I came here for dinner and was honestly shocked by what I experienced. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, with trash and unclean tables throughout the dining area. To make matters worse, music was blasting from a JBL speaker sitting on the back counter, creating an unprofessional atmosphere. What was even more disappointing was the staff's behavior. Several employees appeared to be standing around rather than maintaining the restaurant, and one employee was eating chips and drinking apple juice while assisting customers. That level of professionalism is simply unacceptable. Because the dining area was so dirty, my friends and I couldn't even find a clean place to sit and enjoy our meal. Management needs to address these issues immediately. Cleanliness and professionalism are the bare minimum guests should expect, and unfortunately this experience fell well below that standard. read more

I was in this location 05.09.26. the food service area was filthy, food all over the stove/service area, every food bin was near empty or the food still there looked OLD, some containers were just empty, employees talking to each other without saying a thing to me, loose shelf on the wall caused a container with a large knife to tip out to the floor causing the large knife to fall barely missing an employee, the kitchen area was a disorganized chaotic looking space also. Spent almost $50 and the food was bland, flavorless as paper, the tortilla was so thin it couldn't hold the veg contents, tore and fell apart. 0 stars and I threw the food away as it had a strange taste, the only flavor was an old food before it goes bad aftertaste. who has $50 to throw away? I generally poo poo fast food restaurants however if I must partake in QSR I typically go to Chick-fila that being said I have been to Chipotle twice in the past week. This Chipoltle is in an extremly busy part of CC however they move very quickly and the food fills you up. You can choose three different tacos whether it be soft shell or hard for $9.99 not bad not bad. Also, you can put almost any topping in it but be advised if you want queso cheese your looking at another dollar. Also be advise the hot sauce is pretty freaking hot and imo ruins the taco/burrito unless you really like hot sauce on your meal. read more

This is my favorite Chipotle I've ever been to. It's fast, the staff is awesome, and if you request a lot of peppers they won't go stingy on you. Another thing I like about it here is that the mild salsa (appears to be pico de gallo) is fresh. The employees at this Chipotle are nice and attentive. When so went into the Chipotle, there was no one in there except people that have already ordered and seated. By the time I was about to exit the line, the line had extended far back to half the room! It gets very busy during the lunch hour. Most of the time, you can get in and out fairly quickly. My only issue with this location was the serving sizes. When ordering my bowl, they would only put on scoop of rice and then shake it to even it out. This would give the appearance that the entire bottom of the bowl is filled with rice. I just kindly asked for more and they seemed to be okay with giving more. read more

I usually go to the food court one at the mall, but decided to take a walk during lunch today. I made it to this chipotle at around 12:30PM and there was literally no line at all! I'm not sure if it's because it's the week after Presidents' Day weekend, and many people simply decided not to work this week or what, but I was very excited about the lack of line !! Not the best not the worst. I find they move quickly and 50% of the time get the burrito ratio down. It's the other half of the time that keeps me from coming back and picking the other across broad. Today I got all the way through ordering (hello spicy salsa!) and then found out they were out of cups for water. I asked for just a normal sized cup and the cashier mentioned it messes up their inventory. I get that but I think management should have found a way around this or ran a block over for some water cups. I would have gotten my meal to go or not gotten the spiciest salsa. Zero stars if possible. I went there today to get food but the staff told me it is online ordering only. Not a big deal considering the covid circumstances and other Chipotle's operate the same way. Once again I understand. They told me the app does not work so I need to use the browser. I then sat down at a table to place an order, the browser would not let me place an order either and said online ordering is unavailable on the website. I then walked up to the staff and I showed them on my phone showing unavailable. I asked the staff what we could do since all 3 options are off the table. A row of tables bisects the restaurant vertically allowing for two paths: to and from the counter. There are also stools overlooking Walnut Street and a wood-paneled booth. It has high ceilings and gets plenty of light. For such a narrow space, it is efficiently arranged. The signage is simple and clear. You may choose from tacos, burritos and several different types of meats. The first sign states the local, organic, sustainable nature of the meats available: a huge selling point. The staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, yet still fast. I told them that I was allergic to lime, and they immediately confirmed with the manager which dishes had lime and what I my options were. There is lime in the rice, guacamole, corn, and all variants of beans. I went with the carnitas (pulled-pork) tacos on soft shells with lettuce and spicy salsa. The pulled pork was juicy and tasty, and the spicy salsa was flavorful yet not too hot. The soft taco shells were also moist. Overall, the space is beautiful and the food is tasty, quality, and cheap. Solid. read more

Chipotle is my go-to hangover food on a Saturday/Sunday morning. I will wait anxiously like a little kid on Christmas for it to be 11am so I can go get my burrito to start easing my whiskey-induced pain courtesy of the night before. Rarely do I eat at this location. It's not just because 1)I look like a hot mess when I roll in there or 2) because, let's face it, it is impossible to look attractive while burrito is falling every which way on your hands and face. Rather, the restaurant can be pretty crowded and it's difficult to find a seat depending on what time of day you go. I have never had bad service here so I am happy about that. Though, I can't help but get a tad peeved when they tell me that "guac is extra". Yes, I know, what does this look like amateur hour? Just heap on the goodness, I'm not concerned about the cost. My review is now just about as big as chipotle's burrito which, for those of you who don't know, are huge. I'm going to be real. This is my go-to fast food minus chick fil la- not open on Sundays so I can't be totally devoted to that. I come here 3-4x a week on average. I don't like cooking very much so this is the place I go to for lunch and dinner. I get the half chicken/half steak...I think this is the best way to maximize the amount of meat you get. You get charged for the steak but I think it's worth it. This is first on my top ranked fast food place. Close tie to chick fil la but like I said..chick fil la ain't open Sunday so I give it to Chipotle. The line goes by pretty quick which is also why I ranked it above popeyes because who doesn't like fried chicken? #amiright read more

I love Chipotle! It's the best place for fast mexican food. However, this one isn't the best of them. Don't get me wrong, I come here often bc I love the food, but the lines are RIDICULOUS!!! And sometimes, I felt a if they were rushing so bad putting things together that it sometimes spills out of the bowl. And if you have never ordered from chiptole before, I feel as if they rush you. I felt so overwhelmed the first time I ever went here. It's a what do you want and they just scoop away. I felt like there was no time to look at the items they have. So, I then resorted to ordering online. It makes the whole experience so much better! You walk in, skip the lines and watch all the stares of people standing in line thinking in their heads like..wtf!! HAHAHA. I have waited a few times, but not as long as if I ordered there. I love Chipotle I wish they had one closer to my place. This is probably the closet one but its downtown in a not so easy area to park so unless I wan to walk 25 minutes or a burrito I only hit it up once and a while. Line move fast they were extra generous on the gacu which is a super plus I hate when people are stingy, especially if you are paying extra for it.
