a lot of green space blocking the view of the road and muffling the sound of the cars. I remember once my now-deceased grandmother wanted my brother and I to bring home a burrito for her after the two of us went there together and ate in around 9 pm. When we were finished, we went through the line again to order the burrito for her, and the people working ended up giving it to us for free, you know, 'cuz it was for grandma and all, and it was 9:50 pm and they were going to be closing in 10 minutes, so why not... That has always made me feel warm and fuzzy about this Chipotle, so I give it four stars... but not five, since it is a pain to get in to that plaza, especially when coming from the east, as we usually are. That left-turn lane light on 82 into the plaza takes forever! read more

This chipotle is one of the worst locations. The portions are always small, they give you half a scoop and then when you ask them to give you a real scoop they charge you for extra. The bowl I got today was atrocious. The chicken was burnt, the lettuce was wet for some reason, and the overall quality of ingredients was just awful. Also, I was standing in line with only one other person and instead of quickly taking our orders the employees proceeded to do 3 online mobile orders ahead of me and took forever to do them. Based on the fact I have been to many, many, many Chipotles over my time, I feel I can rate this place with some authority. 1 - The line. The line moved fast when it started, but that only led to a burrito-jam waiting for salsas and sour creams. The poor guy at that side of the line had to finish each burrito and ring everyone up. They should have had another cashier! But wait, they did.... She was just standing around like some other employees. In fact there was about 2-3 others just standing around doing nothing. What could they have been doing.... Hmm, how about cleaning tables in the dining room so I would have had a clean place to sit. How about cleaning off a tray so I could have carried all my food. I am so disappointed with Chipotle in Macedonia. Usually I receive superb food from this location however my last visit was horrible. The brown rice was extremely crunchy as if it was not cooked long entirely and there was corn in the sour cream. I ordered two bowls to go and both were not good.
