Usually love chipotle but the cleanliness and service are horrible here. Found hair in my food. Someone used their gloved hand to wipe the dirty counter then continued to used the same hand to make a burrito. And saw a piece of meat fall into the sour cream and no one bothered to take it out or change the container. read more

Came in at 930 pm and the line was almost to the door. Employees have no sense of speed or urgency and aren't very polite. The one star is for the service and the speed. Worst Chipotle I've been to in multiple states. It's dirty, they skimp on portions, and employees are cold. There was ice everywhere near the drink station, and syrup for the soda was out which they didn't seem to care about. There were no forks or knives either and no one was in a rush to bring out more. Incredibly disappointed in my last trip to this Chipotle. First my burrito exploded, the guy who folded it had to be the worst folder ever. It was so messy and impossible to eat. Next the chips, the majority of them were stale-no Bueno Chipotle . The beverage area was dirty & dangerous, lots of ice on the floor easy to slip & go down. Each time we come here we think it will get better, but it doesn't. Today the portions were so small. The borrito we ordered today was half the size that we get at the Chipoltie in Bensalem, PA, with maybe a quarter cup of meat! This Chipotle has consistently provided dreadful service. The servers have on many occasions yelled at me and at other customers in line while ordering or asking for something. I would be providing negative 5 stars if it were possible. Unfortunately the servers also do not wear name tags so I was unable to note them and report it to management. If it weren't for the workers, some who are outright nasty!!!, I'd give this 4 stars. We used to go all the time after work for take out & got tired of the bad attitudes of the staff. Went there today not even during lunch rush and experienced the worst customer service. The girls behind the counter preferred to chat instead of serving customers. I had to repeat my order multiple times because they refused to end their conversation. There is better customer service during the busy lunch hour. We went for lunch, on a weekday, There were a lot of food pieces, and lettuce etc. on the floor every where. When I was ordering, an employee walking behind me slipped and fell on the ground, hard! Poor lady! I tried to help her, and to my surprise all of the other four employees near by just watched her, nobody came to help! then I looked at the floor and all around the counter area water was just siting on the floor. It was a surprise other people have not fallen yet! or may be they had! I absolutely love Chipotle, in general. This place gets very busy, so the line is usually very long. Although it is a bit of a wait, the food is totally worth it. I always get the steak burrito bowl and they always fill it up to the top. The toppings and items are very fresh, and their workers are very patient, but also works at a quick pace. The only reason for the loss of the star is the general long wait, but also when placing orders in advance (on the computer), I go there to pick it up, and the food is sometimes not ready. If I could give this no stars I would. This location is always giving me problems when its beyond a simple order. If chipotle is on my mind I will purposely drive in the opposite direction and go to the freehold location. I've given this location chance after chance but 99.9% I always find myself disappointed. Today's issue, and to give context, I understand the COVID-19 situation and its better to stay inside but as it stands delivery isnt offered in my area, me and my partner decided to order for pickup. The order was as follows, a chicken burrito, and a kids cheese quesadilla. Just a cheese quesadilla. I have not eaten meat in the last few years and I get a cheese quesadilla with rice and that's it. I try calling to correct the online order because for some reason you can't order an ADULT SIZED cheese quesadilla (which I find utterly ridiculous) and whom i'm assuming a manager picks up and tells me "we don't do that that's why its not there." Im at this point a little frustrated that I cant order a regular cheese quesadilla but i can order a kids sized one. Whatever counted my loss as he offered throwing another one in there for no extra charge. However, the "horror" doesn't end there. As me and my partner arrive, she proceeds inside to pickup the order and is immediately yelled at by whoever was in charge telling her to leave the store and to not go into the store without a mask. Again yes I understand what is going on with covid, however it was a genuine mistake as she forgot to bring a mask as she's been wearing one all day. I wouldnt include this if not with reason. There were 3 employees eating another franchises food and no face masks in sight and dont even warn her or anything, just bombarded with rudeness from this manager, or whoever he was calling it his store. And to make things worse, there was a cup and lid and straw within the bag as we paid for it, she goes to fill the drink and immediately yelled at again for going to fill her cup when it was given to her within the bag and told her to throw the cup away and he will provide a new cup and drink which was completely unnecessary. We both left very frustrated and when we finally arrived home we ate and it was just a terrible experience. My rice was bland and my kid quesadilla was smaller than an envelope and the fact that I wasted my money on such terrible meal. I love chipotles quesadillas but as for this location me and my partner will not be returning as this was the final straw. read more

