This chipotle is always dirty as all hell. The amount of food spilled on the counter is disgusting. Wouldn't be surprised if they had frequent allergic issues because corn is spilled into every container around it, as well as sour cream smeared across the counter from dragging various bowls through it. The service is horrible, I go through the line and often people don't even say a word to me about what id like, least friendly and inviting chipotle I've been too. waited in line for over 30 minutes when there were maybe 8 people in front of me in line. They didn't watch par levels so we're out of brown rice when I got to the counter and had to wait until they mixed more. Based on the fact I have been to many, many, many Chipotles over my time, I feel I can rate this place with some authority. 1 - The line. The line moved fast when it started, but that only led to a burrito-jam waiting for salsas and sour creams. The poor guy at that side of the line had to finish each burrito and ring everyone up. They should have had another cashier! But wait, they did.... She was just standing around like some other employees. In fact there was about 2-3 others just standing around doing nothing. What could they have been doing.... Hmm, how about cleaning tables in the dining room so I would have had a clean place to sit. How about cleaning off a tray so I could have carried all my food. This chipotle is one of the worst locations. The portions are always small, they give you half a scoop and then when you ask them to give you a real scoop they charge you for extra. The bowl I got today was atrocious. The chicken was burnt, the lettuce was wet for some reason, and the overall quality of ingredients was just awful. Also, I was standing in line with only one other person and instead of quickly taking our orders the employees proceeded to do 3 online mobile orders ahead of me and took forever to do them. I would give this place -5 stars if I could. Aside from the extensive wait time, the line staff were rude, impatient, and seemed irritated with me picking out my items. There was no cashier present and I had to ask someone to come cash me out! The line workers were ignoring me as though they didn't hear my question. i came into chipotle on monday night. this chipotle is notorious for horrible service as well as an unkempt prep line. there was lettuce and cheese in my guac. the person who made my bowl has very bright, lime green hair. because of the way i was raised, and me being a decent person, i always make it a point to greet those who are servicing me. i said hi and they ignored me. i asked for a tortilla in my bowl and they ignored me again. when i corrected them, they didn't offer to make me a new bowl (like i'm sure any other chipotle worker would have), but instead dumped the rice and beans of my bowl into a lid, to put a tortilla in the bowl, and dumped the rice and beans back into my bowl. as if the attitude this person had wasn't clear enough, when i corrected this person i heard them sigh and say "i don't want to be here." i didn't want to make the situation worse, as there seemed to be a rush as soon as we got there, but i almost started to tell them they should find a new job if that's how they feel. my boyfriend and i will literally travel to the chipotle closer to darrow road to avoid this one from here on out. not only was this person's attitude horrible, they didn't look clean. and their hair was messy. thank God they were wearing gloves. it's clear that the management here needs intense attention and redirection. the restaurant barely ever has forks and napkins, the prep line is always messy, and the employees here are not polite at all. it's as if everyone here hates their job and/or management so much to the point that they don't care if they are fired, or if the establishment is to be closed. one thing is for certain, lime green hair needs to be replaced immediately. they are running people away from this chipotle. read more

I am so disappointed with Chipotle in Macedonia. Usually I receive superb food from this location however my last visit was horrible. The brown rice was extremely crunchy as if it was not cooked long entirely and there was corn in the sour cream. I ordered two bowls to go and both were not good. The most disorganized restaurant. We stopped going to this location over the pandemic because of how many times they would mess up our order. Finally decided to go back today after months, we literally walked back out. This Chipotle is very disappointing, overall very poor quality. I LOVE Chipotle, a lot. So it's been sad for me to watch the closest location to me go to hell. In the last few months, the cleanliness has fallen to a point that borderline grosses me out. The staff went from friendly and quick to rude and slow. Today the girl behind the counter was very bothered when I asked her to make a new veggie bowl for me after she dropped chicken in the first one while working on another order. This is the second time I have gone to this chipotle. We stop here while traveling East. We stopped for dinner around 7.:30. The line was long but it went quick. Service was very efficient. Just had dinner there last night and was very disappointed, as I was getting carnitas with fajita. The portion of the Carnitas was very small in comparison to, in the past. When they portion the fajita, that too is very small and I asked for extra and that would have been what the equivalent of the normal portion was. I love that when I come to this chipotle there is very little people in line. Since they've only accepted online orders, because COVID-19, now there are more people, and those people are standing outside. I understand the precautions being taken, but! I decided to go to Chipotle today for lunch and had an awesome time! ...From the moment I arrived and went to the back of the line which extended all the way to the dining room til I was able to put in an order 20 minutes later. I paid for my order and was lucky enough to be able to wait around a few extra minutes for their disorganized staff to bag up some chips to complete my order. Total time spent waiting in line, ordering food, paying, and then more waiting was about 25 minutes. I don't know what the root cause could be for the slowness (staff, multiple orders/person, disorganization) but when the line is full and the dining room is empty, some part of the process isn't working. Worst experience at a Chipotle in over a year. I ordered a bowl to go. Half chicken. Half Steak. The chicken portion was great but they ran out of steak on my order so I literally got 4 pieces waiting on the cook to make more. But the next employee pushed me bowl down the counter where he proceeded to add my veggies. Then, all of a sudden my bowl tilts over a little spilling 2 pieces of the 4 steak pieces that I asked for. Along with 25% of the vegetables. OK. Things happen. Instead of replacing what was spilled on the counter, they scooped up what spilled, threw it away and again, pushed my bowl further down the line. Next thing you know this lady employee decides to clean the counter and drags her nasty dish rag across the top of my food. I thought for sure that they would start over but NO. The guy adds my final ingredients and proceeds to mark my bowl as an $8 steak bowl (for 2 pieces of steak mind you) and sends me to the cashier. I am working on my anger outbursts. And being a big black dude, when we get mad everyone gets scared and nervous and likes to call the police to kill us so I just paid my 8 bucks. Promptly disposed of my bowl in the garbage INSIDE of Chipotle and went to Arbys closer to home. Needless to say I will never go back to Chipotle in Macedonia. Not one but two employees in the same transaction were unprofessional., gross and careless. The management of this store should lose their job. I will be calling corporate in the morning. read more

I usually have a good experience and meal here. I normally order take out. I like the fresh ingredients, and while I'm sure all the choices are great, I usually get my "usual" barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, sour cream, mild salsa, and a little extra cheese, which they don't charge extra for :) The line usually moves fast enough to stop on your way to work, and not have to look at your watch. Of course there's always the occasional customer that orders enough food for a small wedding reception, but that's anywhere you go. I'm a regular customer of this one, and recommend it if you like fresh ingredients and getting enough food to have a hard time finishing. Bring your appetite if you don't like having leftovers. My only advise is to not order online for pickup. Typically like with any place, they make it right away, and it sits there waiting for you in a bag on the counter for 20-30 minutes and when you pick it up, it's room temperature and not made like it would be if you were standing there watching them make it. So go to the store, and wait the 5-10 minutes in line to make sure it's just how you like it. read more
