Based on the fact I have been to many, many, many Chipotles over my time, I feel I can rate this place with some authority. 1 - The line. The line moved fast when it started, but that only led to a burrito-jam waiting for salsas and sour creams. The poor guy at that side of the line had to finish each burrito and ring everyone up. They should have had another cashier! But wait, they did.... She was just standing around like some other employees. In fact there was about 2-3 others just standing around doing nothing. What could they have been doing.... Hmm, how about cleaning tables in the dining room so I would have had a clean place to sit. How about cleaning off a tray so I could have carried all my food. I am so disappointed with Chipotle in Macedonia. Usually I receive superb food from this location however my last visit was horrible. The brown rice was extremely crunchy as if it was not cooked long entirely and there was corn in the sour cream. I ordered two bowls to go and both were not good. The most disorganized restaurant. We stopped going to this location over the pandemic because of how many times they would mess up our order. Finally decided to go back today after months, we literally walked back out. The place was completely dead, they had multiple employees sitting in the back, whoever was supposed to be on line wasn't around and we stood waiting for someone to even acknowledge we walked in the door. This Chipotle is very disappointing, overall very poor quality. They were not refreshing items that were low so I got the last dried out scrape of black beans; the salsas were gross with a bunch of other toppings fallen in them, burrito was not rolled properly so it immediately fell apart and I ended up turning it into a quesadila when I got home. read more

I LOVE Chipotle, a lot. So it's been sad for me to watch the closest location to me go to hell. In the last few months, the cleanliness has fallen to a point that borderline grosses me out. The staff went from friendly and quick to rude and slow. Today the girl behind the counter was very bothered when I asked her to make a new veggie bowl for me after she dropped chicken in the first one while working on another order. Just had dinner there last night and was very disappointed, as I was getting carnitas with fajita. The portion of the Carnitas was very small in comparison to, in the past. When they portion the fajita, that too is very small and I asked for extra and that would have been what the equivalent of the normal portion was. I love that when I come to this chipotle there is very little people in line. Since they've only accepted online orders, because COVID-19, now there are more people, and those people are standing outside. I understand the precautions being taken, but! Worst experience at a Chipotle in over a year. I ordered a bowl to go. Half chicken. Half Steak. The chicken portion was great but they ran out of steak on my order so I literally got 4 pieces waiting on the cook to make more. But the next employee pushed me bowl down the counter where he proceeded to add my veggies. Then, all of a sudden my bowl tilts over a little spilling 2 pieces of the 4 steak pieces that I asked for. Along with 25% of the vegetables. OK. Things happen. Instead of replacing what was spilled on the counter, they scooped up what spilled, threw it away and again, pushed my bowl further down the line. Next thing you know this lady employee decides to clean the counter and drags her nasty dish rag across the top of my food. I thought for sure that they would start over but NO. The guy adds my final ingredients and proceeds to mark my bowl as an $8 steak bowl (for 2 pieces of steak mind you) and sends me to the cashier. I am working on my anger outbursts. And being a big black dude, when we get mad everyone gets scared and nervous and likes to call the police to kill us so I just paid my 8 bucks. Promptly disposed of my bowl in the garbage INSIDE of Chipotle and went to Arbys closer to home. Needless to say I will never go back to Chipotle in Macedonia. Not one but two employees in the same transaction were unprofessional., gross and careless. The management of this store should lose their job. I will be calling corporate in the morning. read more

I decided to go to Chipotle today for lunch and had an awesome time! ...From the moment I arrived and went to the back of the line which extended all the way to the dining room til I was able to put in an order 20 minutes later. I paid for my order and was lucky enough to be able to wait around a few extra minutes for their disorganized staff to bag up some chips to complete my order. Total time spent waiting in line, ordering food, paying, and then more waiting was about 25 minutes. I don't know what the root cause could be for the slowness (staff, multiple orders/person, disorganization) but when the line is full and the dining room is empty, some part of the process isn't working. I give them one star for the food which is always good and that's about it. read more

I usually have a good experience and meal here. I normally order take out. I like the fresh ingredients, and while I'm sure all the choices are great, I usually get my "usual" barbacoa burrito bowl with white rice, sour cream, mild salsa, and a little extra cheese, which they don't charge extra for :) The line usually moves fast enough to stop on your way to work, and not have to look at your watch. Of course there's always the occasional customer that orders enough food for a small wedding reception, but that's anywhere you go. I'm a regular customer of this one, and recommend it if you like fresh ingredients and getting enough food to have a hard time finishing. Bring your appetite if you don't like having leftovers. My only advise is to not order online for pickup. Typically like with any place, they make it right away, and it sits there waiting for you in a bag on the counter for 20-30 minutes and when you pick it up, it's room temperature and not made like it would be if you were standing there watching them make it. So go to the store, and wait the 5-10 minutes in line to make sure it's just how you like it. read more

first of all, these forks are literally the definition of badussy. if you were to put these forks in water and freeze it, it would become a creamsicle. frankenstein, aka frankster, aka frankie, aka frank walks around like he owns the place which is so girlboss and he makes the food so amazing. so proud of you frakster every so often, they would start whistling which is so beautiful and it's so amazing they have live performances here at our local chipotle! even their rags here are 5 star quality and i am just so unbelievably proud of all the amazing workers for putting in their blood, sweat and tears. i love you guys SO MUCH!!!! the only downside was that there was some avacado in my guacamole. thank you for your hard work and love for all the customers! love you guys! read more

This is probably the worst Chipotle location. Today was the 3rd time I've gone where they've been out of something. Basic things, like cheese, guac, and now salad lettuce. I have to wait for fajita veg every single time, the meat is extra fatty, and the ingredients just overall look less fresh than other Chipotle locations. Including watery guacamole (how does guac even get runny?!). The employees are sloppy when they make items and generally seem careless. I usually stop at this Chipotle because it's convenient for me, but this was the last time I'll be returning. read more

Fast and accurate service at this location. People are friendly and place seems clean. I usually get the sofriras bowl since I enjoy the spice and appreciate the plant- based protein option. I work and live in the area and it is one place that we can get reasonably healthy options. read more