I am very confused. Chipotle makes it very simple to order online. You click buttons, put exactly what you want and then it is sent to the store to make your order and then pick up. Why is it from this location, the people who work there. Can not follow directions? I have ordered several times from here online, actually all the time. And more then half the time, my order, which is not verbally given and is printed on a piece of paper from the online process is always wrong. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants to go to but this location constantly messes up my order when I order online. They'll basically just put whatever they want to put in your bowl. The staff is typically nice, but it's difficult when you order online for convenience then you have to drive back because your order is wrong. If you eat here make sure you just order inside the restaurant to assure accuracy. read more

How do you write a review of a restaurant that you haven't eaten in? We wanted to eat there. We were willing to wait on the long line. We were waiting in anticipation for the place to open. But when we went in, we looked around and realized that there would be no place for us to sit comfortably. Evidently the " tables" and "chairs" were designed for nimble 18 year olds. One of us has had hip replacement, the other of us has had recent back surgery, and we had a choice: we could have climbed up on one of the high stools with a seat the size of a dinner plate, or crouched down on nursery school tables and chairs . Either way we would have had to crawl out of the restaurant. We chose to leave instead. I'm sure that the food is as wonderful as people seem to think but we'll never find out. The law requires restaurants to provide handicapped access but not handicapped seating. (We're giving it 5 stars because we don't want to prejudge the food.) read more

On a Sunday afternoon somewhere between the lunch and dinner hour, ordered two "burrito bowls," which is essentially a burrito without the wrap. The primary ingredient in the bowl was plain white rice, the bits of chicken were grisly and chewy, the smattering of black beans were unremarkable, and the bowl was so tepid that the shredded (Monterey jack?) cheese atop didn't even melt. Add on an overpriced dollop of guac and a few tablespoons of pico, and one drink, it was close to a $20 meal of rice and beans. I can't believe people wait in line for this! Not bad enough? Add to that the place was filthy, with trash on the floor, no one wiping down tables, and a hot sauce "station" that was a disaster area. There didn't seem to be a happy person in the place; not the workers, not the diners furiously wolfing down their "fast" food, not the abundant moms and dads with little kids and nowhere to sit them. Dirty, food isn't a fresh and they're always out of something. Staff is disorganized and not really friendly. Last time line was out the door garbage was piled up. Both times they dimpled on portions and the staff stood around half the time. They are featuring Chorizo, I ordered Chorizo and guess what, no chorizo. We had bland chicken in a bowl and dry barbacoa. My daughter said it tasted like jerky in a bad way. Portions were tiny compared to other Chipotles. Instead of refilling ice periodically they waited until there was not one piece of ice in the machine. Even if we wanted to complain it's hard to tell who's doing what or who was running things. I'm an not a huge fan of Chipotle to begin with, but my daughter is so I'll be back to one, just not this one. read more

I came here for the first time last week. My friend suggested calling ahead and I was glad we did. When we arrived the line was literally wrapped around the restaurant and out the door. We were able to walk right to the front for pick up. Check out was quick and easy. Prices were low and the food was delicious. I ordered a chicken burrito with grilled vegetables. This was probably the best burrito I've had outside of Mexico. I would definitely return and I will definitely call my order in ahead. Side note: extremely friendly employees. read more

not a fan of the burritos because they fall apart, but the burrito bowl is fantastic. The trick is to get soft rolls on the side so you can make your own soft taco. They really need to figure out a way for the line to move faster though because the wait is always ridiculously long and i've avoided it several times because of it. read more

the food here is plentiful, fresh, tasty, plenty to choose from and is so reasonably priced you'll keep coming back for more. so far I've tried the shredded beef burrito then the steak tacos and I will NEVER drive through a fast food Mexican place again after eating here. youll spend 7.50 for nasty ass fast food from taco bell and youll spend 8.50 for the freshest and most plentiful. always have left overs and Im a big guy. small dining room but plenty of space. fast paced line that thoroughly builds your order as you watch, they have a tendency to move it a little too fast though.
